Most of us as humans have heard the theory of Spiritual Ecstasy. Spiritual Ecstasy has accomplished wonders for the human race because our Spiritual Ecstasy has given us hope by triggering our emotional love. There is also a Scholarly Ecstasy which is our intense desire to understand ourselves in relationship to Earth, Nature, the Universe, and to all humans that live on Earth, and there is a religious Ecstasy that occurs when we “think” that we are communicating with the God that we believe to be our Savior. We also experience a physical human Ecstasy when we have a dramatic sexual experience. As human beings we do not walk around all day in our entire life thinking that we are living in a form of Ecstasy, but in fact when we can feel happiness in our life and in our living, we are living a level of Ecstasy within our emotional self.
Human beings have had to learn the fine art of “being emotional” which shows us our growth and expansion as we expand our thinking mind into our loving emotions. As we expand our thinking mind into our emotional self, we have created the capability within our thinking mind of knowing thyself. Knowing thyself is another means of expressing our Spiritual Ecstasy as we consciously integrate our thinking mind into our loving emotions. Spiritual Ecstasy does not come from an outside source, but it occurs as an internal function when we feel the happiness and joy of our collective mind and emotional growth. Our Spirit self is the most complete part of our human design and it is the energy design of us that we use to recreate a new physical body with each of our patterns of life and our human deaths.
As we become attuned to our internal energy, we can feel the dramatic changes that occur within our human body as we experience the growth of our internal energy. The very first change that we make in our energy field is within our thinking mind. This helps us to understand the wisdom of thinking and studying. When we study we grow our thinking mind, loving emotions, and our Spirit Senses, which is the growth and change that we are responsible for within our Spirit Consciousness. As we grow and change, we become increasingly happier with who we are and we begin to treat ourselves with the love that we require. If we find that we are not happy with ourselves, we must do the internal work of examining ourselves and our behaviors to discover what is creating our internal imbalance. We never lose our balance because of other people. We lose our energy balance because we allow other people and our own internal mind to create a dramatic level of imbalance within itself through our internal energy drain.
Our own “jealousy” towards other people is probably our most ferocious energy that affects our state of thinking and emotions as it drains us. We should never look at another person and covet their energy. Each of us have our own energy fields or we would not be living human beings. Because we each have our own energy, we can never make ourselves something that we are not designed to become. Our growth and our change depends upon changing our thinking and behaviors. If we never change our thinking and behaviors, we will never change ourselves, and this is a very evident energy that anyone can witness. As we refuse to honor ourselves, we will consistently dishonor other people. Understanding ourselves is the primary purpose of studying Spiritual Philosophy. When we understand ourselves as Spiritual Energy, we will have the internal power to live in Ecstasy in every aspect of our physical lives. We will never need to “copy” another person, because we will have expanded the person that we are.
Knowing thyself is the beginning of our Spiritual Ecstasy as an energy that we can and should use to conduct our life, including our relationships. Spiritual Ecstasy allows us to live our physical life through an absolute understanding of happiness and joy because we are an eternal Spirit Energy. Our physical life is some what like playing a card game. We might think that we have a hand of aces up our sleeve, but the energy that gives life to our physical body may be playing with a different hand. Sometimes it can be imperative to our Spirit Energy to change our physical focus and begin a new focus. Life is always about the Dual Soul lessons that we are learning, which we must learn in relationship to our physical reality. No one else can ever live our lessons for us. Lessons are always pertaining to the activity of our physical life and what we are learning. The more that we feel in “tune” with our Dual Soul lessons, the more comfortable we will be with our physical life. When we do not know ourselves we will challenge ourselves with opportunities to grow and change as physical lessons.
To show everyone how interesting life really is, while I was sitting at my computer writing about our Spiritual transition as the Ecstasy of our Spiritual self, my granddaughter called me. She and her boyfriend have just bought a new home which they have recently moved into, and which she is very conscious of sharing with the previous owner who recently died. As energy beings we live eternally, but sometimes the transition from one life to the next life is not always easy or fast, because most people are not taught that we are energy and when we die we begin a new life in a new body in a new place. When we live with an awareness that we are energy and that we live multiple physical lives, we will not be afraid of leaving one life to enter a new life. If we live with a fear of death, we cannot live in the Spiritual Ecstasy that we deserve to live in at our time of death and rebirth. This helps us to understand why our fear of death must be changed, so that we can complete our transition and move forward into our new life.

What is fear and how do we live it?
Fear is a very negative emotion that many people live with for endless lifetimes. One thing about learning our lessons is that we must grow and change in our physical lives to support the gradual expansion of our Dual Soul Mind and Emotions. The growth of our mind also supports the sensory growth of our Spirit Consciousness. We are energy beings that live a continual life in the physical world. We die as physical beings but in most cases we begin a new life in utero within three physical days. As energy beings we do not die, but we move with the speed of light, which means that we can cover a dramatic amount of space in three of our physical days. For us to return to life as a new conception in three days, means that as energy we have completed the energy work that we must accomplish to make a new physical life feasible at this time. When we spend our physical life living in our fear of death and our belief in living only one life, it is because we do not understand ourselves as energy beings and we do not understand our relationship to Earth as our Universal Home.
Many of our fear beliefs have their roots in the evolution of us as physical beings as we have been trying to understand “who we are.”. But as physical beings we also live with a very strong energy component that is the very basis of who we are. We have not been taught about our “energy component.” Einstein has proven that energy never dies, but it does change form. Once we understand that we are energy and we understand the properties of energy, we have the information within us that helps us to see that we live more than one life; in fact, we live eternal life. When we change our focus from physical matter into energy, we re-create physical matter as our new home as an energy field. Once we understand our eternal life we will be capable of releasing all of our fears.
Our fears have all developed as we have evolved as a thinking mind. We had to start at the beginning to create our human life or we would never have grown enough to understand ourselves. Years ago every human being studied Philosophy as a normal part of their education. In our present time, very few people study the ancient Philosophers who have passed this information down to us, and sometimes even those who do study ancient philosophy do not have the memory to interpret it correctly. But this is because we believe that we live only one life. Does it make any sense within your thinking mind to believe that a design of energy and matter that is as dramatic as ours is would be limited to only one life in its attempt to grow and change? If we accept that we are energy beings, then we already should have learned that “energy never dies, but it does change form,” which has been proven in recent times by Albert Einstein. To me it does not seem that we need to think equally to Einstein to understand the meaning of life.
As a RN I have been present at more deaths than I can count. I have lived with an understanding of myself as energy all of my life, therefore I have been conscious of the energy of other people in both life and death for my entire life. As I went into Nursing and I watched endless people die, I also have had the privilege of communicating with many energies as they leave their physical bodies and that have told me about their plans for their new life. Energetically most people are very excited about death and rebirth, which doesn’t mean that we have the right to make this very intimate Spiritual decision. At our core energy we are all Spirit Consciousness that is destined to live in multiple physical lives that we choose as a way to learn and change.
Our Spirit energy is eternal. Our physical body is finite. Our learning as a Dual Soul and Spirit is accumulative as energy, which expands our overall growth and change as a Spirit Consciousness. Love is the energy foundation of our Dual Soul and Spirit Consciousness. In our physical reality we are learning how to “love” as a means of helping us to move into the Dual Soul and Spirit Consciousness, which we must live as a human being. This helps us to understand the true purpose of evolution and growth. We are learning to “Know Thyself” by learning to grow beyond fear into our loving emotions. As each human being expands their understanding of life and love, we are preparing ourselves to understand who we are, our purpose here on Earth as human beings, and the learning that is essential to our change and growth as the essence of our Energy as a Spirit Consciousness.
As we live in fear, we are resisting our energy of Spirit Consciousness as our eternal energy, which allows us to expand our negative energy rather than our positive energy. Once we learn the truth of ourselves, we can make a dramatic change in how we think, the love that we use, and in the way that we grow and change as a human being from one life to the next life. Fear keeps us from seeing the beauty of our own energy and what it is attempting to teach us with our lessons of life and living.

What Is Love? - No One Else Can Be Original For Us!
This morning I awakened with this question bouncing back and forth within my mind. Love is an emotion, which makes it a very powerful form of energy. We can live our physical life without any hint of loving emotions being present in our interactions with other people. But when we love ourselves, we will think about our life as fun. Every aspect of our continuous interaction will be enjoyable and exciting. We will learn to love other people in the same energy that we love ourselves. This brings us to the question of how much we love ourselves? If we do not love ourselves, we will continuously be sabotaging our own personal happiness. To love other people, we must start with self-love, which we can then reflect into our behaviors and into our multiple relationships. When we ask ourselves what it means to love ourselves, we begin to realize too frequently, that we do not love ourselves and we do not nurture ourselves in the loving manner that we should.
When we begin to look at loving ourselves, we must look at how we live the Ethical Values in our physical, emotional, and intellectual lives. The most significant way that we can determine how we live our love is to look internally to see how we continuously live the Ethical Values as we live our physical lives and especially our interactions with other people. Do we love ourselves? Do we take care of ourselves without living a lie in our relationships with other people? Loving ourselves and loving other people are not contradictory statements. When we see love as physical sex, we can become very confused about our love for other people, because we have been led to believe that “sex is love.” Nothing could be further from the truth. Sex can be a means of expressing our love, but we can also have sex without even a hint of love from either person being present. Our first image of love is found in the interaction that we have with our family members.
Love is an emotion of our Dual Soul, which means that love is built into the human design as part of the intelligent design of our Dual Soul. If we use only our intellect and we ignore our love, we usually do so because we have not yet evolved into our loving emotions as a Dual Soul. When we have not yet evolved into the loving emotions of our Dual Soul, we will usually have a belief that “sex is love.” Our loving emotions are an integrated part of our Dual Soul energy. When we begin our journey into our Dual Soul love we must get out of the image that our thinking mind is all that matters. Our thinking mind and our loving emotions share equal space in our brain energy. Have we been taught that our thinking mind and loving emotions are both energy fields that we must integrate equally within our own human energy? No, we have not been taught this concept that we should be equal in our thinking mind and loving emotions as energy, but we should have learned this vital concept.
We have lived with the “sex is love” belief to make sure that we continue with our evolution. Love is an emotion. Sex is a physical act. This means that love and sex can never be synonymous, but we have a personal responsibility to learn how to use our sexuality and our loving emotions simultaneously and equally. As a human species we are continuing to work with this lesson of our Dual Soul, because we do not always accept that sex and love are issues that we are attempting to learn as human beings. The only way that we can learn this lesson is to understand our human design. We do not need to go out on a sexual safari and experiment with our loving emotions to understand the depth of love that we are living. But we must begin to look at how we feel about our family members, our friends, and our acquaintances that we know and interact with.
We must all learn to love ourselves before we can truly participate lovingly in the sexual act with another person. Loving ourselves is not a sexual behavior, but it is a very loving behavior, where we take care of ourselves as though we are a trillion dollar investment that has come out of our own internal pocket. When we understand the investment that each of us has in ourselves, we never attempt to live behavior that is harmful to us. We cherish ourselves and our eternal human lives. We “do no harm” to ourselves or to other people. We live the Ethical Values of our Spirit Consciousness and we love who we are. Love is a very special emotion that is built into our human design of Spirit Consciousness, which includes our thinking mind, loving emotions, Spirit Senses, and our physical body. If we are not living our loving emotions, it may be because we have not known that we are energy as our loving emotions, and it is this energy of our loving emotions that supports our eternal life.
When we begin to truly understand our human design as energy, we begin to love ourselves. When we love ourselves we will release all of our dishonest behaviors that allow us to take advantage of other people, and we will appreciate the beauty and wisdom of “who we are,” as an evolving energy field that is living its eternal lives through the internal energy of our loving emotions as part of our Spirit Consciousness. We are a very special design as human beings, because we are designed with the ability to grow through understanding self. If we are afraid of understanding ourselves, we will avoid commitments throughout our physical lives by copying other people, with the internal concept that what has worked for another person will also work for us. Everything that we see, hear, touch, or feel, we will feel certain that it will not be “good” for us until we can “copy” it from someone else. This is the “tried and true” method of life.
Our “fear of failure” will keep us from being original with any of our creations, which will in turn expand our “need” to copy another person as we smother ourselves in fear. We want to copy another person because then we can truly believe that what was good for the other person will also be good for us, which will be used to lift us up in the sands of time. Copying is a “coward's” way of facing life. Originality is more than we can cope with, because people will know that “we are not as smart” as the people that we might want to be compared to. Fear is a terrifying energy when we find it snapping at our mind and we do not want to reveal ourselves. We cannot and will not ever live these fear emotions if we love our self. Therefore when we act out our fears in our physical life, we may not consciously be aware of our fears, but other people can easily see and recognize our fear energy, which many people will respond to through avoidance and copying.
Living the strength of our own internal convictions is how we learn to “love” ourselves and be original in our thinking and doing. No one else can be “original” for us.
