Understanding Energy is the path of human growth. We are energy in every aspect of our being as Humans. This truth is a challenge for many people to accept but it is essential to our growth and change as human beings that have been created by the Universal Energy. We are a Universal Design of Energy that we must use in every aspect of our human design. We think, feel, create, and inspire through the energy that lives within us as a human design. As a negative energy field, we also cheat, steal, copy, imitate, and live energies that are not ours to use. As an energy being this is a way of sliding backwards in our growth rather than moving forwards, which is termed “parasitic” energy. Creating our own internal energy field is very different than becoming a “parasitic” energy.A parasite lives off the energy of its host. When a person lives a “parasitic” energy they live off the energy of a host, which is usually someone in their life that they are copying.Copying is not just the written word.Copying relates to all life issues and can become a criminal event if it is carried to extreme in any aspect of life.
Copying also affects the energy fields of those that are being copied. This energy affect can reach across countless miles to intercede in the energy of another person.Copying can be felt as “pain without cause,” in another person’s body because it is an energy force that is making itself known to the person being copied.
As energy beings, we begin our life as a new energy focus, which means that as a human being we are searching for something new in life that we can use within ourselves to change and grow.Growth is an energy movement. Therefore, we must always use our own energy to change and grow.If we attempt to copy another person’s energy, we are not growing because we are following a copy of growth and not creating our own growth. It is wonderful to learn new information, but we must make the information into our personal mind’s understanding and attempt to create our life from that understanding.
If we attempt to create our life from another person’s understanding, we will harm our own design as an energy being. This is why it is vitally important to take what we learn and apply it in our own life to shift our energy thinking, rather than copying another person’s energy image. There is a very Spiritual reason for this change in energy thinking and it is about the design of our energy in the Universal System. If one energy has already been accepted as an energy design by the energy envelope of the Universal System, another person will be kicked out of the Universal System if they present with the identical copied design. Originality is required for future growth. This is paramount in our Universal Energy.
Originality is the “Golden Parachute” of our energy fields. No two people are permitted to live the exact same design in the Universal System. Living the same design cuts down on the originality and the expansion of the Universal System. Every human has a role to play and their role is unique to them.If anyone refuses to live their individual energy, they can be kicked out of their energy field. If anyone has become attached to copying in the physical world, the design of the Universal System will “kick” that design out of the homecoming energy fields. When we are living in Spiritual Energy, we can and will never attempt to copy another person. If we are not living in Spiritual Energy then we are not yet ready to expand our internal energy fields and expand our own personal growth by our individual thinking concepts.
There are multiple images of this reality that have been taught in our evolving energy of the physical world. These are all opposite to the Ethical values but they are seen as “banging heads,” banished from Heaven into hell,” graven images, false idols, AntiChrist, Lucifer, Dante’s Inferno, Paradise Lost. And then we have the stories of the embryo that is kicked out of being with miscarriages or abortions as an energy problem, which can require blood transfusions or problems with the blood/brain barrier. All of this reflects the human problems that exist within our human body as the mind creates challenges with the body.Once we can look at each challenge in our life, we can see precisely how we have worked them out through our own energy fields. Our energy fields have supported us in every lesson that we have needed to learn, which has allowed us to grow beyond our negative beliefs. It is important to know that we can be original in our energy healings especially in relationship to our health and happiness.

All Energy is Eternal
I have lived with a total awareness of my past lives since I was a small child. I have also had a total awareness of us as a Spirit Consciousness Energy that is living to grow and change into a conscious awareness of ourselves as Eternal Energy Beings. The more aware we become of ourselves as Energy beings that are living a human life, the more we begin to understand why this is happening and what we are meant to learn in our growth and change, or said another way what we are meant to learn in our birth and death, which are both Energy experiences that relate to our human life. Gaining an awareness of all of the levels of energy has opened my mind to teaching Spiritual Philosophy from my past life memory.
We can have past life memory as we evolve as a Spirit Consciousness because memory is a level of Spirit Consciousness, which is the accumulative pattern of our Energy learning. When we are living with only a physical awareness, we cannot grasp the Energy essence of who we are as true Eternal Energy Beings and we have no consciousness of past life memory. We are Eternal as Energy Beings that are choosing to experience life on Earth as part of our learning curve as Eternal Energy Beings. The positive part of our learning experience will be captured as an energy experience that will expand our mind and our Spirit Consciousness. The more that we live and learn the more that we expand our Spirit Consciousness. We live in many different countries, with many different belief systems, and we live as both male and female during our learning experiences of life. The important issue for all of us is truth. We cannot understand anything about ourselves if we do not understand truth. We can never “fake” knowing truth, because of the energy that is involved in the action of knowing truth.
As Energy beings we are an eternal part of the entire Energy field that makes up the scope of human life on Earth and we are part of the Energy that creates the entire Universal System of Energy that we are living within. As we learn and grow, our Energy fields expand into greater and greater dimensions as we truly understand ourselves and our internal capabilities. All Energy is eternal, therefore when we die physically our internal Energy leaves the human body and once again joins in the Energy of the Universal System as a means of planning its next human life on Earth. When we learn to understand our own Energy, we will be able to use our Energy in many different ways to help ourselves and other people to work with their Energy in a loving and productive manner. We cannot truly teach Spiritual Philosophy until we understand the truth of the Universal Energy from which we can draw on the truth of Spiritual Energy from the multiple levels of Eternal Energy. Our Spiritual Energy is the essence of living all of the Ethical Values of our Spirit Consciousness as the energy of our entire physical life. Our Eternal Energy is the power of the human reincarnation, or if we put it another way our Eternal Energy is the essence of our Eternal Life as living the energy of all of the Ethical Values as a physical human being.. When we can accept and respect the power of our internal and eternal Energy of the Ethical Values, we will move forward in great strides as we can tap into the Universal System of Energy that can feed us more and more High Levels of Energy.
We cannot access the Ethical Values of the Higher Levels of Energy if we have not expanded our physical thinking and behaviors into a Spiritual level of thinking and living. Our Ethical Values are always our judge and jury of the physical systems counterpart. We are what we live. If we do not live the Ethical Values, we are not living in Spiritual Energy and we should not even attempt to do Spiritual therapies or teaching with our human mind. We cannot teach what we cannot reach We are always what we make ourselves to be. Are we living negative energy or are we living in positive Spiritual Energy. We must always look at ourselves, be honest with ourselves, and continue to grow and expand ourselves into our positive Spiritual Energy. We must always remember that other people are always looking at us from their level of consciousness energy expansion, therefore they can see precisely where we are in our growth, whether or not we want to accept where we are in our growth.
Opening our thinking mind to the truth of the level of growth that we are living gives us an opportunity to change and grow. Without the opportunity to change and grow, we will definitely stay in the same place or we can slide backwards. We must live the Ethical Values as our means of growth and change as a Dual Soul and Spirit Consciousness. We cannot live any other Energies and change and grow. Because we are designed as Eternal Energy, we must reach the level where we can grow or we will be left behind in our journey through the Universal System. Our time is running out on Earth. Earth as a planet that is populated with human beings has been one of the slowest planets in the Universe to grow and change, which has been supported by the belief that God will save all human beings if they repent their sinful ways. Growth is about the growth and change of each human being and God cannot grow for anyone.

Who Are We As Human Beings?
All of my life I have heard people talk about their "weight" as a topic of constant conversation. In my last post I gave a formula of healthy eating and working that will create beautiful proportions in your body. Now the next step in weight loss is creating a happy and active lifestyle. Most people gain weight because they are not keeping themselves mentally and emotionally happy. Our biggest challenge as a human beings is our belief that we have to be saved by someone else. When we live with this belief, we deny our own personal responsibility to save ourselves. As humans we have a thinking mind, loving emotions, Spirit senses, and a physical body. If we spend all of our thinking time focused on our physical body, we are seriously cheating ourselves of our enjoyment of life and loving ourselves.
Our most important asset is our thinking mind. We should always be exploring new thoughts, thinking about these thoughts, and seeing how they relate to our normal life. It is our thinking mind that gives us access to our loving emotions and Spirit senses. Without this conscious focus on our loving emotions and our Spirit Senses through our thinking mind, we will not be creating wholeness in our internal energy fields. When we do not focus our thinking mind internally on our loving emotions and our Spirit Senses, we focus our thinking mind externally on what someone else can do for us. This is the basis of thinking that "God will save me." That might happen a long ways down the road in our journey of life, but how about the "Now" in our life? Who are we? Why are we on Earth? What does it mean to be human? Why is it important to learn and grow? These are the questions that we must look at if we want to begin the journey of understanding ourselves as energy beings.
The most important aspect of changing how we think about ourselves is to realize that we are energy beings. When we are created, it requires the work of both the sperm and ovum to work together to create a new life as energy. The sperm and ovum are parts of our male and female body that have the “energy” power to generate new life, which can then grow into a new human body with the Mother’s help of good nutrition, water, and air. We are all a product of this creation. As humans we are created and recreated for the purpose of understanding ourselves, the Earth that we live upon, the heavens that we live within, and what it means to be human. As humans we are designed to learn and grow by using the brain that we are given to expand our own thinking mind. If we do not learn and expand our thinking mind, we are not living the human role that we are designed to live. Many people think that they can simply rest on their laurels and be perfect, but our life is about growth. When we focus on growth we have to look at ourselves and begin to see that we have grown from the union of a sperm (male) and ovum (female) into a physical human being that may have lived many years of life.
Creating new life is part of our human design that we must understand more clearly before we can move forward as a human design. We have a brain in our human design that we consistently use to gather information that helps us to understand ourselves. Our human design began on Earth thousands of years ago and we are only now beginning to understand the depth of learning (internal energy) that we must use to begin the intimate process of understanding who we are, why we are human, and what the role of the human is within the Universal System One thing that we do know at this point in time is, we are here on Earth to begin to learn about the energy of who we are as eternal beings. As Eternal Beings we live eternally in the Universal System as Energy Beings and we choose to materialize ourselves by becoming physical beings as a way of learning. This helps us see that being physical is our method of educating ourselves and growing as energy beings. But as physical beings we must first learn “who we are” as energy beings before we can remember what we have learned in previous lifetimes. Our memory itself is an energy field that we cannot use as a resource of the thinking mind until we are open to learning more about ourselves as energy beings living in a physical body.
As energy beings our life is about growth and change through learning first about ourselves as Energy Beings, and second about the Universal System of Energy that we live within. Our normal system of human birth is showing us the Energy pattern of life that is within us and the energy that gives us life. We die when the energy of us leaves our human body. As human beings we do not think of ourselves as energy beings, but we are energy beings and if we listen closely to our own personal conversations, we will relate frequently to the energy that we feel or don’t feel. As energy beings we never die, but we do change our physical form.
Our most important asset is our thinking mind. We should always be exploring new thoughts, thinking about these thoughts, and seeing how they relate to our normal life. It is our thinking mind that gives us access to our loving emotions and Spirit senses. Health and Happiness
Everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy and happy life, as health and happiness are both internal energy fields that make up our natural condition. Look at most newborn babies. They arrive healthy and happy in this physical world. During pregnancy, the Mother attempts to eat nutritious foods, drink good water, and breathe fresh air. These are the basic needs for each and every human to live a happy, healthy, and long life. Knowing this simple equation, we must stop and ask ourselves what happens along the living journey of our physical life. How do we become sick and devoid of energy? It is not that everyone does not eat, but the question is "What do we eat?" Do we eat processed foods that we remove from a can, a box, or some other container? Most processed foods do not have the same nutrients left in them as fresh, raw foods have. Once we understand that "we eat by choice," we will also understand that when we make good choices in our foods, we will be healthier and happier.
When we gain weight or get too thin, we need to understand that it is us that guides our hand to our mouth and makes the choices of what is in our hand. This puts obesity and malnutrition directly into our personal responsibility as our thinking about foods. No one else can ever be responsible for what we eat or don't eat, and we should never attempt to make someone else responsible for our personal eating habits. Over-eating should be called the "hand-to-mouth" disease" which we should be able to understand as our personal behavior. Not eating enough is also creating poor health habits and disease, so we need to seek an internal balance. Understanding the "why" of watching what you eat, is the beginning of change and success in being healthy, feeling wonderful, and actively enjoying our physical life.
Why do we overeat? Why do we under eat? The answers are not a simple one because every human being alive that is overeating has his/her own accumulation of reasons. I suggest to my clients that if they are overeating they need to keep a "reason" diary. A "reason" diary is created by making a note of your motivation to eat, each and every time you put food in your mouth. Write down what you are eating, the time that you are eating, and why you feel hungry. Keep this diary for one month. Each month we will do a re-evaluation of your eating habits and begin to work on changing your habits that are not appropriate to maintain your normal weight.
The other issue with overeating is underactivity. Anytime that we begin a weight loss program it is time to reduce the amount of food that we eat, while increasing the amount of exercise that we get on a daily basis. My favorite exercise is walking and my second favorite is gardening. Plant a flower garden and watch the changes that occur in your yard and your physical body. Gardening is a very satisfactory form of exercise when we can see the results that we create. Exercise for me must mean something in my life or I will probably not stay focused on the exercise. Change your food to fresh, raw foods and you will begin to feel better, have more energy, and you can watch the pounds fall off your body. This will be a special joy to you when you find yourself putting on a new dress or wearing a suit that you have not been capable of wearing for a year or more.
The better you look, the happier you will be in your life! Go for it! Create a new you!

Our Daily Evolution
I do appreciate all of my followers on Facebook and my blog, so my purpose in today’s post is to fill in some of the blanks about who I am and get to know everyone better by hoping that others will follow my example. Tell us who you are.
I was born and raised in a small town in the Midwest, Salem, Illinois, where some of my family still live. When I was living on our farm as a child I learned how to do all of the farm chores like milking cows, feeding pigs and chickens, playing in our woods, creeks and ponds, and riding horses. When I was 18 years old and just as I graduated from High School, I moved to Indianapolis, IN where I had enrolled in a Nursing School program and I began the most important learning of my entire life. I learned what they taught me, but I learned multiple other things as well, which has served me for my long and fruitful life. My most exciting nursing position was a research position with the Navy Medical Research Institute, which I loved because of all of the information that we discovered about “us humans”in our work. In 1984 I started my second career as a writer and teacher of Spiritual Philosophy. Since then I have written 8 books of Spiritual Philosophy and I have been constantly teaching Spiritual Philosophy to all who come to my classes and to see me for “Life consults.” In the center of all my life and my work were my six children that I love dearly. They are all grown up now with their own children and we are starting on the next generations. This is the story of how life expands and we continue to learn.
Many times I have been asked why I changed careers when I did. As a Kidney Transplant Nurse with my in-depth research experience I had an opportunity to accept several jobs that were offered to me. But my research experience proved to me that we live more than one life, so I wanted to learn and experience everything that I could experience in this lifetime and I wanted to help other people learn about their past lives, and their eternal life. From the time that I was an infant I could remember other lives that I had lived. This internal memory has kept me searching within as intensely as I search externally. It has been my internal memory that is always pushing me to write more books and to make more CDs, and to continue teaching Spiritual Philosophy. I teach Spiritual Philosophy classes, which is helping other people to open their minds to us as eternal energy beings and to have more faith in themselves. I sincerely believe that we should be taught Spiritual Philosophy from our very early life.
Once we can accept that as energy beings we live eternal lives, we begin to look at the world with different eyes. Our physical death takes on a new purpose, an opportunity to create a new and healthy physical body to support our internal and eternal Dual Soul mind and emotions in their eternal growth. When we look at people from the 1500s and then we observe all of the people in history from the early years into the year that we are now living, we see the growth of the human species. We can see change in all aspects of the human species from their physical appearance, their thinking mind, loving emotions, and their Spirit Senses, which shows us that we are all living our eternal growth, and we must be personally responsible for our physical body, thinking mind, loving emotions, and Spirit Senses. We have a personal responsibility to ourselves to learn, to grow, and to change, which is my express purpose in teaching Spiritual Philosophy. Our growth is based on how well we can live the Ethical Values, which is the internal energy design (Intelligent Design!) of our mind, emotions and senses.
It is time for all of us to grow in the concept of our eternal life as energy beings, so that we can consciously take our memory with us into each new physical life time. Knowing that we are basically energy beings and that energy never dies but it does change form (Einstein) helps us to understand that when we wear out our physical body with disease or age, we, as an energy of Spirit Consciousness, are going to work with a man and woman to create a new body for us to return to a new life. This human energy is the eternal beauty of our physical life, our intellectual growth, and the growth of our loving emotions. Once we can open our thinking mind to the concept that as energy beings we are eternal, we remove the fear of death from our thinking mind, which is a challenge that many people face in living and dying. Knowing ourselves gives us the freedom to share ourselves with other people.

Research and Our Eternal Chain of Life
When I spend time looking at my life, I clearly remember some of the jobs that I have had which stand out in my mind. I worked with kidney transplant patients for many years before I became associated with the KTHS at the Naval Medical Research Lab. The Kidney Transplant Histocompatibility Study was a research program that reached out to transplant programs in the United States and Canada to follow their transplant patients with specific studies. We had many patients enrolled in the study and we were looking at the HLA and DNA of these patients to see what we could learn. We learned a lot about the value of matching the antigens when we could, but many times a patient with no matches did just as well. Once again this program helped me to fulfill my need for research. We did learn many things which are now common practice in most transplant programs. Because I have always loved research this position was precisely the type of program that I loved. My intention was to learn more than I needed to learn to fulfill my research position.
What I learned is very different than what the scientists learned, and also very different than the studies that we were doing. Most of all I learned how versatile the human body is, how it can adapt, how it can change, and always I was aware of the patients’ attitude about their medical challenges and their determination to “get well.” In each of these behaviors I was always aware of the energy in each body and how it was being affected by the mind of the patient and doctors. We were looking at transplant in relationship to the HLA and DNA, which were very important aspects of our overall research program. The more I worked and studied this program, the more convinced I became about the strength of our human body and the lessons that we are learning in our human lives. I could always see that a good transplant had to do with the chemicals that we were putting into a human body being in sync with the chemicals that were circulating already in the human body.
As I studied the genetic system, I saw things that other people did not necessarily see. I literally saw the chemical design of our eternal human life, which is the story of who we are as human beings living our eternal lives. Most of the physicians that I was working with and the rest of the research staff believed that we live only one physical life. The DNA and the HLA helped me to see the patterns of our eternal life, how our chemical pattern is changed from one life to another and how it is the same in many ways, why it is changed, and the interaction between the chemical design of us and the eternal energy of us. The chemicals that make up our internal cells also carry the internal and eternal chemical energy of us through the entire body to give us life. I could watch the chemicals create the energy and I could compare this aberration of energy (kidney failure) to the energy changes that I see when a body is overcome with cancer and is living the throes of death.
I have always eaten extremely well and do not believe in “fast foods,” because I believe in the natural foods that contain the chemicals that our body needs to give us life. Without these natural chemicals, our body cannot stay healthy and happy. Each of us is in total charge of our health and our life. The medical community as a whole does not understand the importance of eating raw from Nature as a means of sustaining our life and protecting us from disease. We can each accept personal responsibility for how we are eating, our attitude in life, our behaviors, and the emotions that we live, which creates wonders in protecting our human body and preserving our human life. The energy of our human body never dies, therefore the more we expand our human energy the more we will enjoy life and living in our eternal chain of physical human lives. Our DNA and our HLA are chemical patterns of our human life design that either give us a good body or a challenged body. We can all balance these chemical patterns that make up our human design by eating pure foods, drinking pure water, and breathing fresh air.

Our Journey to Love
Each and every human being is born to love, and they will unconsciously seek love from birth until death. Many individuals think that sex is love, which is absolutely inaccurate. Sex is a physical act and love is an emotion. When sex is good sex with someone you love, you can certainly feel the expansion of your physical love with sex into an emotional love. This can be a short journey or a long journey which is ultimately dependent upon the circumstances of the depth of loving emotions that has been cultivated within you and shared with other people. Love as our emotional self must always be strong enough to balance out our thinking mind. If our thinking mind is living in fear, we will usually not have discovered the love that is within us as part of our human design, and if we even have a hint of love we can override our love with fear.
The love that we feel for another person is always teaching us some energy of a Dual Soul lesson, whether or not we understand our loving emotions. When we want to learn the truth of love, we must understand our loving emotions as an integrated energy of us as human beings and consciously use our loving emotions before we can become conscious of the internal love that we feel, which is essentially an energy of loving emotions at a lesser level. This helps us to understand that sex is not love. Sex is a physical act, and love is an emotion. We can feel the emotions of love without having physical sex, if our thinking mind has advanced far enough to engage with our loving emotions. If we are living with a closed mind, our chances of feeling the internal energy of love is very remote. If our thinking mind is strictly physically focused, we will not understand the internal love that is dwelling in our loving emotions.
Our thinking mind, loving emotions, and sensory response to life are all coming from the energy of our brain. Have we learned to think? When we have the ability to think, we also have the ability to know love as an emotion, if we are not suffering from intense brain damage. When people do not understand the truth of love, we can have abuse occur to a child, despite the fact that the adult may have interpreted their behavior as love. Love for the most part is an overused word, because many people that use the word love do not understand the true emotional energy of love that we must feel as a means of interpreting the word love. Love is frequently defined as physical sexual behavior also, which is not love. When we begin to compare the love that we feel for our family to the love that we feel for someone that is unrelated to us, we begin to feel the difference. Family love is a “soul connected” love which we live at greater depth in our heart and Dual Soul.
We may live in circumstances where we never see the person that we love, but in our heart and Soul we love them anyway on a deeper level, even if we cannot verbalize how we feel. Distant love is a love that teaches us more sometimes than the everyday closeness of physical love, because we will create a scenario in our mind that allows us to experience the beauty of the internal feelings of love. This can be a lesson of love for many people who experience death or divorce. We have friends, relatives, children, and family members that we may not see on a consistent basis, but distance does not interfere with the emotional love that we feel for them.
Love is an energy of loving emotions. Thought is an energy of the thinking mind. Life is an energy of our physical body, thinking mind, loving emotions, and Spirit Senses. When our life creates a distance between us and the person or people that we love, our thoughts can help us contact their thoughts and we can feel the love and the closeness of the physical presence as we think about them. One vital aspect of love that we must all remember is, “love is as love does.” Love is not just a word and it has very little to do with our sexual conquests, because love is designed within us as an emotion, which we use as a way of expressing the energy of ourselves. We can always feel the emotions of love towards our family, friends, and other special friends if we have learned to use our emotions of love. Many people will refer to their emotions as their feelings. Feeling are more easily connected to our physical reality than our loving emotional reality.
Learning to use our emotions of love is our challenge because in our physical thought process, we can think that sex is love, or love is sex. There is no necessary relationship between sex and love. Sex is a physical act. Love is an emotion. If we feel the emotions of love during our sexual relationships, we will be helping ourselves to grow and change. When sex is used as a physical behavior to release tension but without the emotions of love, it is shared masturbation, which has nothing to do with our loving emotions but is strictly a physical attempt to understand love in our choice of relationships.
Love is an emotion that is felt in our heart as well as our head and physical body. When we feel our "sexual need" only in our thinking mind or body, it is usually devoid of any and all loving emotions, therefore we can see that "physical need" is more accurate as a description of our sexual activities many times than love is. As human beings we have ventured out of the "cave" to understand ourselves as loving human beings. After thousands of years, we think that we are truly ready to look at ourselves. But most of our sexual behaviors are still physical and usually have no true loving emotions. We may encounter people with plenty of sexual drive that is secondary to the joy of friction, but without any semblance of love as a loving emotion, which always shows us that we have not grown enough as human beings to want, to give, and to share the emotions of love.
The human species is an evolving species. Most humans have more class and thoughtfulness than they did 100 lifetimes ago. Living our physical lives is our method of growth and change as a human species. This is precisely why knowledge is vital to our thinking mind. Without knowledge, we will not and cannot grow and change at the same level mentally, which allows our physical and emotional feelings to also change. Once we learn a lesson, we must live that lesson countless times to work out the details and to set it in place in our Spirit Consciousness. This is the reason that Spiritual Philosophy has been the way of learning since the ancient days of man's creation. If we repeat each day precisely like our last day, what have we learned? As we live our journey to understand and to live our love, we give ourselves an opportunity to grow and change in new and better understood realities.

As we live our journey to understand and to live our love, we give ourselves an opportunity to grow and change in new and better understood realities. The most important method of change is to learn the difference between right behavior and wrong behavior. As a human species, we can look at history and our own personal life and clearly see the path that we have been living as our own method of learning. If we are living any level of lying, cheating, and stealing, it becomes very easy to see that we have a long ways to go before we can say hello to change. The basic change that we make within ourselves through our growth is to change from fear to love. As we change from fear to love, we stop thinking in fear and acting with fear in relationship to everyday life. This means that we essentially become more comfortable with ourselves, how we act, what we think, our willingness to grow and expand our physical life, and our wiling to share in other people's lives. Our change always requires that we live the "truth" of who we are.
The Ethical Values are our guideposts to change and growth. For instance, as we learn the value of Truth in our everyday lives, we can bring about a dramatic change in our Dual Soul growth. Truth is the most important lesson that we have to learn as a Dual Soul. What is the truth of us? What do we gain in our life by living our truth? Living any form of untruth allows us to “get stuck” in negative energy, which can take us years and years of multiple lives before we can overcome our lying, fear, and inequality that we are living in our lives and reflecting into everyone and everything around us.
Many times people ask me, “how can this happen?” Love can be felt within us from another person because love is an energy. We are energy as human beings. Unfortunately we have been taught that we are just physical beings, which is inaccurate because it is the love that gives our body life and allows us to be conscious of the energies of other people who may not be physically present in our life. Many times a “long-distance” love is all that we have. But long-distance love is a love that is being lived through the energy fields. When we understand that we are energy beings living in matter, we can understand how to connect with those we love, wherever they may be.
Energy is the eternal pattern of us. Our human body is our physical image that is at all times dependent upon our Spiritual Energy for life. When we can accept that we are both energy and matter as human beings, we can fill those empty spots in our heart by connecting with the energy of the person that we are missing. Sex is not love. Sex is a physical act. Love is an emotion. When we experience sex with both the emotions of love and a pleasurable physical response, we may have more of a conscious awareness of the love that we feel, but love as an emotion is a very strong energy field that can travel enormous distances to feel the love of another person. Poetry has been written about our “undying” love and it is helpful if you are feeling the loss of love to read some poetry and let it soak into your Soul and your heart.
Love as an emotion is an energy and it travels with the speed of light, primarily through our internal thoughts to reach the person that we love. We should all be sending energy as love to those we know and love. Love is a powerful stimulant that increases our love of life and other people, but most of all love is an energy which can strengthen the internal forces of another person. Love is the elixir that can heal the world and us if we are not afraid to live our love with other people.Love is the most important lesson of life that we are living to learn. Until we can love other people, we cannot love ourselves. So we have to ask ourselves that old and timeless question, "Am I worthy of love?" Every human being is worthy of love, simply because of our human design, therefore if we feel that we are unworthy of love, it means that we are not conscious of our human design and the power that is found in our human design. Anytime that we think our physical reality is our power, we have further to travel in our mind expansion than we may realize.
Years ago there was a common saying, “make love, not war,” which I feel is appropriate today as long as it is two consenting or married adults. Love has a strong positive energy that builds the unity and purpose of our physical reality, war has only destructive energies at all levels of interaction. Energy is everything, which makes it essential that all humans develop their internal consciousness of Energy as the force that controls their life. We have a choice, we can live love or we can live fear. Love is not synonymous with sex. Love is an emotion. Sex is a physical act. Fear is a negative emotion that rapes our thinking mind. The energy that we live is our choice, but it helps to know the concept and design of energy so that we can use our free choice of love with the wisdom to strengthen our human physical life.

The Divine Idea on Audio Download
What is "the Divine Idea"? What is our "Intelligent Design"?
Our brain is the essence of The Divine Idea as our Intelligent Design. Our human design is Spirit Consciousness living in physical matter. Understanding this enables us to choose to live our healing ability and create a different life. Spirit Consciousness is the only true and authentic loving pattern of us as human beings. (Read my 8th book, Spirit Consciousness: Our Intelligent Design!)
The Divine Idea was the creation of spirit consciousness in human form. That is the Intelligent Design of Earth, on Earth. We as human beings are the Intelligent Design that must begin to understand ourselves before we can see the connection of everything on Earth. We are electromagnetic energy living in a physical world. We have electricity, magnetism, and physicality all within our own internal system. This gives us a hint of the Divine Idea, because the Divine mind has not only the mind, which is unlimited in its thinking and multi-facetedness, but its loving emotions, and the infinite spirit senses.
When we look at the patterns of how we have been created, and we look at the belief systems we have created, we see that we have never recognized the pattern of the Divine Idea of us, and we have never recognized the Intelligent Design of us, which is the Spirit Consciousness energy in matter. If we don't understand these energies, we have all kinds of belief systems, like a grab bag, which has tentacles. We are always energy living in matter. When we focus on the matter instead of the energy, then where are we? To keep the mind open, we must learn to live our multiplicity of energies. We are focused on matter in our world today, but energy is the eternal pattern of us as human beings!

Once Upon A Time
Once upon a time there was a prince and a princess. They were not born of the same family but in many ways they could have been. The princess loved the prince with all her heart and soul. So much so that she grieved for his absence. The prince loved the princess very much too – but he was a man – and he couldn’t understand how he could love the princess as much as he loved himself. That wasn’t what he expected of love, so he began to think, to think of her as being too close to really love as a man should love his princess. So she became his sister and he spent time with her and cared for her but he was afraid to truly love as he knew a prince was meant to love a princess.
One day his princess was crying in her grief and the prince ran out of his castle to the top of a hill. He looked up at the sky and opened his arms to the heavens. Loneliness was in his voice as he shouted in frustration at the stars. At once his fairy godmother tapped him on the shoulder.
“Don’t despair my prince – life is as you want it to be. When you view the princess as part of you then you must love yourself before you can accept the love you have for her. But you are worthy of your own love too my fine prince. See how your kingdom loves you. You are perfect and beautiful in every way. When you can see it then the princess will never need to grieve again and neither will you.”
With that thought trailing in the air behind her the fairy godmother disappeared into the dark night and the prince found himself alone again on the dark hill. The loneliness suddenly wrapped him in its heavy arms and he shivered. Thoughts of the princess flashed into his mind and he felt warm again and safe. She really wasn’t part of him after all, he decided. She wouldn’t be lonely – not like he was lonely. She would only grieve for a lifetime, silently, but he would be the one to cry.
He stood there in the night and thought of how each of them would be less without the other and he began to feel warm and safe. He smiled, laughing because he had never seen it before. They were truly special people but more different then he had ever realized. They could never be the same because she was female and he was male. He wasn’t making love to himself but to her when he expressed that love. Then he could truly love himself for knowing the difference. And he could truly love her because now it was all right.
The prince turned and ran down the hill slipping and sliding in the wet grass. He couldn’t wait to find his princess and say for the very first time, with all his heart and soul –
I LOVE YOU.

Who are we, without our loving emotions?
Everyone must stop and ponder these questions:
Who are we, without our loving emotions?
When we do not use our loving emotions, we react in life closer to the animal kingdom than the human kingdom, using our physical aggression and having no understanding of how the interaction of relationships occurs in our everyday lives.
Why are we constantly fighting wars on every level of society?
Why is murder a "sport" for some people?
Is it because we are not using our loving emotions that we fight wars on every level of our personal lives, society, business, and within nations? We could no doubt define ourselves with a few choice words such as unconscious, fearful, terrified, obnoxious, self-centered, being a "know-it-all," a bully, a fighter, and of course the list can go on and on. The truth is that when we are not living our loving emotions, we are living our fears, because we cannot live both simultaneously, yet without our loving emotions we have no conscious awareness of our fear, inequality, and untruth.
When we live our fears, we are living our fear of life, which makes us feel "less than," and in our "less than" we think that we are evening the score between the "haves and the have not's." We have no clue that we are energy and matter that is attempting to find our chemical balance so that we can release our fears and allow ourselves to become the energy Intelligent Design that we are meant to be as an internal energy design. As we learn to live our loving emotions and infinite Spirit senses simultaneously with our thinking mind, we are giving ourselves the tools to create internal change as an energy expansion. Learning to recognize our energy and precisely how we use our own internal energy of thinking is a goal of each life that we live as physical human beings. Without growth and change as physical beings, we cannot evolve as the energy of our Spirit Consciousness.
When we live our fears, we are living our fear of life, which makes us feel "less than," and in our "less than" we think that we are evening the score between the "haves and the have not's." The Essence of Spiritual Philosophy
Knowing that love is an internal emotional design that helps our thinking mind to accept our internal patterns of growth, change, and evolution as a dual soul, helps us to see the wisdom of growth and change as an internal pattern of our Spirit Consciousness. Men and women alike have been using the fear beliefs as our functional awareness in life, which means that both sexes have been focused in the fearful thinking mind as the symbolic male thinking energy. Men and women share the identical human design except for the sexual organs and their internal network of hormonal glands. Once we can know and accept that our male thinking mind and female loving emotions are Spiritual partners in growth, we begin to see how we have been shown this lesson through the ability of the male and female to procreate a new physical life. Opening the thinking mind is the external symbol of our ability to accept the physical loving emotions, which creates new patterns of thinking and feelings that are being birthed within us. This has always been the essence of the teachings of Spiritual Philosophy, whether or not this divine energy of Spirit Consciousness has been understood by humans. (Spirit Consciousness, p. 40)

All Relationships are Soul Lessons
Relationships are essential to our life for these lessons and the joy they bring to our Earth experience. Living is joy and happiness. Many Souls must learn to bring this joy and happiness up from their core Soul to enjoy an incarnation. This is one of the lessons of the Dual Soul. The joy and happiness in the living is the true reason for living.
No two relationships are the same. This applies to the individual relationships each of us experience and the individual experiences of different people with us. We all live with an energy field. Our energy fields are created from all of our past lives. No two people experience the identical experiences in each lifetime. Relationships are determined basically by the perception of both individuals, and the interaction of those two Souls from their awareness of Soul memories. Soul memories and inner awareness do not at the present time on Earth usually operate form a conscious basis. The perception of a relationship may differ with the individuals involved. The relationship that is perceived with the unity of awareness is the relationship that allows for the most significant growth.
Enlightened Souls will enjoy this awareness, but it is not essential to a casual relationship. Awareness is essential to a meaningful, growth-oriented relationship. Even without awareness, we will often find ourselves with an immediate like or dislike for individuals that we meet. This emotional reaction is the immediate result of Soul memories or Soul awareness that is operating on a subconscious level. Good relationships contribute to good health and joy. They should be cherished and nourished, just as we would cherish any material possession in our world. A good relationship is far more valuable to our world than any material possession could ever be.
A Soul does not grow without the contact of other Souls. The drama of life would not be much of a drama without the interactions that relationships provide. There are many levels of relationships. There are those we never know even as friends but with whom we have casual contact. There are those we make eye contact with for a brief moment without words or interactions. There are business contacts. There are those whom we call friends that we spend our play time with. There are those we are attracted to as lovers. There are family members. There are those whom we see as kindred Souls that we will marry.
Souls can sometimes recognize each other on a Soul level and want to be near or apart on a conscious level. This happens in all of life, whether or not the consciousness is there. Those with whom we are playing dramas are Souls that we are aware of loving, and with whom we have chosen to play this particular drama. There is always agreement in relationships on a Soul level. So when we feel inclined to blame the other person for a happening, don't. Always look internally to see what lesson we have designed for ourselves.
The close relationships of family are a good example of our planned experience. Nothing happens by accident. The lessons that we have chosen to learn can be learned best through the relationships that we have planned for our Earth experience. We do not form lasting relationships with everyone that we meet, because they are not coded into our life design for this incarnation. This does not mean that the Soul is unfamiliar to us. Souls frequently incarnate together in cultures and groups as well as in families.
The Soul that we pass on the street, and make casual eye contact with, may leave us with a lasing appreciation of our own worth. This small part was also coded into our drama, and many times it may be a more significant lesson than a relationship that we see as a constant struggle. The reason it is more significant is that for one instant in our space of time we felt joy, love, and appreciation. We may spend our lifetime in some relationships and not have that sense. That tiny flash of true Spiritual recognition and joy can change our entire perception and awareness level of what we are all about and what our life is all about. These Souls are frequently guides who have materialized for that moment of physical encouragement, which they know we desperately need. Accept that joy and hold it within you. (The Joy of Health)

What are the roots of common disease?
When I was living in Annapolis, MD, I saw many clients that had cancer. I still see many clients that have cancer as I live in North Carolina. Why do some people get cancer and other people escape the ravages of cancer? How can we help ourselves and each other to “save ourselves” by living a healthier life? Our ability to get cancer is dramatically enhanced by the foods that we eat, the liquids that we drink, and the air that we breathe. Therefore it is not just the foods that we must change, but we must change what we drink, how we think, how we live, and the “toxins” that we spray and use in our homes.
Some people truly believe that “we are protected by the government, big business, and the medical community.” This is not true. Doctors die of cancer in the same way that other people die of cancer and so do the people that manufacture drugs. Business people, farmers, all human beings, die every day from cancer. The cancer frequency makes us look at ourselves and ask “why?” Why are we creating cancer? Why are we dying from cancer? The answer to these questions is “the chemicals that we are putting on our soil, that we are ingesting, breathing, and rubbing on our skin” are the very real ways that we get cancer.
Newspaper headlines read, "A Decade Later, Gene Map Yields Few New Cures: Despite Early Promise, Diseases' Roots Prove Hard to Find." What are the roots of common disease? What is the common denominator in everyone’s life? We all eat, drink, and breathe, therefore each of us live with the “risk” of disease and especially cancer, no matter how hard we may try to prevent cancer by restricting the chemicals in our foods and in our physical lives. There is a secret to keeping ourselves healthy and happy. Learning to stay young and healthy, which is what I teach, should be our goal. My first book, The Joy of Health, was written in 1989 and it is now going through its second printing. The Joy of Health is the first of my eight books total and it is the focus of my classes this year, which I offer here in Pittsboro (NC), at the Community House. We must all learn what it means to live the “Joy of Health,” and to stay happy and healthy in our own physical lives by the way that we think, breathe, eat, and drink. We are increasingly toxic to our own human energy, body, and brain. It is time that we begin to understand our own personal energy and the energy of other people.
The WHO predicts 21 million annual cases of cancer by 2030. Cancer is a dreadful disease, but it can be prevented, and often healed completely once we intimately understand what is causing our cancer and heal those specific aspects of our life that are supporting cancer. My intention is to work intensely with people to really understand how to live the Ethical Values as the behaviors of our thinking mind, which actively creates the joy of health and prevents disease. Getting the Ethical Values to feel like our normal behavior is how we shift our conscious focus in life from a physical focus of survival as a one-life being to eternal life as an energy being. Our behavior, speech, and lifestyle always reflect the level of energy that we are living, therefore we must change the way that we think, the emotions that we live, the senses that we live on a daily basis, and our own physical belief systems. The more intensely that we can understand energy, the easier it is to consciously work with our energy fields to help protect our physical life. Just because we have not been taught about energy, does not mean that we cannot learn “energy” and help ourselves strengthen our consciousness reality to get more out of our physical life and our relationships.
Changing our lifestyle and our thinking into a healthy program of healing can add many years to anyone’s life, but we have a personal responsibility to be consistent with our changes and growth. We have to do the work to reap the benefits. Once we understand our health, we can live the fun and excitement of our physical life, as we bask in our health, joy, and optimism.

The Difference Between our Actual and Potential Brain Development
The most important internal physical approach to expanding our intellectual knowledge is an adequate and healthy blood supply to our brain provided by our oxygen, water, and nutrition, to insure the credibility of the chemicals that are internally operating the electromagnetic energy of our brain as well as our entire body. These same chemicals affect the sensory stimulation that we use to trigger our seven physical senses on all three dimensions of our consciousness, which expands our aware consciousness of the everyday life that we are living.
Our soul has designed relationships into our life to act as the fiber of our physical experience. Without relationships we would not trigger our aware consciousness into its different levels of expansion nearly as efficiently. We also use our environment of family and friends to trigger our growth. As we act out the behavior of our precise level of consciousness, we receive feedback from our family and friends by their acceptance of our behaviors or their challenge of us because of our behavior.
It is always important not to reward bad behavior or the ego consciousness of the soul thinks it has reached its destination of perfection and will try to control the behavior of everyone else in its life to match its own perception of perfection. Positive feedback for negative behavior has been common in the journey of untruth, and fear from the beginning of our soul descent. Every facet of our physical lives in our immature soul journey has supported the inappropriate behavior of religion, family, science, medicine, politicians, education, and society.
Our brain is known to have one hundred trillion brain cells with only five to ten percent considered to be developed and used. Those brain cells that we have developed have only a limited number of messenger cells acting as neurotransmitters that connect them. The difference between our actual and potential brain development is immense. Because we focus our consciousness in a linear direction we don't grasp the reality that our consciousness must function in a clockwise motion, forming a complete cycle. Our immature soul mind functions counterclockwise as chaos, with a linear focus to the ego. It is the scientific intention to identify the precise point for each function of our body within our brain. This is impossible because that creates limitations upon our brain and ignores our mind and emotional consciousness. The only factor that limits our consciousness is our beliefs. Every brain cell has the absolute potential of every cell.
Our brain is like an endless beach of sand where we sit fearfully aware and intensely focused upon a single grain of sand as our reality. In focusing upon the single grain we worry about our survival. If we knew the drama that we have lived as a soul we would laugh, and laugh, and laugh at ourselves. Our fear limits us and it is one of the most ridiculous concepts that we have created because it denies the joyfulness, beauty, magnificence, and wisdom of our soul.
The Joy of Health is our Journey Home.

Spiritual Ecstasy
Most of us as humans have heard the theory of Spiritual Ecstasy. Spiritual Ecstasy has accomplished wonders for the human race because our Spiritual Ecstasy has given us hope by triggering our emotional love. There is also a Scholarly Ecstasy which is our intense desire to understand ourselves in relationship to Earth, Nature, the Universe, and to all humans that live on Earth, and there is a religious Ecstasy that occurs when we “think” that we are communicating with the God that we believe to be our Savior. We also experience a physical human Ecstasy when we have a dramatic sexual experience. As human beings we do not walk around all day in our entire life thinking that we are living in a form of Ecstasy, but in fact when we can feel happiness in our life and in our living, we are living a level of Ecstasy within our emotional self.
Human beings have had to learn the fine art of “being emotional” which shows us our growth and expansion as we expand our thinking mind into our loving emotions. As we expand our thinking mind into our emotional self, we have created the capability within our thinking mind of knowing thyself. Knowing thyself is another means of expressing our Spiritual Ecstasy as we consciously integrate our thinking mind into our loving emotions. Spiritual Ecstasy does not come from an outside source, but it occurs as an internal function when we feel the happiness and joy of our collective mind and emotional growth. Our Spirit self is the most complete part of our human design and it is the energy design of us that we use to recreate a new physical body with each of our patterns of life and our human deaths.
As we become attuned to our internal energy, we can feel the dramatic changes that occur within our human body as we experience the growth of our internal energy. The very first change that we make in our energy field is within our thinking mind. This helps us to understand the wisdom of thinking and studying. When we study we grow our thinking mind, loving emotions, and our Spirit Senses, which is the growth and change that we are responsible for within our Spirit Consciousness. As we grow and change, we become increasingly happier with who we are and we begin to treat ourselves with the love that we require. If we find that we are not happy with ourselves, we must do the internal work of examining ourselves and our behaviors to discover what is creating our internal imbalance. We never lose our balance because of other people. We lose our energy balance because we allow other people and our own internal mind to create a dramatic level of imbalance within itself through our internal energy drain.
Our own “jealousy” towards other people is probably our most ferocious energy that affects our state of thinking and emotions as it drains us. We should never look at another person and covet their energy. Each of us have our own energy fields or we would not be living human beings. Because we each have our own energy, we can never make ourselves something that we are not designed to become. Our growth and our change depends upon changing our thinking and behaviors. If we never change our thinking and behaviors, we will never change ourselves, and this is a very evident energy that anyone can witness. As we refuse to honor ourselves, we will consistently dishonor other people. Understanding ourselves is the primary purpose of studying Spiritual Philosophy. When we understand ourselves as Spiritual Energy, we will have the internal power to live in Ecstasy in every aspect of our physical lives. We will never need to “copy” another person, because we will have expanded the person that we are.
Knowing thyself is the beginning of our Spiritual Ecstasy as an energy that we can and should use to conduct our life, including our relationships. Spiritual Ecstasy allows us to live our physical life through an absolute understanding of happiness and joy because we are an eternal Spirit Energy. Our physical life is some what like playing a card game. We might think that we have a hand of aces up our sleeve, but the energy that gives life to our physical body may be playing with a different hand. Sometimes it can be imperative to our Spirit Energy to change our physical focus and begin a new focus. Life is always about the Dual Soul lessons that we are learning, which we must learn in relationship to our physical reality. No one else can ever live our lessons for us. Lessons are always pertaining to the activity of our physical life and what we are learning. The more that we feel in “tune” with our Dual Soul lessons, the more comfortable we will be with our physical life. When we do not know ourselves we will challenge ourselves with opportunities to grow and change as physical lessons.
To show everyone how interesting life really is, while I was sitting at my computer writing about our Spiritual transition as the Ecstasy of our Spiritual self, my granddaughter called me. She and her boyfriend have just bought a new home which they have recently moved into, and which she is very conscious of sharing with the previous owner who recently died. As energy beings we live eternally, but sometimes the transition from one life to the next life is not always easy or fast, because most people are not taught that we are energy and when we die we begin a new life in a new body in a new place. When we live with an awareness that we are energy and that we live multiple physical lives, we will not be afraid of leaving one life to enter a new life. If we live with a fear of death, we cannot live in the Spiritual Ecstasy that we deserve to live in at our time of death and rebirth. This helps us to understand why our fear of death must be changed, so that we can complete our transition and move forward into our new life.

What is fear and how do we live it?
Fear is a very negative emotion that many people live with for endless lifetimes. One thing about learning our lessons is that we must grow and change in our physical lives to support the gradual expansion of our Dual Soul Mind and Emotions. The growth of our mind also supports the sensory growth of our Spirit Consciousness. We are energy beings that live a continual life in the physical world. We die as physical beings but in most cases we begin a new life in utero within three physical days. As energy beings we do not die, but we move with the speed of light, which means that we can cover a dramatic amount of space in three of our physical days. For us to return to life as a new conception in three days, means that as energy we have completed the energy work that we must accomplish to make a new physical life feasible at this time. When we spend our physical life living in our fear of death and our belief in living only one life, it is because we do not understand ourselves as energy beings and we do not understand our relationship to Earth as our Universal Home.
Many of our fear beliefs have their roots in the evolution of us as physical beings as we have been trying to understand “who we are.”. But as physical beings we also live with a very strong energy component that is the very basis of who we are. We have not been taught about our “energy component.” Einstein has proven that energy never dies, but it does change form. Once we understand that we are energy and we understand the properties of energy, we have the information within us that helps us to see that we live more than one life; in fact, we live eternal life. When we change our focus from physical matter into energy, we re-create physical matter as our new home as an energy field. Once we understand our eternal life we will be capable of releasing all of our fears.
Our fears have all developed as we have evolved as a thinking mind. We had to start at the beginning to create our human life or we would never have grown enough to understand ourselves. Years ago every human being studied Philosophy as a normal part of their education. In our present time, very few people study the ancient Philosophers who have passed this information down to us, and sometimes even those who do study ancient philosophy do not have the memory to interpret it correctly. But this is because we believe that we live only one life. Does it make any sense within your thinking mind to believe that a design of energy and matter that is as dramatic as ours is would be limited to only one life in its attempt to grow and change? If we accept that we are energy beings, then we already should have learned that “energy never dies, but it does change form,” which has been proven in recent times by Albert Einstein. To me it does not seem that we need to think equally to Einstein to understand the meaning of life.
As a RN I have been present at more deaths than I can count. I have lived with an understanding of myself as energy all of my life, therefore I have been conscious of the energy of other people in both life and death for my entire life. As I went into Nursing and I watched endless people die, I also have had the privilege of communicating with many energies as they leave their physical bodies and that have told me about their plans for their new life. Energetically most people are very excited about death and rebirth, which doesn’t mean that we have the right to make this very intimate Spiritual decision. At our core energy we are all Spirit Consciousness that is destined to live in multiple physical lives that we choose as a way to learn and change.
Our Spirit energy is eternal. Our physical body is finite. Our learning as a Dual Soul and Spirit is accumulative as energy, which expands our overall growth and change as a Spirit Consciousness. Love is the energy foundation of our Dual Soul and Spirit Consciousness. In our physical reality we are learning how to “love” as a means of helping us to move into the Dual Soul and Spirit Consciousness, which we must live as a human being. This helps us to understand the true purpose of evolution and growth. We are learning to “Know Thyself” by learning to grow beyond fear into our loving emotions. As each human being expands their understanding of life and love, we are preparing ourselves to understand who we are, our purpose here on Earth as human beings, and the learning that is essential to our change and growth as the essence of our Energy as a Spirit Consciousness.
As we live in fear, we are resisting our energy of Spirit Consciousness as our eternal energy, which allows us to expand our negative energy rather than our positive energy. Once we learn the truth of ourselves, we can make a dramatic change in how we think, the love that we use, and in the way that we grow and change as a human being from one life to the next life. Fear keeps us from seeing the beauty of our own energy and what it is attempting to teach us with our lessons of life and living.

What Is Love? - No One Else Can Be Original For Us!
This morning I awakened with this question bouncing back and forth within my mind. Love is an emotion, which makes it a very powerful form of energy. We can live our physical life without any hint of loving emotions being present in our interactions with other people. But when we love ourselves, we will think about our life as fun. Every aspect of our continuous interaction will be enjoyable and exciting. We will learn to love other people in the same energy that we love ourselves. This brings us to the question of how much we love ourselves? If we do not love ourselves, we will continuously be sabotaging our own personal happiness. To love other people, we must start with self-love, which we can then reflect into our behaviors and into our multiple relationships. When we ask ourselves what it means to love ourselves, we begin to realize too frequently, that we do not love ourselves and we do not nurture ourselves in the loving manner that we should.
When we begin to look at loving ourselves, we must look at how we live the Ethical Values in our physical, emotional, and intellectual lives. The most significant way that we can determine how we live our love is to look internally to see how we continuously live the Ethical Values as we live our physical lives and especially our interactions with other people. Do we love ourselves? Do we take care of ourselves without living a lie in our relationships with other people? Loving ourselves and loving other people are not contradictory statements. When we see love as physical sex, we can become very confused about our love for other people, because we have been led to believe that “sex is love.” Nothing could be further from the truth. Sex can be a means of expressing our love, but we can also have sex without even a hint of love from either person being present. Our first image of love is found in the interaction that we have with our family members.
Love is an emotion of our Dual Soul, which means that love is built into the human design as part of the intelligent design of our Dual Soul. If we use only our intellect and we ignore our love, we usually do so because we have not yet evolved into our loving emotions as a Dual Soul. When we have not yet evolved into the loving emotions of our Dual Soul, we will usually have a belief that “sex is love.” Our loving emotions are an integrated part of our Dual Soul energy. When we begin our journey into our Dual Soul love we must get out of the image that our thinking mind is all that matters. Our thinking mind and our loving emotions share equal space in our brain energy. Have we been taught that our thinking mind and loving emotions are both energy fields that we must integrate equally within our own human energy? No, we have not been taught this concept that we should be equal in our thinking mind and loving emotions as energy, but we should have learned this vital concept.
We have lived with the “sex is love” belief to make sure that we continue with our evolution. Love is an emotion. Sex is a physical act. This means that love and sex can never be synonymous, but we have a personal responsibility to learn how to use our sexuality and our loving emotions simultaneously and equally. As a human species we are continuing to work with this lesson of our Dual Soul, because we do not always accept that sex and love are issues that we are attempting to learn as human beings. The only way that we can learn this lesson is to understand our human design. We do not need to go out on a sexual safari and experiment with our loving emotions to understand the depth of love that we are living. But we must begin to look at how we feel about our family members, our friends, and our acquaintances that we know and interact with.
We must all learn to love ourselves before we can truly participate lovingly in the sexual act with another person. Loving ourselves is not a sexual behavior, but it is a very loving behavior, where we take care of ourselves as though we are a trillion dollar investment that has come out of our own internal pocket. When we understand the investment that each of us has in ourselves, we never attempt to live behavior that is harmful to us. We cherish ourselves and our eternal human lives. We “do no harm” to ourselves or to other people. We live the Ethical Values of our Spirit Consciousness and we love who we are. Love is a very special emotion that is built into our human design of Spirit Consciousness, which includes our thinking mind, loving emotions, Spirit Senses, and our physical body. If we are not living our loving emotions, it may be because we have not known that we are energy as our loving emotions, and it is this energy of our loving emotions that supports our eternal life.
When we begin to truly understand our human design as energy, we begin to love ourselves. When we love ourselves we will release all of our dishonest behaviors that allow us to take advantage of other people, and we will appreciate the beauty and wisdom of “who we are,” as an evolving energy field that is living its eternal lives through the internal energy of our loving emotions as part of our Spirit Consciousness. We are a very special design as human beings, because we are designed with the ability to grow through understanding self. If we are afraid of understanding ourselves, we will avoid commitments throughout our physical lives by copying other people, with the internal concept that what has worked for another person will also work for us. Everything that we see, hear, touch, or feel, we will feel certain that it will not be “good” for us until we can “copy” it from someone else. This is the “tried and true” method of life.
Our “fear of failure” will keep us from being original with any of our creations, which will in turn expand our “need” to copy another person as we smother ourselves in fear. We want to copy another person because then we can truly believe that what was good for the other person will also be good for us, which will be used to lift us up in the sands of time. Copying is a “coward's” way of facing life. Originality is more than we can cope with, because people will know that “we are not as smart” as the people that we might want to be compared to. Fear is a terrifying energy when we find it snapping at our mind and we do not want to reveal ourselves. We cannot and will not ever live these fear emotions if we love our self. Therefore when we act out our fears in our physical life, we may not consciously be aware of our fears, but other people can easily see and recognize our fear energy, which many people will respond to through avoidance and copying.
Living the strength of our own internal convictions is how we learn to “love” ourselves and be original in our thinking and doing. No one else can be “original” for us.

We Are Capable of Many Endless Levels of Love
Once we recognize that our love is a very important emotion, we begin to realize that the family structure has a very real and true purpose by exposing us to the opportunity to love in our family relationships without a sense of rejection, which is totally unrelated to sexual love. As we learn the concept of emotional love in our family relationships, we begin to see that we are capable of many endless levels of love, which have no relationship to sex. We love our family, our life, our country, our freedom and if we are fortunate we will find a romantic love interest to live as we grow and change as a human being. True love is based in love, truth, and equality, which many people are challenged to live as a collective energy, but if we cannot live truth and equality, we cannot live our love. Once this is understood we can begin very dramatic internal changes that will change our entire life. Because our love is eternally connected to truth and equality as the basis of love, we cannot separate love from our truth and equality, and it is this factor that allows us to love ourselves, our family, our friends, and most people that we know because we accept others as equal to ourselves and as true friends, which opens our heart to love. True friends always live the truth of their love and equality in their relationship.
This helps us to see that we live an emotionally handicapped life if we do not learn how to live our love and truth towards ourselves, and towards our family, which sets the stage in our emotional, mental, and sensory energy to allow us to grow into productive and happy human beings. In our world today we live as an intense number of emotionally handicapped human beings. The more we live without love, the more intense our fear becomes and the more warped our emotions become. Once we understand the design of our internal emotional structure of learning love, we can open our thinking mind to allow acknowledgment of our loving emotions. Love is not synonymous with sex. Love is an emotion and sex is a physical act. Many times sex is used to replace the emotions of love, which will never stand the test of time.
We can see how we are reaping the results of not being able to emotionally love ourselves and other people simply by looking at the mental agony and the divorce rate in our world today. Love, as an emotion, is our most important lesson of this stage of our human development and growth, which will do wonders to stop all forms of war, between individuals, the market place, the world, and within the mind of each and every human being. Love is the core issue in learning The Joy of Health. Health is not just the physical health of our cells, it is also the health of our mental and emotional energy as well as our sensory self, which are dramatically affected by what we eat, drink, and breathe as well as the thoughts that we constantly entertain within our thinking mind.
We can never separate these three energy focuses and be living in health. If we are not living in the balanced energy of health throughout our human physical body, we cannot be happy and productive as human beings, because we will be living in “self-judgment” as our self-abuse, which dramatically changes the “truth” of our Dual Soul Energy. When we live in self-judgment, we sincerely believe that everyone else is judging us, which sinks us deeper and deeper into our fear, anger, resentment, and self-judgment. Judgment is the epitome of fear that is out of control and it is the antithesis of health. Changing how we think about us is the only cure to our negative emotional self. Change is our personal responsibility.

Truth - Never Live Behaviors that we Are Afraid to Own as Our Personal Creation
We create most of the situations in our physical life that make us sick and we can also create the situations that can make us well. Once we accept total responsibility for who we are, we can become conscious of the negative and positive energies that affect our health and our happiness. Truth is a very important Ethical Value and when we find ourselves lying and sneaking around to hide our true image from our family and friends, we need to stop and ask ourselves who we think that we are fooling. We are literally attempting to hide our loving self from our fearful self. When we are lying or sneaking around with our negative behaviors we are living from our fearful self. Of course this type of behavior is a joke as we never see the truth of ourselves when we are afraid to be totally open and up-front about our thinking mind and our physical behaviors. The secret is never to live behaviors that we are ashamed to “own” as our own personal creation.
When we do choose to live behaviors that we are afraid to own, we are living a lie within our own Soul mind and emotions and our Spirit Consciousness. We will be more dramatically affected by our internal lie than anyone else that knows us because we are harboring the negative energy within our own thinking mind, loving emotions, Spirit Senses, and our physical body at the same time that we are denying our lie. As we live these conflicting energies, we are pulling our thinking mind in opposite directions, which is teaching confusion to our internal mind as it vacillates back and forth between its love and fear, while at the same time knowing that it is not living love and truth.
Living a dual role in our physical lives always has a strong tendency to divide our Soul Mind and this division keeps us from knowing who we are. This gyration many times interferes with our thinking mind knowing who it is and it can lead us into dual roles and dual beliefs in our physical life. A man or woman who attempts to live the same degree of love with two or more women/men can create such an internal chemical confusion that cancer may occur, or some other disease, as a way of leaving this life to create a new life that is more focused. Another interesting energy field is someone that is intensely jealous of someone else and they belabor it into a breakdown of their own cellular structure. If this person has other negative beliefs to support this negative belief of jealousy, such as anger, fear, lying, or self-centeredness, then the disease potential rises accordingly.
Being happy and at peace with one’s self is essential if we want to be healthy and live a long life. We do not have to please other people, but we must be at peace with ourselves on an internal basis to keep ourselves healthy. If we are living a life of lying, fear, or anger, we will not and cannot be at peace internally with ourselves, which becomes our method of creating disease, both emotional and physical. Jealousy is a very negative, conflicting, and restrictive emotion that is frequent in our present-day society. Every time that I see someone that is living jealousy as well as inequality, fear, anger and various and sundry other fear emotions, I can only have sympathy for them in their present state of mind focus. They know not what they do to their own energy focus, which can easily make them sick unto death, as well as focusing their negative emotional energy into other people around them, which can make other people sick.
If we cannot live our love, truth, and equality it is time for us to look at ourselves and define our internal thinking and emotional problems. Do we feel that we are better than other people? Do we feel less capable than other people? Do we feel like we must copy other people as our method of attempting to be equal with other people? Copying does not create equality. But it does show that we cannot use our own personal mind to express our personal thoughts, emotions, and senses. When we find ourselves copying another person it is time for us to do some intense inner explorations to help ourselves discover why we cannot think and grow within our own personal energy. Either focus tells us something serious about ourselves, which is very important for us to know and understand.
Many times people who have been studying Spiritual Philosophy will feel they are superior to other people. This does not mean that such a person is at all superior to another person, but it does mean that the ego is yelling loud and clear, which helps us to understand that their learning has been sadly limited. These individuals will talk a good story, they will copy mine or other people’s material in an attempt to create the image they want to create of themselves, they will talk to other people from the energy of their ego, they will consciously choose to attempt to influence other people in seeing them in a “Spiritual” or “teaching” image.
All in all people have egos which can and will get out of control, if they think about themselves in a different image, such as teaching Spiritual Philosophy. We have to learn Spiritual Philosophy from the humility of a Philosopher’s mind. The ego is in no way a part of a true Philosopher’s thinking mind. This is why philosophy cannot be copied. No one else can copy the wisdom of an internal and eternal energy of the mind. But when anyone attempts to copy something that has been written by a philosophical mind, the information does not translate with the proper energy field, which allows all copying to fall flat on another person’s ears.
This old saying goes back to the very early years of our human development and it explains our behavior, thinking, and emotions very easily if we open our thinking mind to the patterns. These are patterns of the Ethical Values that we are attempting to learn as a human species. These are a major part of the behavioral patterns that clearly show us that we have not yet evolved our Dual Soul into living our love, truth, and perfection as the first level of our loving emotional energy as a thinking mind. Once we realize that we are stuck in fear we must stop and ask ourselves “why?” Are we afraid to change? When we are “stuck in fear” it controls our thinking mind, loving emotions, our Spirit Senses, and our physical behaviors. Usually we are stuck in fear because we have not yet learned the truth, love, and equality of ourselves as part of our design as a Spirit Energy, therefore we cannot think beyond our fear. Love, truth, and equality are a major part of the entire group of Ethical Values that we are attempting to learn as a human species.
As we begin to live the Ethical Values, we begin to change. If we do not know what the Ethical Values are, chances are we will not know how to change, even though we may have an internal feeling that we need to change. Because of our need to grow into the Ethical Values, we begin our change by learning to live our love first (family interaction), our truth second (which is how we build our family and our other relationships in life), and it is through our living our love and our truth as we learn our family and our friend interaction that we learn to create equality as our third level of growth. If we never learn our love, truth, and equality, we will never be able to live these emotions in our adult life, which means we will live without true friends, because we cannot be a true friend. Being a true friend will assure us of a wealth of true friends.
