Living our truth is the essence of us as human beings who want to grow, change, and prosper in our physical lives. Love, truth, and equality are the structure of our physical body, thinking mind, and human emotional design, and we cannot live truth without constructing our mind into an equal thinking and emotional design that functions smoothly in the adaptability of our human life. Asking ourselves who we are and who we want to be is the beginning of change and growth. But the secret of this exercise is being truthful with ourself and the challenges that we have not faced as we have lived this life. Everyone has some challenges, even if we have denied them and stuffed them into the recesses of our brain. Our lessons are very apparent to other people as a general rule, but we can look at ourselves throughout an entire lifetime and not be capable of seeing and identifying the lessons we do not know and may be trying to learn.
