Life and Living

Life is created by the sperm of the male fertilizing the ovum of the female, which begins the growth of the fetus in the womb. Nine months later this fetus will be grown to the size of maturity where it can live outside of the womb, take its own nourishment, and begin its physical growth into a physical human being. The life process is not always perfect but it is being guided totally by the nervous system as both physical design cells, energy cells, and growth cells of the human design. Essentially we are energy beings. Our new life as a physical body is created by the energy design within the mother's ovum and the father's sperm. These new cells are designed to grow into different parts of the human design until that design is complete and can live on their own energy fields.

Energy is the secret of life and all acts of living. Matter would always be "only matter" until it is inspired by the Ethical Values to join the concept of life and living as energy beings. As any life begins to and continues to evolve in our consciousness, we expand our thinking and being into a higher form of energy, which we reflect externally into a form of life. A form of life can and will develop from our open-minded thinking and doing. It may be that we change our own internal and external behaviors to coincide with the energy form that we have been thinking about.  We always change ourselves and our life through our thinking and defining process, which expands the internal energy of us. We have the capability to create what we want in our life, therefore we should never allow another person to "think us down." When we think another person down, we are using our own thinking process to interfere with another person's creative process. If we are going to use our thinking mind to interfere with the person's chosen direction in life, we must only use that level of interference if it has the power to improve and expand the energy of the other person.

By using the sperm and the ovum, we create new life through the dual energy of the mother and father. This new life as cells joining together, begin the immediate process of growth and birth, into a new infant which enters into our life as a new baby. All of the life patterns are included in the male and female energy cells that are joining together to create new life. That new life is us, it is our children and our grandchildren. We are energy beings, and energy never dies. Once we can see the evolution of life in another infant being on Earth, we can more fully appreciate our own eternal life as our growth and change. Never forget that memory is never lost in our evolution from one life to another, which makes it very important that we face life with happiness and joy as we live our ancient energy in a new form. Einstein determined that energy never dies, but it does change form!

Life and Love

As I have lived my life I have observed the people around me such as my family and friends as the people that I know, and the people that I don’t know. Every human being is at all times living the energy they have grown into, which they reflect as their Physical Energy and/or Emotional Energy. Sometimes people have not grown into their Spiritual Energy and remain stuck in their Physical Energy, which they live for everyone to see. I have been teaching Spiritual Philosophy as my entire focus of life since 1984. I have written multiple books addressing the different aspects of Spiritual Philosophy, how we live Spiritual Philosophy, and I consistently teach Spiritual Philosophy classes. I have also created the best Spiritual Healing Technique that I know of any where upon our Earth, which I have named Neural Depolarization. Neural Depolarization has the ability to heal every disease that I know about, and through the twenty-some years that I have been performing Neural Depolarization (NDP) on people with "incurable diseases" I have seen Neural Depolarization (NDP) successfully heal everything when the person is open to participate in their own healing.

As an RN that has spent over 40 years of my life actively involved in hospital care, medical research, teaching, raising a family, and (much more!) living, I am appalled at the lack of knowledge about our nervous system, which is the absolute source of our life and our love. Medicine has disgracefully ignored the truth of our Nervous System simply because they do not see the "energy" of our nervous system as the true source of life, because of their religious beliefs and their belief in only one physical life.. Even if we have the concept of energy as being our true source of life, we do not understand "energy" well enough to share it with other people. There is a gigantic gaping hole in the medical information about the practicalities of life in relationship to our nervous system and health. Once we fill this gaping hole, we can be healthier people and no longer have some of the devastating diseases that people are living with and dying from today.

Our challenge as human beings is to learn the truth of ourselves as energy beings that support our physical design. This becomes a "leap" for our mind only because we have not been taught this concept and we remain skeptical of everything that we have never known before. It is our energy self that experiences "eternal life." The sooner we see ourselves as energy and matter the sooner we will open our thinking mind to learning about ourselves as energy beings that live eternally. I have always been capable of seeing the energy of an individual in addition to the physical matter. The sooner we grasp this dual concept of ourselves, the sooner we will learn the beauty of healing our Spirit Consciousness and allowing it to become balanced with our physical self that helps us to prevent disease and live longer physical lives. The pattern of human life as both male and female shows us the pattern of our duality as energy and matter.

I love this "energy topic" about our own human design and function, and I sincerely hope that some of my readers love this topic as well as I do. When we begin to revere our energy as well as our physical matter, we will live longer lives and design our next life consciously before we die. Life and death is the continual story of how our energy works within us to capture our attention to learn more about "who we are." Once we begin to understand ourselves as energy beings living in matter, we will begin to understand Einstein’s theory of energy and matter in relationship to us as human beings.

All theories are behaviors of our thinking mind

Out of the darkness comes the light

The Freedom of Choosing our Own Journey

Knowing our precise journey in life is not as important as realizing that we have the freedom of choosing our journey. We have no obligation to follow someone else's soul journey.  In fact, we can never truly follow the journey of another soul because the experience  of the soul always creates a uniqueness to the individual journey of the soul. We must make the best possible choice we can make in following the journey of positive consciousness energy in every moment of every day. If we wait to figure out how someone else has chosen to handle a similar situation, we have missed an opportunity of choice and of growth. (The Journey Home, p. 230)

Changing our Consciousness

As I sat down to write today the subject matter that popped into my thinking mind was how we think. Sometimes I have to cap my thoughts because I have so much information that pours in all at once that I can be overwhelmed and challenged to get all of my thoughts on paper. Our thoughts are meant to be encouraging us to think about who we are, where we have been, where we want to go, how can we get there from here, and most of all we must always remember to think of ourselves and other people with the purity of love. We are born as a Dual Soul for the purpose of learning. If we do not consciously attempt to learn every day of our life, we should. Nothing is better for the human brain than to think new thoughts and seed more new thoughts.

Our one life belief is always a challenge for our brain. If we truly believe that we live only one life, there would be no purpose to life. Each life that we live is precisely given to us as an energy form as a means of learning. We should never think that some mistake was made when we were born in human form. The creator is smarter than we are and does not make mistakes. We have many lessons to learn in each life. Sometimes as I teach that our life is ours to learn, grow, and change ourselves, every day of our human life, I hear people answer me as though life "was done to them" not "created by them." If any mistakes were made, the "mistake" was the intention of our own Spirit Consciousness that is attempting to teach us something that we may not want to learn as a Dual Soul.

We are always born "perfect" for the lessons that we need to learn as a Dual Soul Consciousness. When we think that something is wrong with who we are, we must think further into our own conscious awareness to obliterate the thought of imperfection and focus our thinking mind on the internal love that fills the vessel of our heart. We are always born perfect for the lessons that we need to learn as a Dual Soul Consciousness. Seeing the perfection of who we are gives us the impetus to learn, grow, and change as a human being that is living their changing circumstances of life. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that "this too will pass" and love what and who we are now at this precise moment of life. All circumstances can be changed as we learn and grow within ourselves. We are always ahead of the game when we appreciate who we are, what we can learn, and we keep our mind and heart open to learning. Changing how we think helps us to see the true perfection of what we are leanring and growing within ourselves as human beings.

Very few people understand that we are an expanding Spirit Consciousness that is always focused on learning the perfect lesson for the Dual Soul Consciousness, which is always our Joy of Health. In 1989 I wrote a book which I titled Joy of Health, and now it is out in its 2nd Edition. Health to me as an R.N. is essential if we want to live Joy in our lives. Health comes first from how we think, which controls what we eat, drink, and breathe. When we are chemically healthy inside of our human body, we are happier, and more satisfied with life than we will ever be as sick, unhappy, and dissatisfied human beings.

Why Do I Teach Spiritual Philosophy?

Sometimes people ask me why I teach Spiritual Philosophy? I don’t think that most of us ever feel passionate about anything because of only one concept that is in our thinking mind, but I have always felt passionate about living Spiritual Philosophy. My Mother was very religious and followed the Baptist beliefs, my father was not religious, but he had an inner peace that I found fascinating and when we were alone he would tell me stories about his life in France after being wounded. As a soldier that could not be sent back to the United States in his condition with slow ships, he lived at the hospital for longer than most people did.. He was an avid reader and he taught me to read before I started school.

As a child I was born sick and remained frequently sick until I was about 17 years old. There were no antibiotics when I was young and living with rheumatic fever. In my attempt to heal myself, I pushed my self with the daily labors of farm chores and when I lived this self-imposed work ethic, I found that the more I worked the healthier I felt and the healthier I actually became. As a child I spent many Sundays with my father, talking for hours because going to Church was not my favorite thing. He told me about what he had learned in France about Spiritual Philosophy, which totally intrigued me. I never heard him tell these stories to anyone else in our family or friends.

When I chose a Nursing School to attend, I chose a Catholic school because in my reading I had learned that Catholic Schools focus on good educations. That was enough for me because I wanted a "good education." As I listened to the Mass and the School Chaplain, I began to realize that Catholic Religion had always been a good support system for higher education. I became good friends with the Priest and spent many hours talking with him, which was my first introduction to Georgetown University and its teachings in Washington, DC. As my life continued and I was nearing graduation I made arrangements to move to Washington, DC to accept a research position in tuberculosis at DC General Hospital.

My decision to go into Medical Research and into Nursing Administration was the best decision of my life, and that dual exposure has constantly guided me in my thinking and into fantastic research programs and nursing positions throughout my nursing career. I have spent many years of my life studying and living Nursing Supervision, which always gave me the opportunity to research each hospital and how it functioned. My focus on research has taught me more about myself than I could ever have learned any where else. Every job that I have had has added to the internal knowledge of myself as a human being as well as the internal workings of hospitals and health care. My intense relationship to hospitals prompted me to write my first book, The Joy of Health in 1989, which we have just reissued.

I have not as yet seen the perfect hospital because we are continuing to look at disease as "our need to be saved," instead of accepting illness as a challenge to save ourselves as we eat, drink, and breathe.

What is a Philosopher?

As I listen to the news and to people talk about their life, I constantly realize the knowledge people have been missing by not being taught Philosophy from their early life.  In my introduction to The Journey Home, my eighth book, I wrote about what it means to be a philosopher:

I am a metaphysical philosopher who lives and breathes with an understanding of who we are, why we are here, ad how everything in life relates to everything on earth and within the universe. A philosopher is literally a lover of wisdom. From a soul and spirit perspective, our purpose as humans is to seek the wisdom and love of our Divine Nature, which means that each of us is a natural philosopher. Metaphysics is the first division of philosophy because it was our first concept of philosophy as we devoted our search within the invisible world to help us remember the soul and spirit within ourselves. Our original search was to understand the invisible soul and spirit within us as the fractal pattern from which we created the design of our physical body. Internally we knew that we had created ourselves from an invisible trinity of consciousness energy. As we spent time on earth the consciousness of our soul and spirit began to fade, which inspired us to seek the knowledge to understand why.

A philosopher seeks the wisdom to understand creation as one unit of consciousness that works together in harmony such as man, nature, earth, and the universe. The metaphysical philosopher seeks the wisdom of the "one" creation of the invisible soul and spirit integrated into the visible matter of our body, nature, earth, and the universe. When we study the scientific disciplines with the perception of "one universal creation" versus "one physical life," our conclusions are different. We can see the duality of opposites, the fractal pattern of life, evolution, harmony, beauty, truth, equality, and we can see the love, balance, and integrity with which we were created.

I have been living and growing in my Spirituality since I was a small child. I had rheumatic fever from about six months until much later in life. I was born with memory of who I was, where I wanted to go, and where I had already been in my life.  For instance as soon as I could talk I told my parents that I was going to be a nurse. I was questioned about my choice because I was very ill with rheumatic fever and my parents were skeptical that I would ever be well enough to become a nurse. I was born on a farm with horses, cows, pigs, chickens and the normal work that had to be done to keep the farm productive and growing. As I grew, I worked because there was always work to be done. I milked many cows, morning and evening, and did numerous other chores. I look at life today and I do not see children working as we worked or playing as we played, which is of course the perfect changes that we see in our march of time. But we had a loving and productive childhood as we played, read books, swam in the creek, jumped off the cliffs into the creeks using the sturdy grapevines that scared my mother, and we consciously and intensely explored our life and our surroundings.

To me my life was the perfect learning experience.  I knew that it was my intention to go to school and become an R.N., which I did. As I went into nursing school, I was very happy that I had learned to milk cows, because I had the strongest hands and arms in the class.  When you have 2-300 + pound patients, it always helps if you have some muscle and some hand and arm strength.  I truly appreciated my working childhood when I saw fellow students that could not lift, turn, or support the weight of patients. My strength is an asset to me even today as I work with clients.

Today I use a technique that I have named Neural Depolarization on my clients. NDP is a fantastic procedure that I use to heal many conditions and many diseases including cancer, that no one else can heal. It is simple and easy on my clients, but it also leaves them feeling very different and improved in a short length of time. NDP is an energy therapy and I use it on all diseases and conditions with great success. The reason that I know how beautifully NDP works is because I healed my own body of rheumatic fever using NDP when I was a child. I wanted to go to nursing school as a child and I knew that I could not get in nursing school if I was sick. Therefore I knew that I had to heal myself because my parents had taken me to many Doctors and no one could even begin to stop my pain. None of this exposure to pain stopped me in my intentions, therefore I knew as a child that I had to heal myself if I wanted to accomplish my true goals in life. The medications that we have today can heal Rheumatic Fever but Penicillin came out after I was in Nursing School for three years.

Today I use NDP very successfully to heal many conditions that are considered to be impossible to heal.  When I see patients return to their normal "energy" patterns and begin to live happy and healthy lives, I love NDP even more, and I always wish that someone had known NDP when I was a child and in severe pain.  NDP not only stops pain but I have healed multiple "incurable" diseases in the past 30 years, giving people a new lease on life.  NDP is an energy therapy, which means that it is perfect for energy diseases.  I love healing children that are facing life with a mental or emotional handicap if someone can't help them.  It is my intention to teach one more class of NDP students before I retire, and that class will begin soon. Stay tuned for the exact time and place which I will put on my web site.

Silence Expands Your Consciousness

At my Joy of Health seminar on Sunday, one of my students was prompted to read a passage from my 2nd book, Bridges of Consciousness. Upon request, I've copied the passage here:

Go beyond the chatter of the ego and look for the lesson. Looking within is not an exercise to destroy the ego. It is an exercise of providing balance in life. The ego is only a small part of the life of man on Earth. When the ego takes over control of man's life, dramas are created to defend the take-over.

Search for moments in your life when you can be with silence. Silence has an expansiveness and openness that is innate within itself. Silence does not fence you in as sound fences you in. When you can become comfortable with silence you will find the higher self that is you, reaching further and further into the spiritual world. You will begin a silence communication of energy which you will be able to identify by the peaceful feelings that will wash over you. At this moment the ego may create fear. Do not respond.

This silence does not remove your consciousness, it expands your consciousness. You will be aware of your physical world, but you will be developing an awareness of things within that physical world that you did not see before. You will feel a freedom, a wideness to your world. In time your thoughts will begin to come from a higher level, and you will suddenly be astounded by how profound you can be.

As you allow yourself to travel further and further into the stillness, the silence of life, you will begin to develop an awareness of light within this expansiveness. The light will increase into an understanding, a knowledge of self and your intimate relationship to the Universe. This will be the beginning of your transformation from a physical being into a balanced being. You will give nothing up. You will be adding to.

The entire world of man has been focused upon the physical self from the beginning of time. In your world today this fascination with the physical body controls much of your economy; even your medical and food industries. Man will become aware of the soul and spirit of self more rapidly, when he makes the choice to focus on the soul and spirit.    (Bridges of Consciousness, p. 92)

Living our Love as the Joy of Health will be our Truth of Life

Life is our Joy! Health is our Joy! Whenever I think about the human species and the multiple levels of human energy that is prevalent in our reality as a human society, I wonder how long it is going to take us ("mankind" and "womankind") to awaken to living the Ethical Values as our Joy of Life. The Ethical Values dictate to us as human beings that we must live truth if we want to live our Spiritual Design. Whenever we live any energy that is not coming from the Ethical Values, we cast negative energy into the energy reality of Earth, which causes multiple fluctuations in the way that Earth itself functions.

Man has changed the energy level of Earth, because man is totally self-centered and usually functions from the concept that "What man wants, man gets." We can always see this attitude living in the hearts of some people. When we very consciously live the Ethical Values, we make Earth better, more stable, and we also stabilize the energies that surround Earth, and the energies that live on Earth.

The Joy of Health teaches us to live a happy, truthful, healthy, and productive life. When we study the concepts of living Joy, which helps us to create the health of our body, mind, and Spirit, we prepare ourselves to live our love as the energy of our human life. As a Spiritual Being, we are committed to living love, truth, and equality.

The Joy of Health helps us to rise above our negative behaviors that we are inflicting upon ourselves in our ignorance. Our internal Joy helps us to understand how lying represents a soul that is struggling to learn to recognize itself. To be Spiritual, we must be truthful. Living our love as the joy of health will be our truth of life.

Join me at my next Joy of Health seminar next Sunday, October 24th at the Pittsboro Community House!  (65 Thompson Street in downtown Pittsboro)

Knowing Self as Energy

Love and Kindness
Come from a special place
In our loving heart
Of infinite energy.

Humans have a heart
Of wisdom and kindness,
A loving heart,
An eternal heart of energy

That allows our Spirit Energy
To Live love in every life,
In every word, every action
Every gesture that we make

And in every action of our life.
Good or bad or indifferent
We find the joy and the love
To live and to grow within.

The human challenge
Of good, evil, or indifferent
Is only temporary in our true growth.
Energy can never die.

A lesson to be learned.
To know the destiny
And the true beauty
Of all that lives and breathes, Energy.

The Energy of life comes
Only to live, change, and die,
And return again as another human energy
Another life of physical love.

Spiritual Philosophy and The Joy of Health

Ask yourself these questions:

Do I know myself?
Who do I want to be?
What do I want to learn out of my life?
Do I enjoy my relationships with other people?
What must I learn to accomplish my goals?
Am I prepared mentally and emotionally to accomplish my goals?
Am I healthy and happy in my life?
Do I know the "value of truth" in my life?
Do I live my life as a shining example of love, truth, and equality?

Speaking truth and living truth are essential for understanding Spiritual Philosophy. Are you currently living these important Ethical Values in your daily life? Do you understand the Ethical Values and the role they play in our evolution?  The Joy of Health is designed to help us understand and clearly recognize the internal and external challenges that we are creating for ourselves to learn. Learning these valuable lessons can put us on the road to health and happiness. As long as we are "mind muddled" by our challenges, live beliefs that are opposite to our human design, lie and cheat our way through our physical world, we cannot and will not see the design of our eternal Spiritual lessons that we are attempting to teach ourselves, and therefore we will not recognize these eternal energy lessons, no matter how long we may be attempting to live them.

Our growth must always start within us and within our heart and mind, before we can live our growth of evolution. We can never look external to ourselves and learn the lessons that are essential to our internal human Dual Soul energy. We must begin our lessons of life by looking at our external air, foods, and water before we can balance our internal chemical cellular design to live in our optimum health and happiness. Have you begun your change to healthy living? We are totally and forever responsible for "knowing ourself," to maintain our health and happiness. And knowing ourself is essential in learning how to live our love, truth, and equality as the basics of our human behavior. If we cannot live our love, truth and equality at the highest level of energy, then we do not understand the concept of ourselves as an energy being. Once we understand ourselves as true energy beings, we will know truth in all aspects of life and living.

Molding Our Reality: Concepts and Perceptions

Concepts and perceptions are both levels of our thinking mind. Of course we have additional levels of our thinking mind, but it is important for us to know how we focus our thinking mind and how we prefer to focus our thinking mind many times on concepts and perceptions that have little if anything to do with truth. As we live our life with the intention of growth and change, we can clutter our thinking mind with many concepts that are not real in any aspect of our human potential, but we will think they are. If we clutter up our thinking mind with inaccuracies, we will not have the thinking space that we need to focus on truth. If we have become addicted to inaccuracies, we will not know the difference between truth and fiction.

Once we learn to focus on the subject that is at hand, we will come closer to opening up our thinking mind to the best and most effective approach to what we want to do. Our concepts of life and our perceptions about life are always of our own making. We may learn some concepts of lessons from our family, but the majority of concepts and perceptions that we have about our lives are left over from our past lives and consist of the lessons that it has been hard for us to learn. Our lessons are learned in levels. We might learn only one minor level in one life or we might learn many lessons at deeper and deeper levels, which are left over from our past lives. As we work with our concepts and perceptions of life, we expand the ways in which our mind functions and we allow ourselves to grow from each experience. This is the definition of our internal growth.

The more information that we have about ourselves, our family, life in general, and the knowledge that we have learned from living, the more we can understand ourselves, our relationship to life, and the relationship that we have to other people, our family, our jobs, our friends, and to ourselves, the more we learn to appreciate life and living. Our knowledge is always the result of our perceptions. Multiple people can hear the exact same words but their evaluation of those words has to do with the depth of their knowledge and their varied experiences that they have lived to use as their examples of definition. We must never shy away from learning at the deepest level that we can possibly learn. Our level of learning will always be designed by our life experiences and the beliefs that we are attached to.

Eating is a perfect example of how we live our concepts and perceptions to influence our entire physical, mental, and emotional life. If we have a belief that “all food is good food,” that will be the way that we eat, drink, and breathe, because we will not have any concept that another way may be a better way and we may not even know that another way of eating is available to us. It is very clear to me that many people eat, drink, and breathe in multiple toxic ways.We breathe in a toxic manner when we spray any chemical in our house or set any chemical out to deodorize our air. Being toxic to ourselves through our behaviors multiplies the challenges in our life, and being unaware of these challenges that we present for ourselves is precisely what Spiritual Philosophy is capable of helping us to overcome.

Our concepts and perceptions of what is healthy and what isn’t healthy leaves much for us to learn. Basically our concepts and perceptions are available to us as a guide to learning truth. Truth is about living the Ethical Values as the guiding energy of our life. If we do not know the truth of ourselves, we will not understand physical truth, and we will not live truth.

We will lie to ourselves, we will lie to our friends, and we will lie to our family, because we are always in a self-protective mode of thinking. Living with the reputation of a liar keeps us from ever reaching the level of our Spirit Consciousness. If we want to change, we must consistently live our truthful behavior as the total essence of our human life. Many people have learned to lie as children and have not changed that childish behavior in their adult life. Lying is always a total “giveaway” within our personality, which shows us the negative energy of our Dual Soul working overtime and it also shows our lack of integrity. Anyone that is addicted to lying can never teach Spiritual Philosophy as truth, because they are unable to “know” and to “recognize” truth, which prevents them from living truth.

If we have a perception that we are living truth, we need to write down our conversations and keep track of what we are saying in order to trace our behavior and see how often, if ever, we actually do speak truth. When we are attempting to learn how to live as a Spiritual person, we must begin to live the Ethical Values as our consistent everyday behavior. If we lie to ourselves and think that we are living our Ethical Values, we must look at our speech patterns and our behavior on a daily basis to make certain that we are living our truth. If we say one thing and do another thing, we are not living truth. Truth is always our personal responsibility. No one else can speak truth for us. If we are living with a perception that we always speak truth, we must be honest with ourselves. If we write down our truth, we have a record of what we are looking for which we can go back and check. Without having our truth written down, we can make it up as we live our life.

Living the Ethical Values

Throughout History we have been told about the opposite of the Ethical Values as people have lived the negative energies instead of the positive energies, such as the Biblical concepts of banishment into Hell.  Are we ever banished into Hell, of course not.  No one else can banish us into Hell since our banishment is a personal focus and not the focus of another person.  When we resist living the Ethical Values, then our behaviors can banish us by leading us down that “primrose path” in the direction of Hell.  When we break the code of the Ethical Values which is the true code of living our Human life, then we are banishing ourselves into the concept of Hell, as presenting ourselves with a negative energy that we will find ourselves living within us that can “feel” like Hell.

This helps us see that as human beings when we are living the energy of lying, cheating, and stealing, we are setting ourselves up to live the negative aspects of life, which is the Hell that we create in our own personal lives by how we think and live.  We become conscious of our  Hell when everything goes wrong in our life, which has been written about by songwriter’s from the beginning of time.  Many times these songs are referred to as “the Blue’s” because they relate to lives that have taken a negative turn as they are being lived by either man or woman.   We can become fully aware of many different people who are very much at home with their lying, cheating, and stealing approach to life, which they will consistently deny that they are living because of their need to create the image they want other people to see, which is basically someone else that they are currently imitating.

If and when we lie as a human being, we are breaking the Ethical Value of truth that acts as the “dagger in the heart” that allows the Ethical Values to collapse around us and put us in complete jeopardy with the multitude of life events that we must live.  This helps us to see that if we live one “break” or lie with our Ethical Values, it follows that we cannot live any of the Ethical Values primarily because we have destroyed the basic structure of the Ethical Values that we need to support our Spirit Consciousness.   Our Ethical Values are designed as the “true energy structure” of our human Soul as a mind and loving emotions.   No one else can live the Ethical Values for us.

The original Spiritual energy has been created in the image of the Ethical Values as love, truth, and equality, which is our definition of  freedom.  When we refuse to live the Ethical Values, we remove the freedom from our total brain structure, which puts our entire life in jeopardy.  Of course we can copy another person but when we do this we are building our image as a “false image” because we are attempting to steal the energy image of another person.  Stolen images are only fleeting images in the mind of the thief, and they will only last a short time as the “energy thief” knows that a stolen image cannot reproduce itself, and in a short time the energy that is stolen will disappear. We are always designed as living human beings to create our own energy fields, so when we attempt to steal an energy field the energy itself will collapse.

We are designed to live our own human pattern of Ethical Values, which will always be reflecting the precise level of energy that we have grown into as a human design.  Our Ethical Values are the patterns of our Spirit Consciousness, and once we recognize that it is Spirit Energy that we must live, we can learn and grow into that very precious energy of the Ethical Values that has created us as human beings.  When we deny living the energy of our Ethical Values, we can feel that we need to steal another person’s energy because we have not yet learned how to create ourselves as a Spirit Consciousness Energy.  We must always learn the “fine art” of growing our own loving and happy energy fields, which we can do when we are living the Ethical Values in our everyday life.   We can never live another person’s energy because each energy field that a person is living is their own creation from their own personal growth of their Ethical Values.  For instance everyone that lives love, sees love and lives love in their own personal image of love.

Love itself is a very important Energy.  But since love is interpreted in as many ways as there are people, no one person can interpret how another person sees love, acts out love, interprets love, or expresses love.  Most people would think that all love is the same, but that is not true, and when we see the behaviors between two people we can interpret their definition of love.  If a child is beaten when they are young, they may grow up thinking that being beaten is an expression of love.  This belief can be held over into their marriage and they will then feel responsible for beating their wife as an expression of love.  What we learn becomes what we do and what we believe, and frequently we do not understand that we do not think like other people.  Some people may believe that sex is love, which is also not true, but the person that believes sex is love, will operate under that theory for a lifetime unless somehow along the path of life, he is fortunate enough to learn differently.

This confusion about definition helps us to understand why some people do not understand how to live the Ethical Values.  Our Ethical Values are closely connected to the chemical design of our nervous system.  If we do not understand ourselves as a nervous system, we certainly will not know how to handle our nerves which means we will not know how to use our body, mind, and Spirit to create the best life that we can create.

Originality is the "Golden Parachute" of Our Energy Fields

Understanding Energy is the path of human growth. We are energy in every aspect of our being as Humans. This truth is a challenge for many people to accept but it is essential to our growth and change as human beings that have been created by the Universal Energy. We are a Universal Design of Energy that we must use in every aspect of our human design. We think, feel, create, and inspire through the energy that lives within us as a human design. As a negative energy field, we also cheat, steal, copy, imitate, and live energies that are not ours to use. As an energy being this is a way of sliding backwards in our growth rather than moving forwards, which is termed “parasitic” energy. Creating our own internal energy field is very different than becoming a “parasitic” energy.A parasite lives off the energy of its host. When a person lives a “parasitic” energy they live off the energy of a host, which is usually someone in their life that they are copying.Copying is not just the written word.Copying relates to all life issues and can become a criminal event if it is carried to extreme in any aspect of life.

Copying also affects the energy fields of those that are being copied. This energy affect can reach across countless miles to intercede in the energy of another person.Copying can be felt as “pain without cause,” in another person’s body because it is an energy force that is making itself known to the person being copied.

As energy beings, we begin our life as a new energy focus, which means that as a human being we are searching for something new in life that we can use within ourselves to change and grow.Growth is an energy movement. Therefore, we must always use our own energy to change and grow.If we attempt to copy another person’s energy, we are not growing because we are following a copy of growth and not creating our own growth. It is wonderful to learn new information, but we must make the information into our personal mind’s understanding and attempt to create our life from that understanding.

If we attempt to create our life from another person’s understanding, we will harm our own design as an energy being. This is why it is vitally important to take what we learn and apply it in our own life to shift our energy thinking, rather than copying another person’s energy image. There is a very Spiritual reason for this change in energy thinking and it is about the design of our energy in the Universal System. If one energy has already been accepted as an energy design by the energy envelope of the Universal System, another person will be kicked out of the Universal System if they present with the identical copied design. Originality is required for future growth. This is paramount in our Universal Energy.

Originality is the “Golden Parachute” of our energy fields. No two people are permitted to live the exact same design in the Universal System. Living the same design cuts down on the originality and the expansion of the Universal System. Every human has a role to play and their role is unique to them.If anyone refuses to live their individual energy, they can be kicked out of their energy field. If anyone has become attached to copying in the physical world, the design of the Universal System will “kick” that design out of the homecoming energy fields. When we are living in Spiritual Energy, we can and will never attempt to copy another person. If we are not living in Spiritual Energy then we are not yet ready to expand our internal energy fields and expand our own personal growth by our individual thinking concepts.

There are multiple images of this reality that have been taught in our evolving energy of the physical world. These are all opposite to the Ethical values but they are seen as “banging heads,” banished from Heaven into hell,” graven images, false idols, AntiChrist, Lucifer, Dante’s Inferno, Paradise Lost. And then we have the stories of the embryo that is kicked out of being with miscarriages or abortions as an energy problem, which can require blood transfusions or problems with the blood/brain barrier. All of this reflects the human problems that exist within our human body as the mind creates challenges with the body.Once we can look at each challenge in our life, we can see precisely how we have worked them out through our own energy fields. Our energy fields have supported us in every lesson that we have needed to learn, which has allowed us to grow beyond our negative beliefs. It is important to know that we can be original in our energy healings especially in relationship to our health and happiness.

All Energy is Eternal

I have lived with a total awareness of my past lives since I was a small child. I have also had a total awareness of us as a Spirit Consciousness Energy that is living to grow and change into a conscious awareness of ourselves as Eternal Energy Beings. The more aware we become of ourselves as Energy beings that are living a human life, the more we begin to understand why this is happening and what we are meant to learn in our growth and change, or said another way what we are meant to learn in our birth and death, which are both Energy experiences that relate to our human life. Gaining an awareness of all of the levels of energy has opened my mind to teaching Spiritual Philosophy from my past life memory.

We can have past life memory as we evolve as a Spirit Consciousness because memory is a level of Spirit Consciousness, which is the accumulative pattern of our Energy learning. When we are living with only a physical awareness, we cannot grasp the Energy essence of who we are as true Eternal Energy Beings and we have no consciousness of past life memory. We are Eternal as Energy Beings that are choosing to experience life on Earth as part of our learning curve as Eternal Energy Beings. The positive part of our learning experience will be captured as an energy experience that will expand our mind and our Spirit Consciousness. The more that we live and learn the more that we expand our Spirit Consciousness. We live in many different countries, with many different belief systems, and we live as both male and female during our learning experiences of life. The important issue for all of us is truth. We cannot understand anything about ourselves if we do not understand truth. We can never “fake” knowing truth, because of the energy that is involved in the action of knowing truth.

As Energy beings we are an eternal part of the entire Energy field that makes up the scope of human life on Earth and we are part of the Energy that creates the entire Universal System of Energy that we are living within. As we learn and grow, our Energy fields expand into greater and greater dimensions as we truly understand ourselves and our internal capabilities. All Energy is eternal, therefore when we die physically our internal Energy leaves the human body and once again joins in the Energy of the Universal System as a means of planning its next human life on Earth. When we learn to understand our own Energy, we will be able to use our Energy in many different ways to help ourselves and other people to work with their Energy in a loving and productive manner. We cannot truly teach Spiritual Philosophy until we understand the truth of the Universal Energy from which we can draw on the truth of Spiritual Energy from the multiple levels of Eternal Energy. Our Spiritual Energy is the essence of living all of the Ethical Values of our Spirit Consciousness as the energy of our entire physical life. Our Eternal Energy is the power of the human reincarnation, or if we put it another way our Eternal Energy is the essence of our Eternal Life as living the energy of all of the Ethical Values as a physical human being.. When we can accept and respect the power of our internal and eternal Energy of the Ethical Values, we will move forward in great strides as we can tap into the Universal System of Energy that can feed us more and more High Levels of Energy.

We cannot access the Ethical Values of the Higher Levels of Energy if we have not expanded our physical thinking and behaviors into a Spiritual level of thinking and living. Our Ethical Values are always our judge and jury of the physical systems counterpart. We are what we live. If we do not live the Ethical Values, we are not living in Spiritual Energy and we should not even attempt to do Spiritual therapies or teaching with our human mind. We cannot teach what we cannot reach We are always what we make ourselves to be. Are we living negative energy or are we living in positive Spiritual Energy. We must always look at ourselves, be honest with ourselves, and continue to grow and expand ourselves into our positive Spiritual Energy. We must always remember that other people are always looking at us from their level of consciousness energy expansion, therefore they can see precisely where we are in our growth, whether or not we want to accept where we are in our growth.

Opening our thinking mind to the truth of the level of growth that we are living gives us an opportunity to change and grow. Without the opportunity to change and grow, we will definitely stay in the same place or we can slide backwards. We must live the Ethical Values as our means of growth and change as a Dual Soul and Spirit Consciousness. We cannot live any other Energies and change and grow. Because we are designed as Eternal Energy, we must reach the level where we can grow or we will be left behind in our journey through the Universal System. Our time is running out on Earth. Earth as a planet that is populated with human beings has been one of the slowest planets in the Universe to grow and change, which has been supported by the belief that God will save all human beings if they repent their sinful ways. Growth is about the growth and change of each human being and God cannot grow for anyone.

Who Are We As Human Beings?

All of my life I have heard people talk about their "weight" as a topic of constant conversation. In my last post I gave a formula of healthy eating and working that will create beautiful proportions in your body. Now the next step in weight loss is creating a happy and active lifestyle. Most people gain weight because they are not keeping themselves mentally and emotionally happy. Our biggest challenge as a human beings is our belief that we have to be saved by someone else. When we live with this belief, we deny our own personal responsibility to save ourselves. As humans we have a thinking mind, loving emotions, Spirit senses, and a physical body. If we spend all of our thinking time focused on our physical body, we are seriously cheating ourselves of our enjoyment of life and loving ourselves.

Our most important asset is our thinking mind. We should always be exploring new thoughts, thinking about these thoughts, and seeing how they relate to our normal life. It is our thinking mind that gives us access to our loving emotions and Spirit senses. Without this conscious focus on our loving emotions and our Spirit Senses through our thinking mind, we will not be creating wholeness in our internal energy fields. When we do not focus our thinking mind internally on our loving emotions and our Spirit Senses, we focus our thinking mind externally on what someone else can do for us. This is the basis of thinking that "God will save me." That might happen a long ways down the road in our journey of life, but how about the "Now" in our life? Who are we? Why are we on Earth? What does it mean to be human? Why is it important to learn and grow? These are the questions that we must look at if we want to begin the journey of understanding ourselves as energy beings.

The most important aspect of changing how we think about ourselves is to realize that we are energy beings.  When we are created, it requires the work of both the sperm and ovum to work together to create a new life as energy.  The sperm and ovum are parts of our male and female body that have the “energy” power to generate new life, which can then grow into a new human body with the Mother’s help of good nutrition, water, and air.  We are all a product of this creation.  As humans we are created and recreated for the purpose of understanding ourselves, the Earth that we live upon, the heavens that we live within, and what it means to be human.  As humans we are designed to learn and grow by using the brain that we are given to expand our own thinking mind.  If we do not learn and expand our thinking mind, we are not living the human role that we are designed to live.  Many people think that they can simply rest on their laurels and be perfect, but our life is about growth.  When we focus on growth we have to look at ourselves and begin to see that we have grown from the union of a sperm (male) and ovum (female) into a physical human being that may have lived many years of life.

Creating new life is part of our human design that we must understand more clearly before we can move forward as a human design.  We have a brain in our human design that we consistently use to gather information that helps us to understand ourselves.  Our human design began on Earth thousands of years ago and we are only now beginning to understand the depth of learning (internal energy) that we must use to begin the intimate process of understanding who we are, why we are human, and what the role of the human is within the Universal System   One thing that we do know at this point in time is, we are here on Earth to begin to learn about the energy of who we are as eternal beings.  As Eternal Beings we live eternally in the Universal System as Energy Beings and we choose to materialize ourselves by becoming physical beings as a way of learning.  This helps us see that being physical is our method of educating ourselves and growing as energy beings.  But as physical beings we must first learn “who we are” as energy beings before we can remember what we have learned in previous lifetimes.  Our memory itself is an energy field that we cannot use as a resource of the thinking mind until we are open to learning more about ourselves as energy beings living in a physical body.

As energy beings our life is about growth and change through learning first about ourselves as Energy Beings, and second about the Universal System of Energy that we live within.  Our normal system of human birth is showing us the Energy pattern of life that is within us and the energy that gives us life.  We die when the energy of us leaves our human body. As human beings we do not think of ourselves as energy beings, but we are energy beings and if we listen closely to our own personal conversations, we will relate frequently to the energy that we feel or don’t feel.   As energy beings we never die, but we do change our physical form.

Health and Happiness

Everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy and happy life, as health and happiness are both internal energy fields that make up our natural condition. Look at most newborn babies. They arrive healthy and happy in this physical world. During pregnancy, the Mother attempts to eat nutritious foods, drink good water, and breathe fresh air. These are the basic needs for each and every human to live a happy, healthy, and long life. Knowing this simple equation, we must stop and ask ourselves what happens along the living journey of our physical life. How do we become sick and devoid of energy? It is not that everyone does not eat, but the question is "What do we eat?" Do we eat processed foods that we remove from a can, a box, or some other container? Most processed foods do not have the same nutrients left in them as fresh, raw foods have. Once we understand that "we eat by choice," we will also understand that when we make good choices in our foods, we will be healthier and happier.

When we gain weight or get too thin, we need to understand that it is us that guides our hand to our mouth and makes the choices of what is in our hand. This puts obesity and malnutrition directly into our personal responsibility as our thinking about foods. No one else can ever be responsible for what we eat or don't eat, and we should never attempt to make someone else responsible for our personal eating habits. Over-eating should be called the "hand-to-mouth" disease" which we should be able to understand as our personal behavior. Not eating enough is also creating poor health habits and disease, so we need to seek an internal balance. Understanding the "why" of watching what you eat, is the beginning of change and success in being healthy, feeling wonderful, and actively enjoying our physical life.

Why do we overeat? Why do we under eat? The answers are not a simple one because every human being alive that is overeating has his/her own accumulation of reasons.  I suggest to my clients that if they are overeating they need to keep a "reason" diary. A "reason" diary is created by making a note of your motivation to eat, each and every time you put food in your mouth. Write down what you are eating, the time that you are eating, and why you feel hungry. Keep this diary for one month. Each month we will do a re-evaluation of your eating habits and begin to work on changing your habits that are not appropriate to maintain your normal weight.

The other issue with overeating is underactivity. Anytime that we begin a weight loss program it is time to reduce the amount of food that we eat, while increasing the amount of exercise that we get on a daily basis. My favorite exercise is walking and my second favorite is gardening. Plant a flower garden and watch the changes that occur in your yard and your physical body. Gardening is a very satisfactory form of exercise when we can see the results that we create. Exercise for me must mean something in my life or I will probably not stay focused on the exercise. Change your food to fresh, raw foods and you will begin to feel better, have more energy, and you can watch the pounds fall off your body. This will be a special joy to you when you find yourself putting on a new dress or wearing a suit that you have not been capable of wearing for a year or more.

The better you look, the happier you will be in your life! Go for it! Create a new you!

Our Daily Evolution

I do appreciate all of my followers on Facebook and my blog, so my purpose in today’s post is to fill in some of the blanks about who I am and get to know everyone better by hoping that others will follow my example. Tell us who you are.

I was born and raised in a small town in the Midwest, Salem, Illinois, where some of my family still live. When I was living on our farm as a child I learned how to do all of the farm chores like milking cows, feeding pigs and chickens, playing in our woods, creeks and ponds, and riding horses. When I was 18 years old and just as I graduated from High School, I moved to Indianapolis, IN where I had enrolled in a Nursing School program and I began the most important learning of my entire life. I learned what they taught me, but I learned multiple other things as well, which has served me for my long and fruitful life. My most exciting nursing position was a research position with the Navy Medical Research Institute, which I loved because of all of the information that we discovered about “us humans”in our work. In 1984 I started my second career as a writer and teacher of Spiritual Philosophy. Since then I have written 8 books of Spiritual Philosophy and I have been constantly teaching Spiritual Philosophy to all who come to my classes and to see me for “Life consults.” In the center of all my life and my work were my six children that I love dearly. They are all grown up now with their own children and we are starting on the next generations. This is the story of how life expands and we continue to learn.

Many times I have been asked why I changed careers when I did. As a Kidney Transplant Nurse with my in-depth research experience I had an opportunity to accept several jobs that were offered to me. But my research experience proved to me that we live more than one life, so I wanted to learn and experience everything that I could experience in this lifetime and I wanted to help other people learn about their past lives, and their eternal life. From the time that I was an infant I could remember other lives that I had lived. This internal memory has kept me searching within as intensely as I search externally. It has been my internal memory that is always pushing me to write more books and to make more CDs, and to continue teaching Spiritual Philosophy. I teach Spiritual Philosophy classes, which is helping other people to open their minds to us as eternal energy beings and to have more faith in themselves. I sincerely believe that we should be taught Spiritual Philosophy from our very early life.

Once we can accept that as energy beings we live eternal lives, we begin to look at the world with different eyes. Our physical death takes on a new purpose, an opportunity to create a new and healthy physical body to support our internal and eternal Dual Soul mind and emotions in their eternal growth. When we look at people from the 1500s and then we observe all of the people in history from the early years into the year that we are now living, we see the growth of the human species. We can see change in all aspects of the human species from their physical appearance, their thinking mind, loving emotions, and their Spirit Senses, which shows us that we are all living our eternal growth, and we must be personally responsible for our physical body, thinking mind, loving emotions, and Spirit Senses. We have a personal responsibility to ourselves to learn, to grow, and to change, which is my express purpose in teaching Spiritual Philosophy. Our growth is based on how well we can live the Ethical Values, which is the internal energy design (Intelligent Design!) of our mind, emotions and senses.

It is time for all of us to grow in the concept of our eternal life as energy beings, so that we can consciously take our memory with us into each new physical life time. Knowing that we are basically energy beings and that energy never dies but it does change form (Einstein) helps us to understand that when we wear out our physical body with disease or age, we, as an energy of Spirit Consciousness, are going to work with a man and woman to create a new body for us to return to a new life. This human energy is the eternal beauty of our physical life, our intellectual growth, and the growth of our loving emotions. Once we can open our thinking mind to the concept that as energy beings we are eternal, we remove the fear of death from our thinking mind, which is a challenge that many people face in living and dying. Knowing ourselves gives us the freedom to share ourselves with other people.

Research and Our Eternal Chain of Life

When I spend time looking at my life, I clearly remember some of the jobs that I have had which stand out in my mind. I worked with kidney transplant patients for many years before I became associated with the KTHS at the Naval Medical Research Lab. The Kidney Transplant Histocompatibility Study was a research program that reached out to transplant programs in the United States and Canada to follow their transplant patients with specific studies. We had many patients enrolled in the study and we were looking at the HLA and DNA of these patients to see what we could learn. We learned a lot about the value of matching the antigens when we could, but many times a patient with no matches did just as well. Once again this program helped me to fulfill my need for research. We did learn many things which are now common practice in most transplant programs. Because I have always loved research this position was precisely the type of program that I loved. My intention was to learn more than I needed to learn to fulfill my research position.

What I learned is very different than what the scientists learned, and also very different than the studies that we were doing. Most of all I learned how versatile the human body is, how it can adapt, how it can change, and always I was aware of the patients’ attitude about their medical challenges and their determination to “get well.” In each of these behaviors I was always aware of the energy in each body and how it was being affected by the mind of the patient and doctors. We were looking at transplant in relationship to the HLA and DNA, which were very important aspects of our overall research program. The more I worked and studied this program, the more convinced I became about the strength of our human body and the lessons that we are learning in our human lives. I could always see that a good transplant had to do with the chemicals that we were putting into a human body being in sync with the chemicals that were circulating already in the human body.

As I studied the genetic system, I saw things that other people did not necessarily see. I literally saw the chemical design of our eternal human life, which is the story of who we are as human beings living our eternal lives. Most of the physicians that I was working with and the rest of the research staff believed that we live only one physical life. The DNA and the HLA helped me to see the patterns of our eternal life, how our chemical pattern is changed from one life to another and how it is the same in many ways, why it is changed, and the interaction between the chemical design of us and the eternal energy of us. The chemicals that make up our internal cells also carry the internal and eternal chemical energy of us through the entire body to give us life. I could watch the chemicals create the energy and I could compare this aberration of energy (kidney failure) to the energy changes that I see when a body is overcome with cancer and is living the throes of death.

I have always eaten extremely well and do not believe in “fast foods,” because I believe in the natural foods that contain the chemicals that our body needs to give us life. Without these natural chemicals, our body cannot stay healthy and happy. Each of us is in total charge of our health and our life. The medical community as a whole does not understand the importance of eating raw from Nature as a means of sustaining our life and protecting us from disease. We can each accept personal responsibility for how we are eating, our attitude in life, our behaviors, and the emotions that we live, which creates wonders in protecting our human body and preserving our human life. The energy of our human body never dies, therefore the more we expand our human energy the more we will enjoy life and living in our eternal chain of physical human lives. Our DNA and our HLA are chemical patterns of our human life design that either give us a good body or a challenged body. We can all balance these chemical patterns that make up our human design by eating pure foods, drinking pure water, and breathing fresh air.

Our Journey to Love

Each and every human being is born to love, and they will unconsciously seek love from birth until death. Many individuals think that sex is love, which is absolutely inaccurate. Sex is a physical act and love is an emotion. When sex is good sex with someone you love, you can certainly feel the expansion of your physical love with sex into an emotional love. This can be a short journey or a long journey which is ultimately dependent upon the circumstances of the depth of loving emotions that has been cultivated within you and shared with other people. Love as our emotional self must always be strong enough to balance out our thinking mind. If our thinking mind is living in fear, we will usually not have discovered the love that is within us as part of our human design, and if we even have a hint of love we can override our love with fear.

The love that we feel for another person is always teaching us some energy of a Dual Soul lesson, whether or not we understand our loving emotions. When we want to learn the truth of love, we must understand our loving emotions as an integrated energy of us as human beings and consciously use our loving emotions before we can become conscious of the internal love that we feel, which is essentially an energy of loving emotions at a lesser level. This helps us to understand that sex is not love. Sex is a physical act, and love is an emotion. We can feel the emotions of love without having physical sex, if our thinking mind has advanced far enough to engage with our loving emotions. If we are living with a closed mind, our chances of feeling the internal energy of love is very remote. If our thinking mind is strictly physically focused, we will not understand the internal love that is dwelling in our loving emotions.

Our thinking mind, loving emotions, and sensory response to life are all coming from the energy of our brain. Have we learned to think? When we have the ability to think, we also have the ability to know love as an emotion, if we are not suffering from intense brain damage. When people do not understand the truth of love, we can have abuse occur to a child, despite the fact that the adult may have interpreted their behavior as love. Love for the most part is an overused word, because many people that use the word love do not understand the true emotional energy of love that we must feel as a means of interpreting the word love. Love is frequently defined as physical sexual behavior also, which is not love. When we begin to compare the love that we feel for our family to the love that we feel for someone that is unrelated to us, we begin to feel the difference. Family love is a “soul connected” love which we live at greater depth in our heart and Dual Soul.

We may live in circumstances where we never see the person that we love, but in our heart and Soul we love them anyway on a deeper level, even if we cannot verbalize how we feel. Distant love is a love that teaches us more sometimes than the everyday closeness of physical love, because we will create a scenario in our mind that allows us to experience the beauty of the internal feelings of love. This can be a lesson of love for many people who experience death or divorce. We have friends, relatives, children, and family members that we may not see on a consistent basis, but distance does not interfere with the emotional love that we feel for them.

Love is an energy of loving emotions. Thought is an energy of the thinking mind. Life is an energy of our physical body, thinking mind, loving emotions, and Spirit Senses. When our life creates a distance between us and the person or people that we love, our thoughts can help us contact their thoughts and we can feel the love and the closeness of the physical presence as we think about them. One vital aspect of love that we must all remember is, “love is as love does.” Love is not just a word and it has very little to do with our sexual conquests, because love is designed within us as an emotion, which we use as a way of expressing the energy of ourselves. We can always feel the emotions of love towards our family, friends, and other special friends if we have learned to use our emotions of love. Many people will refer to their emotions as their feelings. Feeling are more easily connected to our physical reality than our loving emotional reality.

Learning to use our emotions of love is our challenge because in our physical thought process, we can think that sex is love, or love is sex. There is no necessary relationship between sex and love. Sex is a physical act. Love is an emotion. If we feel the emotions of love during our sexual relationships, we will be helping ourselves to grow and change. When sex is used as a physical behavior to release tension but without the emotions of love, it is shared masturbation, which has nothing to do with our loving emotions but is strictly a physical attempt to understand love in our choice of relationships.

Love is an emotion that is felt in our heart as well as our head and physical body. When we feel our "sexual need" only in our thinking mind or body, it is usually devoid of any and all loving emotions, therefore we can see that "physical need" is more accurate as a description of our sexual activities many times than love is. As human beings we have ventured out of the "cave" to understand ourselves as loving human beings. After thousands of years, we think that we are truly ready to look at ourselves. But most of our sexual behaviors are still physical and usually have no true loving emotions. We may encounter people with plenty of sexual drive that is secondary to the joy of friction, but without any semblance of love as a loving emotion, which always shows us that we have not grown enough as human beings to want, to give, and to share the emotions of love.

The human species is an evolving species. Most humans have more class and thoughtfulness than they did 100 lifetimes ago. Living our physical lives is our method of growth and change as a human species. This is precisely why knowledge is vital to our thinking mind. Without knowledge, we will not and cannot grow and change at the same level mentally, which allows our physical and emotional feelings to also change. Once we learn a lesson, we must live that lesson countless times to work out the details and to set it in place in our Spirit Consciousness. This is the reason that Spiritual Philosophy has been the way of learning since the ancient days of man's creation. If we repeat each day precisely like our last day, what have we learned? As we live our journey to understand and to live our love, we give ourselves an opportunity to grow and change in new and better understood realities.

As a human species, we can look at history and our own personal life and clearly see the path that we have been living as our own method of learning. If we are living any level of lying, cheating, and stealing, it becomes very easy to see that we have a long ways to go before we can say hello to change. The basic change that we make within ourselves through our growth is to change from fear to love. As we change from fear to love, we stop thinking in fear and acting with fear in relationship to everyday life. This means that we essentially become more comfortable with ourselves, how we act, what we think, our willingness to grow and expand our physical life, and our wiling to share in other people's lives. Our change always requires that we live the "truth" of who we are.

The Ethical Values are our guideposts to change and growth. For instance, as we learn the value of Truth in our everyday lives, we can bring about a dramatic change in our Dual Soul growth. Truth is the most important lesson that we have to learn as a Dual Soul. What is the truth of us? What do we gain in our life by living our truth? Living any form of untruth allows us to “get stuck” in negative energy, which can take us years and years of multiple lives before we can overcome our lying, fear, and inequality that we are living in our lives and reflecting into everyone and everything around us.

Many times people ask me, “how can this happen?” Love can be felt within us from another person because love is an energy. We are energy as human beings. Unfortunately we have been taught that we are just physical beings, which is inaccurate because it is the love that gives our body life and allows us to be conscious of the energies of other people who may not be physically present in our life. Many times a “long-distance” love is all that we have. But long-distance love is a love that is being lived through the energy fields. When we understand that we are energy beings living in matter, we can understand how to connect with those we love, wherever they may be.

Energy is the eternal pattern of us. Our human body is our physical image that is at all times dependent upon our Spiritual Energy for life. When we can accept that we are both energy and matter as human beings, we can fill those empty spots in our heart by connecting with the energy of the person that we are missing. Sex is not love. Sex is a physical act. Love is an emotion. When we experience sex with both the emotions of love and a pleasurable physical response, we may have more of a conscious awareness of the love that we feel, but love as an emotion is a very strong energy field that can travel enormous distances to feel the love of another person. Poetry has been written about our “undying” love and it is helpful if you are feeling the loss of love to read some poetry and let it soak into your Soul and your heart.

Love as an emotion is an energy and it travels with the speed of light, primarily through our internal thoughts to reach the person that we love. We should all be sending energy as love to those we know and love. Love is a powerful stimulant that increases our love of life and other people, but most of all love is an energy which can strengthen the internal forces of another person. Love is the elixir that can heal the world and us if we are not afraid to live our love with other people.Love is the most important lesson of life that we are living to learn. Until we can love other people, we cannot love ourselves. So we have to ask ourselves that old and timeless question, "Am I worthy of love?" Every human being is worthy of love, simply because of our human design, therefore if we feel that we are unworthy of love, it means that we are not conscious of our human design and the power that is found in our human design. Anytime that we think our physical reality is our power, we have further to travel in our mind expansion than we may realize.

Years ago there was a common saying, “make love, not war,” which I feel is appropriate today as long as it is two consenting or married adults. Love has a strong positive energy that builds the unity and purpose of our physical reality, war has only destructive energies at all levels of interaction. Energy is everything, which makes it essential that all humans develop their internal consciousness of Energy as the force that controls their life. We have a choice, we can live love or we can live fear. Love is not synonymous with sex. Love is an emotion. Sex is a physical act. Fear is a negative emotion that rapes our thinking mind. The energy that we live is our choice, but it helps to know the concept and design of energy so that we can use our free choice of love with the wisdom to strengthen our human physical life.

The Divine Idea on Audio Download

What is "the Divine Idea"? What is our "Intelligent Design"?

Our brain is the essence of The Divine Idea as our Intelligent Design. Our human design is Spirit Consciousness living in physical matter. Understanding this enables us to choose to live our healing ability and create a different life. Spirit Consciousness is the only true and authentic loving pattern of us as human beings. (Read my 8th book, Spirit Consciousness: Our Intelligent Design!)

The Divine Idea was the creation of spirit consciousness in human form. That is the Intelligent Design of Earth, on Earth. We as human beings are the Intelligent Design that must begin to understand ourselves before we can see the connection of everything on Earth. We are electromagnetic energy living in a physical world. We have electricity, magnetism, and physicality all within our own internal system. This gives us a hint of the Divine Idea, because the Divine mind has not only the mind, which is unlimited in its thinking and multi-facetedness, but  its loving emotions, and the infinite spirit senses.

When we look at the patterns of how we have been created, and we look at the belief systems we have created, we see that we have never recognized the pattern of the Divine Idea of us, and we have never recognized the Intelligent Design of us, which is the Spirit Consciousness energy in matter. If we don't understand these energies, we have all kinds of belief systems, like a grab bag, which has tentacles. We are always energy living in matter. When we focus on the matter instead of the energy, then where are we? To keep the mind open, we must learn to live our multiplicity of energies. We are focused on matter in our world today, but energy is the eternal pattern of us as human beings!
