Cleaning up our health care industry. Prevention of disease versus treatment.

When I listen to people contributing all manner of ways to clean up the health care industry, it seems important to me that I contribute my life experiences as an R.N. since I worked my entire life in this profession.  When I began in nursing, we did not have the same conveniences that we have today in hospitals and I know how we relied on other concepts of health care that very few people pay adequate attention to today.  The very first issues in our human health are what we breathe, drink, eat, and expose ourselves to chemically.  First we must look at how we think because our thinking creates our behavior and behavior has become toxic to our health and it supports us in our other negative behaviors.  What we breathe, what we eat, and what and how we drink all play active roles in creating disease and/or keeping us healthy.

Years ago we did not have the same level of chemical contamination in our lives that we have today.  Today we breathe into and we feed our bodies multiple chemicals that act as contaminants in our cellular design which can and do trigger the creation of many diseases, especially in our lungs, liver, and blood stream as well as other organs, especially in the development of cancer.  The air, water, and foods that we expose ourselves to today should be as pure as we can find them to protect ourselves from disease. Pure air, water, and the pure foods of Nature serve to restore the chemical design of our human body.  This is why the air, water, and foods must be pure as we use them, or they alone act as contaminated chemicals which can contaminate our cellular design by not having the capability to support our health.  This helps us to see the process that we are using to destroy our own health. Years ago our foods came from pure soil, we drank pure water from underground sources, and we breathed the fresh air of Nature, which was consistently purified by the trees as a natural  purifier of air, but now our foods, water, and air are the source of our diseases because of their physical contamination.

We can change a huge portion of our human contamination by eating only organic foods, drinking only pure water from glass bottles, and keeping the air in our homes fresh by opening the windows rather than polluting our air with sprayed deodorant chemicals.  Small plastic bottles of water are being filled in different municipal water plants around our country and most of it has many chemicals added to it to act as water purifiers.  Water is essential to our health.  Spring water in glass bottles is much safer and healthier.  Cancer is a disease of the excesses of chemical contaminants and deficiencies of the pure chemicals that our human body needs to stay healthy.  When we fail to provide our human body with the chemicals that it must have to survive, then we begin to make ourselves sick without understanding what we are doing and how we are doing it.  Changing our smoking habits, eating habits, the water that we drink, and our current use of  sprayed contaminants in the air of our living space, can play an enormous role in keeping us healthy.  Health should be the goal of every human being because health gives us a greater enjoyment of life and living.  As we learn to prevent our own diseases, we will help to clean up the health care industry, which is very broken.

I Was Taught Neural Depolarization As A Child ...

Neural Depolarization is a gentle but powerful touch therapy, which uses the energy of our nervous system to heal many diseases. NDP requires that we know the nervous system, the energy that it transmits, what keeps the nervous system viable, and the role that our nervous system plays in our health and happiness as physical beings. Throughout history there have been a few scientists and a few physicians (such as Langley and Cajal) that have spent their lives learning how the nervous system functions and how we can work with the nervous system to heal ourselves. When we look at this accumulated information, we can see a dramatic body of knowledge unfolding that tells us more about ourselves than any other body of knowledge, because it defines human beings as energy and matter.

I was taught Neural Depolarization as a very young child when I had an intense debilitating case of rheumatic fever. I used NDP to keep my pain threshold at a level that I could tolerate, which meant that I depolarized my arm and leg joints and my neck vertebrae frequently during the day. Because of NDP I healed myself enough to enter Nursing School and graduate 36 months later as an R.N. In those years, we had two weeks off at the end of our first and second years. We worked and studied for twelve hours a day and sometimes even more. On weekends we frequently worked twelve-hour days, but we learned, and I have always been thankful for what I learned, how I was taught, how I had to utilize my time, and the absolute excitement of learning and doing. During my years in nursing school, I would fall asleep doing NDP on my elbows, hands, knees, and ankles. I would wake up at 5a.m. when the alarm bell went off to start our day and my pain would be gone and my energy would be restored.

I learned an enormous lesson about food when I was a student nurse. I went into nursing school at a normal weight and I came out of school probably at least thirty pounds heavier than when I went in. I grew upon a farm in Southern Illinois. We raised our own foods, which consisted of the vegetables, fruits, and nuts that we ate plus the chicken, pork, and beef that we raised on the farm. The foods that our animals ate were pure foods, primarily green grass, and in the winter, hay and corn that were preserved for the winter months. We ate from our gardens and from the animals, with no spray or insecticides being used.In school we ate from the hospital cafeteria and I could feel myself gaining weight. The nuns walked through the cafeteria making us eat all of the food that was served to us. When I finished school I had gained thirty pounds despite the amount of work and study that we did. I was not alone in my weight gain.

I used NDP on myself constantly before I went into nursing school and while I was attending school. Neural Depolarization is a form of "health care" that can free the body of pain and disease, and at the same time NDP can return the Spiritual Energy to our human body and give us a new lease on life. NDP is an energy therapy that can do wonders to return our physical body to balance and expand our internal energy fields. I often wondered whether or not I would have made it through that intense period of my life if I had not known how to keep myself healthy and mostly free of pain with NDP. To this day I do not think that I could have endured the long days, weeks, and years without NDP to keep the energy of my body balanced. Those three years taught me more about pain management than I could have learned otherwise and I have always been grateful that I faced the challenge and lived it.

After working as an R.N. for 40 years, I decided to quit my nursing focus as an R.N. in 1984 and teach NDP plus the Spiritual Philosophy that I was taught as the basis of NDP to anyone that I thought could learn this healing energy. The more that I open my mind to the hidden memories of teaching Neural Depolarization and Spiritual Philosophy, the more my mind remembers the years that I lived as a philosopher and taught other people the healing arts of the time. Neural Depolarization is an ancient energy therapy that helped many people live long and productive lives under great hardship. Because these ancients could live pain-free they could keep their thinking mind active to pursue other concepts of life such as Spiritual Philosophy.

For practical purposes we need to understand that our life is about the level of energy that we use every day. We always function from the level of energy that we are living and we cannot rise above the functional level of our energy until we learn what energy means to us and our lives.

I spent thirty-six years of my life believing in the concept of "health care," until I suddenly realized that people did not get well, they simply became chronic patients who consumed countless drugs. Once I understood this concept, I stopped my focus on being a nurse (in 1984), and I began to focus on prevention as a better form of disease control. Prevention is a way of providing our physical body the chemicals that it needs by eating only organic foods, drinking pure water, and breathing the purest air that we can create in our home. Every time that I focus on "health care" I make myself sick, because medicine does not honor the energy field of me or anyone else when we are given medication that throws our internal chemical design out of balance. When we disrupt our energy fields, we interfere in the function of our physical and chemical design as a human being. The majority of human beings do not believe in "health" care, but we do believe in "disease" care, which shows us our need to change and grow within our thinking mind.
