Our internal Nervous System is the Spirit guide

Our internal Nervous System is the Spirit guide of our Dual Soul and our physical life. We cannot live when we totally abuse our Nervous System without any knowledge of what we are doing or why we are doing it. Our Nervous System functions as a chemistry laboratory, giving us every capability that we must have to live a normal life of learning and growth. When we disable any part of our Nervous System, our physical life changes because we have changed the capability of our physical body to perform, of our thinking mind to think objectively and to communicate from the heart, of our loving emotions to subjectively function in partnership with our thinking and speaking mind, and of our three-dimensional Spirit senses to qualify the multiple responses to life that we feel.

When we begin to pay attention to how we breathe, we can discover and correct any habitual patterns that are unhealthy for our Nervous System and our physical body. Maintaining health is not just one focus but it is a whole itnernal focus of "thinking and being" that allows us to live with the optimal physical energy that we are designed to be and enjoy.

What It Means to Use Our Brain

We are Spiritual beings that live an eternal life by creating multiple physical lives in which we can learn and grow in relationship to ourselves, other people, Nature, Earth, and the Universe. Because we are designed to store our memories, we have hidden them from ourselves by storing them in  the brain neurons that we are not yet using. When we haven't learned how to use our brain, we have not necessarily restored our memory in each life, but that does not mean that we will never have the capability to restore these hidden memories, look at them carefully, and ask ourselves what we have learned from living the experience. Our growth and change should always be equal to our internal and external experiences of life.

As we study Spiritual Philosophy, we begin to see the patterns of life that we have created. Some of these patterns may serve us well and some may not serve us at all as we grow beyond the level of energy within the physical experience. But when we can look carefully at our hidden memories, we can understand our physical lives much better, and we can see why we chose the experiences that we chose to learn the lessons that we learned. Nothing is accidental in the growth and change of our Dual Soul.

We cannot retrieve our hidden memories as the facts of our past life experiences until our thinking mind is open to recognizing itself. Our dreams are frequently fleshed out with images, voices, behaviors, and emotions that we accept as figments of our imagination. Is any part of our physical life truly a figment of our imagination? For some minds, no, and for other minds, yes, but our needs are dictated by the issues that we need to learn and to grow and change beyond the level of energy that is its basis. For the most part, we are literally afraid to let our thinking mind open to its eternal reality and to show us snatches of our past life experiences, because we do not believe that we live more than one life. Each life is a continuation of our internal growth and change as a Dual Soul that is living its journey through our physical life.

Sand, Rock, and Subterfuge

Our Dual Soul will never pretend to be something that it is not.  Our thinking egotistical mind will always attempt to create a version of self that it thinks will be more acceptable to what it wants to do and to its friends.  This is the story of sand versus rock, which we have experienced since the beginning of time as human beings.  Anytime that our ego is involved with our thinking mind we are working in quicksand.  Quicksand is always dangerous because it is totally unstable and the thinking mind does not realize that it is in severe danger.  This allows our ego to go where our Spirit would never tread, and the Dual Soul becomes patterned by and in its own carnage, which can mean death to the Dual Soul growth and change.

We have a world community that is entirely adept at subterfuge from every level of society and government.  We will never create subterfuge with anyone or within any situation unless that is the level of the Dual Soul that our thinking mind is living.  When we lie, our Dual Soul feels like it is in quicksand and it may make additional mistakes as it attempts to retrieve its balance and “save face” with others in its circle.  We see this mirage happening at all levels of the world right now and there does not appear to be any relief in sight.  When we do not telepathically sense the truth and live our truth, we live a lie.  When we telepathically sense any energy within ourselves, other people, our lives, our country, and within nations, we can see that we are living an enormous sense of imbalance all over the world, which always begins within the minds of a human that is addicted to the external focus of the mind and on being saved.  We are absolutely one hundred percent responsible for saving ourselves.  No one else can save us but us because we must make the enormous changes in how our thinking mind is thinking.   

Truth and Our Dual Soul

Truth is a very important Ethical Value that affects our personal ability to live any and all of the other Ethical Values in our daily lives. If we do not live truth in our physical lives, we are basically living from our fear energy, which interferes with our growth and change, and it becomes a vicious cycle that leads us into all forms of lying, stealing, and cheating, particularly in the health of our physical body and energy mind. When we look at the Ethical Values, we can easily see that love, truth, and equality are the three major ethical values and as such are the first three ethical values that we must learn to live. If we are living our love, then living our truth and equality becomes an easy and simple way of living our life to help us expand our thinking mind into our loving emotional energy. If we are not living our love, we cannot be living our truth or our equality as a way of life, which essentially means that we are living fear as our energy of life.

Once we are living the trinity of love, truth, and equality our life can and will take on a different energy, which means we will begin to live a different energy in each and every aspect of our daily physical life. If we are not living our love, then we simply cannot learn the lessons of truth and equality without a dramatic change in our energy patterns. These three ethical values are closely related to each other and therefore dependent one upon the other, which always acts to reflect the energy that we are living into our physical life. This helps us to understand why love has been the most revered emotion of the human species, and it also shows us the reality that to understand our internal energy as a human species we must truly live our love, which is not sex. If we truly lived our love there would be no copying, cheating, stealing, or war at any level of our physical reality for us to worry about. Any negative behaviors or negative emotions are a form of internal war within us, which we will then reflect into every aspect of our human reality.

If we do not live our truth at all times, we do not have a consciousness of our Spirit Energy, which is the motivating force for our conscious thinking mind and loving emotions at all times in our physical life. This helps us to understand that when we do not live our love, truth, and equality, we are not creating the level of our physical life that we might think that we are creating. In effect, we are the last people to identify ourselves as being dishonest, fearful, and unequal, because seeing the truth of ourselves when we are not living our love, truth, and equality is literally next to impossible, because we are lying to ourselves as we live our fear, untruth, and inequality. This is why it is so important for us to “know thyself” before we attempt to learn Spiritual Philosophy, which means that we must be living our love and our truth as the first two of the Ethical Values and we must be internally inspired to change how we think, act, and feel in relationship to truth, if we have the intention of being a Spiritual Being living a Spiritual Life. We must live the Ethical Values to be Spiritual Human Beings.

As we look at the world today, most people would instantly say that they are living truth. There is a big difference between the truth within our thinking mind and the truth of our human behavior that is being reflected from our Dual Soul growth. As human beings we are designed from a pure Nature, which means that our air, foods, and water are designed to be pure, and it is us that contaminates them to make ourselves sick. Do you breathe only fresh air, eat only organic foods, and drink only pure spring water or well water? If you do none of these exercises, you are risking your health and your life, because you are designed as a human product of a pure Earth and we are not living the truth of our human design. Nature is our eternal truth as a human being. Cancer and other diseases are the decay of our human cellular body and its normal cellular function. Once we understand that our air, foods, and water are frequently the source of our internal diseases, we can begin to understand that we are not “force fed” and that we have the freedom of choice about how we live, what we think, what we do, and the health of our human body.
