Truth helps us cast a different image of our internal power.

Truth is very important to self. Truth is the first lesson of discovering self and the poetry of life. This is why I published Discovering Self: The Poetry of Life.  If we cannot live truth, we have not yet entered the level of Spiritual image that all humans search for and that sustains us as the joy of living the journey of life. We cannot grow if we cannot learn to live the equality and truth of our Soul and Spirit energy. Truth helps us cast a different image of our internal power. I have been teaching this for a long while and my goal always is to see the growth of my students as they learn to discover the beauty of self. As we discover self and love ourself, we discover the value of truth in the world around us, including other people. It is my joy to be able to see the growth of other people, just as it is to live my own growth and change every day.

            One familiar idea we have in our world is that “there are no original ideas.” Yet life has changed very dramatically over time for each and every one of us. In our own mind we can go back into our previous lives and deal with our previous ideas. This is very good, because it helps us to create a new reality. When we try to “cash in” on other people’s concepts, ideas, or intended growth, we interfere with our own growth. Knowledge is essential for growth.

            I used to see this in grade school. I could see the ones who copied and those who didn’t. It was a different focus of preparing your homework and of learning. Ours was a rural school. There were nine different groups and the teacher divided them into rows. We could always listen to others as they tried to learn. People who do not understand their own power are the ones who lie, cheat, and steal, and this behavior is focused primarily on ideas rather than physical things. The “right and wrong” and strength of our character shows up in our behavior. I learned early on, taught by my parents too, that I wanted to learn my way. At that time there wasn’t the same support at school and the multiple tools for different levels of learning. What was taught was basically the belief of the teacher.

            Before I started school, my parents were always teaching us. They showed us the difference in learning lies and learning truth. They gave us examples. You have to learn your own way. In our one-room schoolhouse copying was fairly common. This “sat on my soul,” really bothered me, then as it does now. Even then I questioned, how are they going to learn anything?

            My parents encouraged me to talk about it, and they helped me to understand it. I felt very angry at a girl in my class who was copying my schoolwork. My father talked to the teacher and gave her a way, a process, to tell how to know what was truth for one student or another. He would watch and question the student. He probably learned this method when he was in the military.

            We have a lot of information in our mind. If information is “new” to us, we can believe it is original to us. What matters is what we know about ourselves, our exposure to knowledge, and how we handle it. A lot of people don’t think much about the stories they tell. They tell a story as a fairy tale but identify it as knowledge, or truth. When we are taught the wrong knowledge, it interferes with all of life, including our future lives

            If we’re living a life in which we lie, cheat, and steal, we don’t understand what we’re doing. These lessons will stay in our reality until they’re learned. We have to learn truth and live truth.

            We do have a lot of ideas that others have already learned in their own history of growth, but we also have ideas that are open to other interpretations. The mind loves creating and the mind resents lying, which has a huge impact on how we think and live. Lying to ourself is the most dramatic part of lying because it shows us we don’t know what is true within our own mind. Not understanding truth interferes with our life until death. This is one of the reasons that “life until death” concept is so prevalent in our world. We have to learn to please ourself first. If we don’t know love, we don’t understand our own responsibility to learn. We’re always dealing with the challenges we create(d). This is why it is important to discover self and the poetry of life.

            Talking to someone who hasn’t discovered self becomes a burden. The language itself becomes a burden because we are always struggling to present what is in our mind in the right way. We are always trying to present knowledge to our own mind. This is why knowledge is critical for our own growth.

            The secret is many times liars don’t usually recognize they are lying, even if others recognize the lies. When we recognize that someone is lying, we feel uncomfortable. People who are talking to someone who is lying may not recognize why they feel uncomfortable. This is why we do not need to run from our feelings; we need to learn from them. This is how we discover self. When something is uncomfortable for us, there is a reason. We have to look at our own soul. We may have a belief that is not truth which we do not want to acknowledge to ourself or to others. Lying can dissipate friendships and deny other connections between people, because we are denying our soul and spirit and therefore the internal power of love within us and within others as part of our inherent Spiritual design of Ethical Values. That is our evolving consciousness.

 I am happy to say my new book (my 12th!) is finished! For me, this is a great way to finish the year and to begin the new year with "a new ream of paper."

     Love is the most vital lesson we are created to learn as human beings. Seeking to learn is a behavior of love, which begins with discovering self. I learn every day that I live. Learning helps us to accept more of the challenges in our life with a smile. I marvel when I listen to people who have not been taught, or have not yet learned, that life is for learning, and that learning is a joy to our soul and spirit. I have spent my life engaged in the gift of learning what it means to be human, and there is no end in sight. There is always more for us to learn, and sharing the truth of what we learn begins with us. We can only teach or share knowledge that we have learned and lived.

     We live in order to learn to love. The trinity of love--living, learning, and loving--is the dance of our internal self (our mind, emotions, and senses). The image of love is the image of discovering self, which makes it the first image we are designed to seek as human beings. Discovering love makes us happy to be alive, which inspires learning. We have to discover self as we discover love before we can understand self and life. Discovering Self: The Poetry of Life is my way of sharing an image of my own exploration and understanding of life and its poetry. I love poetry that shows us the challenge of our own existence. The introduction to our own growth and self-discovery is understanding poetry. Poetry guides us through the physical drama of living to expand into the beauty of life. The poetry of life is the truth of healing for our soul, which is the joy of our spirit.

Love is the truth of us. Learning is an expansion of self.

Being a Friend and Making Friendship an important Energy within You

It IS the mind that builds your world. Your body and your life are the results of activity within your mind. It is our purpose to help you understand your life activity and to heal any bruises that you may be attached to. Releasing the fear from your life will allow you to understand the wisdom of integration and balance.

The mind has been created by what we call the physical mind, which is the intellect and the ego; the rational mind, which is the soul memories; and the intuitive mind, which is the spirit energy.

You visit each space individually. They are your interior castles, the mansions of your mind. As you grow in wisdom adn understanding you integrate these three facets of the mind until you have a smooth flowing channel of energy that circles through them all. This is known as integration. Friendship is one image of the lesson of integration.

It is my wish to encourage each of you to make friendship a very important energy within you. Be willing to communicate freely, openly, and truthfully.

Understand that giving and receiving in friendship means to give the energy that you wish to receive in return.

Being a friend is being willing to give and to receive openly, without judgment, and without resistance. If all of your relationships can begin with a very solid, truthful friendship, they will last you through a lifetime.

Relationships that are lasting have their own special benefits in the physical world as well as in the spiritual world. Knowing that you have a true friend that you can talk to when you "need" to talk, will many times help you maintain your balance within your physical world.

All relationships will benefit you in your soul evoution in a way that will be impossible for you to perhaps comprehend on a conscious level. The energy of friends is interwoven, intermingled, interpenetrated and inseparable.

Soul Support

In the intimate family of birth and of marriage there are always chosen lessons that each person is focused upon. No one learns his/her lessons in life alone. The person that we have asked as a soul to help us with a life lesson is also working on the same lesson, although the image of the lesson may be different. We can learn our lesson and our parents may bring their lesson back  into their next lifetime without a consciousness of the role they were playing for us and therefore they didn’t learn the lesson. The nice thing about family relationships is we can learn from each other if we are open to the dual role of teacher and student and student and teacher. This is the perfect role because it keeps us open to knowledge without the restrictions and limitations of identity and roles to create inequality.  The soul has no expectations or destinations of having learned all there is to learn. It is always our ego beliefs that limit our mind with expectations and destinations.

As we discover how our souls support each other in evolution, we can consciously appreciate every event within our life because we will see the importance of what we are learning and we will not judge or blame the person that we are interacting with in the lesson. Our soul is supported  not only by our physical family on a soul level but also by the soul family  on a soul level. Even when we have no conscious awareness of the soul family and its support, it is still there and it is scattered throughout the universe. Soul energy is given to us telepathically as a love energy, which is more effective than the physical support that we may be conscious of being given at the time. The physical interaction will be the primary support that we consciously acknowledge because we live our support as part of our life experience.  (395-6, Journey Home)

Stop and Think, Look Both Ways, Relate, Breathe.

We can only begin to understand our own eternal and internal energy when we can challenge our thinking mind to begin the eternal process of learning who we are through opening our thinking mind to new thought, which expands our thinking mind into our loving emotions to complete the design and function of our Dual male and female Soul Consciousness, as a thinking mind and loving emotions. It is the energy of our Trinity of Consciousness growth that reflects into our physical growth as we change the way that we relate to our expanding thinking mind.

Personal Creation

There is no mystery to our lives. We have always been the same soul and spirit that we are today. The only difference is the focus of our mind and emotions. As human beings, we are created as a dual soul of male and female consciousness. In our male consciousness we have not been aware that we have a female consciousness and a Spirit consciousness that are guiding us every moment of our lives. As we change to our female focus, we become conscious of the actualization of our dual soul consciousness. What has been concealed from us is revealed to us as we integrate with our female consciousness. In our female consciousness we can access our Spirit consciousness. We can never access our Spirit consciousness while we live in our limited male consciousness of the intellect and ego because of our limiting and concealing beliefs.

As we remove our concealing beliefs that we have created from our ancient and primitive superstitions, symbols, myths, and rituals, we reveal the beauty and power of our Trinity of consciousness. Expanding our consciousness by removing our beliefs is just the beginning of our consciousness expansion. As we live our love we create a different life on earth. We begin to nurture ourselves, each other, our planet Earth, nature, and we will also begin to nurture our relationship with the universe. As we understand ourselves, we will understand the universe.

As we open to the realization of ourselves and our connection with the universe, we will define the universe from the fractal pattern of our consciousness and physical design. We are a precise fractal pattern of the universe. As we begin to understand our cellular structure the pattern of our life will reveal the secrets of the universe. As we understand ourselves and open to the knowledge of the universe, we will put to rest all of the illusions that our immature male consciousness has created as its illusions of reality.

Our interpretation of the physical experiences of our life have all been formed from our limited intellect and ego. Our beliefs have mutated our experiences and given us a concealed or veiled impression of ourself and our reality. We have created everything on Earth from the thoughts that live within our mind and that are limited by our beliefs and fears. Once we have a thought our next step is to create the thought as our physical reality. Therefore each and every thing that we use today as the fruits of our technology began as a thought in someone's mind. When we create from our beliefs and our fears, we create illusion or we conceal our behavior and our creation. This is the story of our criminal minds. Each day we live with the creations of technology that had its foundation in the thought of some clever and advanced soul mind.

All things on Earth began with thought, even the creation of new life. In our male consciousness, new life was triggered by a physical desire for sex. In our female consciousness, our love created the new life into human form and then nursed the child into an expansion of the mind, emotions, and body. Therefore, we have constantly lived with the precise pattern of creation. There is no mystery left to the creation of human life. What we continue to conceal with our religious beliefs is the soul's constant return to its eternal life in physical form. Our belief in only one life limits our perception of reality as our personal creation.

Our Journey Into Love

Many people think they are living the truth while they are lying, cheating, and stealing. We don’t see learning to live truth as a lesson. And we don’t see the other aspects – lying, cheating, and stealing – as lessons. These are patterns of acting out rebellion within the soul. Some people don’t seem to know there is such a concept as truth. Truth for our soul is a truth we have to learn and live through our physical experience.

There are all levels of truth. But truth lives within us, not totally external to us. How do we choose what we want to learn? We of course choose it with soul influence, but we also choose it with the influence of our heart, the emotional self. It behooves each and every one of us to learn about and to live our emotional self.

As human beings we are designed with three distinct parts: our mental and emotional self, physical self, and sensory self. These three parts of us reflect into the world the particular thoughts, behaviors, and actions of who we are. No one can escape the patterns they create and reflect to the world without their own intention being used.

Our life is designed through love. If we do not understand the love within, how can we reflect the love within externally to us? If everyone lived their love, we would erase most of the problems we create and encounter as human beings on Earth.

The emotional self is in reality the foundation of us as human beings.  We have a tendency to think that we are physical and nothing else, but of course that is not true. We are first of all energy, and part of our energy is our emotional soul. If we do not understand this pattern, we will abuse it and attempt to destroy it within our mind. It is as though we were using a cleaning system on the mind to take away the good and reinforce the bad.  If we want to be human we must first be human in our understanding and conduct (Ethical Values). If we do not understand ourselves as a soul, a spirit, and a physical being, obviously we are denying and not using vital parts of our design.

Learning to live within our entire design helps us to be more human, more conscious, and it helps us to design our life in a happy and healthy way. We must understand ourself if we want to learn and live the journey into love.

Gaining Knowledge is our Personal Responsibility

If we are ignorant of ourself and life, we must expand into the knowledge of who we want to be and our limits are reflected into our ignorance or unawareness of who we are, what we believe, how we feel, and how our behavior of life is acted out. No one can give us knowledge unless we choose to search for knowledge. Exposure to knowledge will fall on deaf ears if our mind is closed. Knowledge will be absorbed like a sponge if our mind is open. Knowledge is how we expand our consciousness. Knowledge supports our dual soul evolution into the expansion of consciousness, and gaining knowledge is our personal responsibility.. It is within the dual soul level of knowledge that we transition from our immature soul journey to our mature soul journey. To deny knowledge is to deny our dual soul evolution.

Look At Earth Today

Look upon Earth today. Know that as we have evolved as human consciousness we have chosen our temples in plants, in trees, in microbes, in animals and finally in human form. This human form had to evolve. It had to evolve in the same way the Earth has evolved. It did not - it could not - occur instantly, because we have created who we are. We have experimented with this lesson as we have lived, as we have evolved, as we have transitioned through our own growth, our own evolution and through the evolution of Earth.

We have not yet grown, evolved to where we can accept all of our mind as thought, to know that we have an intellect. But to know that we have a mind of Soul, a mind of Spirit is another step in our evolution. Now, as this shift of consciousness is in progress, the human being, the consciousness of man, is looking at self to see the influence that we create within the energy of Earth, to see the influence that we have within our own growth, our own evolution, our own transition.
