Reviewing Self

At least once a day we need to look within ourselves and do a thorough review of who we are, how we are functioning, what our focus is, and what we want to create in our lives. I have been doing this little self-test for most of my adult life and I never cease to be amazed at how good it makes me feel to know who I am, where I am going, how I want to get there, and how much time it is going to take for me to meet my goals. We should do frequent reviews to make certain that we are following the path that works for us and that is going to make us feel good about what we do. One thing that I have learned is that we cannot always depend upon the amount of money that we make as the token of our success. I find it more encouraging to look at the lives that I touch and help along my journey, than to look at the bottom line in terms of money return. This is not necessarily a smart way to do business, but it is a way to help people who are not in the highest income bracket of life. There is also a great deal of satisfaction in seeing a face light up because their pain has left their body.

The joy of my life is my nervous system. When I say this most people look at me as though I have just declared my death warrant, but it is more like a life warrant than anything else could ever be. When I was a child I had rheumatic fever very badly, which didn’t even begin to subside until several months after I had a tonsillectomy (at 16). When I was a child there was no penicillin or any other drug to treat Strep Throat, which was considered to be the primary cause of rheumatic fever at the time. The theory must have been correct because the entire concept of rheumatic fever is only a memory today in civilized countries rather than a childhood epidemic. Having my tonsils out literally changed my life and allowed me to run, walk, play, and work without intense pain. Learning to live without the severe pain always being present in my joints and in my body was a revelation to me.

I had always wanted to be a nurse. When I was two years old I told my parents that when I grew up I was going to be a nurse. They were stunned because they could not understand where or how I learned the word nurse. In addition, they looked at their sick child that was always on the verge of death and wondered where and how I could ever be well enough to pursue being a “nurse,” while I was deathly sick with rheumatic fever. It was confusing to them to have me speak about something that was foreign to my experience and age at the time, especially in the relationship that I verbalized in how to relate it to an adult life and the concept of health. That was my beginning declaration into the concept of making nursing my chosen career. I never faltered in my intention, and happily I fulfilled my own challenge in May 1951. It was not always easy, but in relationship to the pain that I had experienced in my early life, I was now living essentially a “pain-free” life.

Later I learned how controversial pain can be. My level of pain was simply my level of pain which I learned to tolerate and to grow within. Later in my life, when I became essentially pain-free, I could not believe the divine difference between agony and pleasure. How can anyone equate that difference without living it?

My Life: Conquering Pain

I was born knowing what pain is. I lived with pain from infancy, 1930, until 1992. When anyone lives in pain as long as I have lived in pain, you develop an intimacy with the pain that allows you to ignore the pain for more exciting moments in your life. I was born on October 13, 1930 and from infancy until 1992 I lived with a dramatic level of pain. Pain expanded my motivation of life. I found myself doing many things that I might not have tackled otherwise, simply to force my body into a higher level of activity. I announced to my parents when I was two years old that I was going to be a nurse. Neither one of my parents could understand how I knew the word nurse, let alone created the motivation to stress myself even further. My primary pain was the result of rheumatic fever which was common in America when I was a child. I never spent a day or a night without overwhelming pain that literally wracked my body. My parents took me to every Doctor in town, hoping that one of them would have an answer, but in the 1930s there was no answer for rheumatic fever.

When I was six years old (1936) a new doctor moved into our hometown and I was taken to see him. I will never forget this big, rough-as-a-cobb man with his red hair, because he made me bend my legs and arms, he made me touch my toes, and twist my spine. The pain was incredible, but even at my youthful age I knew that the pain made me feel better over time. He was relentless in his instructions. He had my parents order oranges by the bushel, which were then shipped to our home from Florida by Rural Route Delivery. He instructed me on being conscious of my pain, where it traveled, and how I felt afterwards. He taught me a method of compression to deal with my acute and unbearable pain. He began to treat me with cod liver oil to supplement my diet of fresh oranges and fresh farm foods, and he made me walk, run, and jump as though I had no pain. In time, I began to feel better and I became capable of walking the four miles to our country school.

This doctor looked very large to me at six years old, and later I realized that he looked large because he was large, probably well over 6 feet tall with red hair and a no-nonsense attitude that made me active even when my pain was intense and I wanted to cry. His name was Dr. Logan and he had been an Army Doctor prior to moving to Salem, Illinois. He taught me more about the nervous system and the pain that could be generated by the nervous system than any other physician in my young life. He taught me about muscles, nerves, bones, and flesh in his gruff and no-nonsense manner. He would pick up my inflamed and swollen legs and arms and he would make me bend my joints and use my muscles. I would cry, but he never gave up and he never showed even one ounce of pity for me. He made me live with the pain and activate my body with the same intensity that I am sure he would have used with a healthy child.

It was Dr. Logan that gave me my first lesson in the nervous system and what the nervous system meant to us as human beings. He taught me to “think health” and to look beyond pain. He would tell me about the growth of my body and how it affected the intense pain that I was living. I lived with chronic pain because I was living with a streptococcus infection that had no cure at that time in the history of medicine. When I was sixteen, I reached the golden age where they allowed me to take “drip Ether” for a tonsillectomy to remove my streptococcal-infected tonsils. This was a gigantic step forward in restoring my health, which was dangerous but accepted as I had a goal of getting into Nursing School when I graduated from high school.

During the fifteen plus years that I was a patient of Dr. Logan’s, I learned about our physical body, its bones, ligaments, muscles, nerves, blood vessels and the pain that a streptococcal infection could cause in my body. From the age of 16 to 18, my focus was on healing my physical body so that I would be accepted into nursing school. Those painful years of my life taught me much more than I could ever have learned if I were healthy. Most importantly I learned that healing is possible, and when we can will ourselves out of pain, we certainly have a more positive choice of healing ourselves and being capable of living a healthy life. At the age of eighteen I applied to St. Vincent de Paul in Indianapolis, Indiana to attend their Nursing Program and I was healed and I was accepted.

Dr. Logan probably taught me more about my body and its capabilities during my youth than any Doctor had before or has since. It was an invaluable lesson that lives with me today. He taught me most of all how to cope with and to deal with intense pain by recognizing what was happening in my body at any given time. He taught me to be consciously aware of my brain, my lungs, my heart, all of my nervous system, my blood system, my kidneys, my boney structure, plus every other organ in my brain and body. From that initial focus of learning about the multiple organs and systems in our body, I was hooked. I wanted to know more, much more, and therefore I did. When I graduated from Nursing School, I followed my heart and went into Tuberculosis research. After this nursing stint I took time off to have six beautiful children. When I returned to work in my late 30's and early 40's I spent many years learning the intricacies of Nursing and Hospital Administration, before I began my second career in research. This time the research was focused on the HLA and DNA as it was being discovered through organ transplant.

In 1984 I quit working in transplant and decided that I would work with clients on my own. Since I was a small child and very sick, I had become intensely aware of the energy that lives in each of us as human beings. When I worked as a nurse I was always in touch with the energy as it left a person’s body, and I liked the sense it gave me. This was a very intense energy feeling that I had also experienced when I went with my parents to visit the “dead.” During my years in hospital nursing, I had always been fully aware of the energy leaving a person’s body. Since I was very conscious of the energy within the human body, I taught myself to work with this energy field to better understand death and dying, as well as the overall energy field that seemed to always leave the body of the dead.

As I worked with this energy I found that the energy would listen intensely to me and would many times follow my suggestions to the letter. This prompted me to begin working closely with the energy itself through interactive communication. I was very pleased with the results that I discovered, which prompted me to see if I could heal different diseases in the body by using the person’s own internal energy. The more that I worked with the internal energy, the more successful I became in making the changes that I could see needed to be made. In time I began to address very serious diseases such as cancer with a great deal of success. The secret to healing diseases is to be capable of seeing the energy and dramatically changing the energy, which changes the physical situation. I soon discovered that I could not heal a person that did not want to be healed, nor could I work with energy that did not want to be worked with from an outside force.

Since my first forages into “energy work” I have learned how to interact with many forms of energy. In most cases any energy that is open to being healed can be healed. Some people do not want to be healed because their future plans are already made and set in place. Conquering pain is a major focus for many people, which can change the entire focus of their disease outcome.

I Love Rocks

I love rocks. I have always loved rocks. I remember my mother wondering why I was always picking up rocks and carrying them with me when I was a small child. My sister and I used to wander the farm and beyond, roaming the woods until we came upon one of our favorite places, a beautiful river where we swam. The water was deep in this spot, with a sandy bottom loose with pebbles. It was one of our favorite places to enjoy the beauty and peace of nature. As much as I love flowers, I have a special affinity with rocks. The minerals within us are part of our chemical relationship to Earth as our home, and rocks are a wonderful image of layers of minerals that have grown into different forms over millenia, just as we have evolved as consciousness into our human form. The Earth supports us in our physical strength, as we eat from nature, drink pure water, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the beauty of nature in all forms.

We are one with nature in the identical way that we are one with the Universe and Earth. When we destroy the natural hierarchy of nature we destroy the natural hierarchy of our body and mind. Learning to honor our body, mind and spirit must be our first step forard in correcting disease. When we intellectually accept our soul memory and spirit influence, we will change our behavior towards our physical balance and toward the physical balance of nature.

Know Thyself

We humans are very much creatures of habit, so the concept of change is foreign to our thought patterns.

Our physical body and our thinking mind continue to grow and change until death. We see ourselves living this pattern of growth and change from birth until death and still we deny evolution?

Spiritual Philosophy is the only subject that tells us who we are, why we are here, and what our goals are in being human. You can enhance your life, your function, and your occupation by learning about yourself. As the ancient philosopher Socrates clearly said, "Know Thyself," which makes it easier to see why we look at the world differently when we understand ourselves and our relationship to the world, other people, Nature, Earth, and the Universe. Spiritual Philosophy teaches us about the Unity that we live and helps us release our belief in separation. To change into the first level of Consciousness, we must have this knowledge. Many people today are not yet living in a level of Conscious Awareness. This helps us to see why we must learn Spiritual Philosophy before we can grow beyond an external level of Conscious Awareness.

The more that I experience what is happening in our world with our thinking, behaviors, and diseases, the more clearly I understand the need for every person alive to understand their Spiritual/Physical Being, as one integrative chemical design. We do have the internal power to understand ourselves and change our lives into peaceful, healthy lives. We have lived our beliefs in separation long enough and we have fought many wars to maintain our beliefs in separation, which allows us to clearly see the need for wholeness and change. The bottom line is that no one else can change for us. We must be open and willing to learn how to change within ourselves.

Being True to Ourself

We must search to understand our experiences and be open to changing our beliefs. Our enlightened soul memory will force the issue of new concepts over and over again within our thoughts and our experiences. It is our resistance and denial of personal growth and change from these new concepts that brings on depression as our ego vibrations pull us back into our belief systems.

Denying and resisting change is like being stuck in a dark room with no windows and doors for our intellect and ego. The more we resist and deny changing our beliefs, the deeper our soul depression becomes, until it takes over our life and we begin to live from the depths of despair. The moment you feel depressed begin searching for new ideas, use your imagination, read a thinking person's book, and, most of all, go out in nature to enjoy the light, air, and water. Eat an orange and say, "I AM Love."

Once we begin to accept ourself with love we begin to acknowledge our talents and virtues. As we become consciously aware of our ethical values, we will find ourself using them in place of our negative judgements. Speaking our truth gives us a sense of freedom and courage. Loving ourself brings wisdom, unity, faith, and trust into our daily life experience. The more we actively use our ethical values in our daily life the more intensely aware we are of the courage and strength that we have found in being true to ourself.

Spiritual Conversations - May 29! 7:30-9:30pm

The more we can have spiritual conversations, the more we can see our relationship to Earth, and really begin to use Nature and Earth to support ourselves in a different way. I can look at the trees, drink a glass of water, and enhance my energy dramatically. Do people understand how walking through the grass can add strength? We just see ourselves in such a restricted way that we increase our disease activity, our depression. We do all kinds of things that we don't need to do. It's very sad, because once we can see the beauty of who we are, and understand that we can live for a very long time if we just understand our relationship to nature we will change the world!

Find the Energy Level that is Perfect for You

Learn to observe with discernment. Be aware without judgment. Learning not to judge is an Earth lesson that takes man one step closer to his goal of perfection. Awareness gives you the freedom of individual choice without judgement.

Your society has become an “accepting” society, yet it does not want to accept the responsibility for personal health or personal disease. All of man must accept the responsibility for self. There is no other way for man to live. Each of us is responsible for what we are and for what we eat. Allowing others to be responsible for our health, such as fast-food chains, food processors, the medical community and drug companies, is flirting with total degeneration of the physical self. We create our own reality. The responsibility for individual health belongs to the individual. The choice is ours.

Blindly following the path of advertisements, fads, belief systems or any teacher, without evaluating how it feels to you on an energy level is seeking problems. You are seeking your own individual balance of cellular energy. You must first know yourself and the needs of your physical self to find the energy level that is perfect for you. It is indeed a personal search. In a world of leaders, many have become followers.

The commercial mentality, “All food is good food,” has been taught in medical schools, nutrition programs and to the general public. Look at your health problems and you can observe that the concept, the belief, is not valid. Read the research of your world for yourself. Choose your own belief. Raise your awareness level. Challenge yourself to learn all there is to learn about health and your body. Read with discernment because the challenge is in finding what truly works.

In a world of leaders too many of you have made the conscious choice to follow others in the world of nutrition, despite the creativeness that you exercise in other areas of your existence.

There is joy and satisfaction in learning about your physical response to eating. There is joy and satisfaction in preparing and sharing good food with friends and family. There is complete cellular joy and happiness in feeling true vitality within. When you eat something, how do you feel?

What Is Cancer Telling Us?

This morning when I got out of bed, I started reading my current issue of Oncology Nurse. By the time I finished reading, I was disgusted at nursing and medicine for their biased and fanatical approach to healing cancer with pharmaceutical drugs. Understanding cancer is more important than filling cancer patients full of useless drugs that are poisonous within themselves. When I first went into nursing school, cancer was not a big disease, but I started my nursing career by being involved in research on Tuberculosis, which we found the cure for and that drug is still used today. Tuberculosis and polio were probably the primary diseases of the 1950's, but I am going on memory not statistics. Tuberculosis and polio have both been researched and cures found. Why have we not healed cancer? Primarily because of the way that we think. So every day people are diagnosed with cancer, die from cancer, and are born with cancer. Why is cancer such a challenge to the human being that can explore space, go to the bottom of the ocean, or dance all night?

In 1984 I decided to stop working as an RN in hospitals and see if I could help people heal cancer the natural way. I have been very successful with this focus, especially when I have clients that are willing to change and grow. Part of my career as a nurse was spent doing research which gave me an opportunity to work with the HLA and DNA. These are chemical structures that are found in our human body and they are precisely what shows us the health or disease issues in our human body. Both the HLA and DNA clearly show us the patterns of eternal life by their chemical design. Now since we understand this internal chemical design, what are we doing to maintain our internal chemical design? Not much unfortunately, because we live in this mental vacuum called ignorance and dependency. We eat, drink, and breathe junk chemicals, and junk does not support or heal our human body of any disease.

Since our HLA and our DNA are both chemical patterns within our body, why can’t we realize that we are responsible for eating, drinking, and breathing in such a way that we allow our body to restore these chemical cellular patterns? When we destroy the chemical balance of our internal chemical patterns, we create diseases, especially cancer. To restore the chemical balance of this chemical cellular pattern within our human body, we must eat the organic foods of Nature, drink pure water, and breathe pure air. All of the drugs that are now used in the treatment of cancer seldom work, and if they do work for a short period it may not continue. When I look at all of the chemicals that are given to people in the treatment of cancer, I feel sick. There can be cases where the poisons do kill the cancer but cancer will return if the medicine is stopped, therefore these poisons are continued as chemical therapy for many patients.

Medicine has never focused on nutrition as the perfect therapy for nearly all diseases because doctors are not usually educated in nutrition or the nervous system. Some physicians have learned that nutrition works to heal nearly all diseases because their practice has shown them that this is true, and they have changed how they care for their patients, which means they have a higher rate of cure with all diseases. But the majority of cancer therapy continues to destroy cells rather than heal cells, which sets up its own “battle” within the body. When we add our chaotic eating practices to cancer drugs, we are challenging our body in a very abusive way. It is time that we begin to accept that we are chemical beings and we are designed to restore our internal chemicals from the pure foods, water, and air of Nature. Once we realize this simple equation, we can stay healthy and happy into a ripe old age.

The Value of Spiritual Conversations

Anytime that we are seeking to change how we think, the most exciting experience that we can have is to discuss our thinking. We have a fantastic thinking mind, which we have limited by closing our thinking mind to “taboo subjects.” What is a taboo subject? It all depends upon the company that we are keeping and the openness to unusual thinking. If we have intense religious beliefs, we will probably resist any mention of multiple lives, Spirit Energy, earthly after lives, Dual Soul, and Spirit Consciousness. These are concepts that we use freely when we are involved in Spiritual Conversations, because they define our internal Spirit Consciousness as a thinking and loving energy and how we live our Spirit Consciousness on a moment by moment basis as human beings becomes an essential part of our thinking mind and our human relationships.

Most of our conversations of the last two thousand years have been about God, being saved, heaven, hell, punishment and our one-life belief. In our Spiritual Conversations we talk about love, truth, equality, integrity, strength courage, patience, understanding, support, unity, commitment, integration, faith, trust, humility, honor, value, respect, organization, form, structure, discipline, knowledge, passion, free will, free choice, free intention, compassion, cooperation, and communication which are the Ethical Values that each of us must live if we want to live as Spiritual Beings. Once we understand the truth of our Ethical Values, it becomes easier and easier to live them in our daily lives.

When we are capable as a human species of living the Ethical Values, we will never fight another war on any level such as personal, state, country, or nation. We will not allow people to kill each other because we will revere life and protect life. When we protect life as sacred, we give ourselves opportunities to grow and change to more intelligent and loving human beings who have an opportunity to create from the internal wisdom of our human Soul. Knowing the beauty and purity of our Dual Soul gives us unlimited faith in our human design and its intention of growth and change. If we do not know the truth of ourselves, we wander in the darkness of our thinking mind and we are closed to any conversations that will reveal the truth of who we are to ourselves. We are afraid of truth, because we live in fear. When we live in love, truth becomes our friend and our constant focus as a thinking mind. At this moment in time, we will have no fear or judgement because we will have accepted the truth of ourselves.

For our normal conversations to be truthful, we must accept that we are energy beings that are living eternal lives on Earth. We must learn and grow from our Earth Experience to expand the Spirit Consciousness that is designed to expand and grow as our thinking mind, loving emotions, and infinite Spirit Senses. We can do this, and we can love our change and growth as we begin to feel very good and very confident about ourselves. Join us and be part of this inspiring group of free thinkers!

What Is Eternal Life?

Many people believe in Eternal Life, which is a good thing since we as human beings are always living and learning through the focus of our eternal life. What does Eternal Life mean to us as human beings? For many people Eternal Life means that we are going to be saved by some higher power to live eternally in some place, somewhere, even if we have focused on different places at different times. Discovering the truth of eternal life is easy at this point in time because Science has already discovered the DNA. When we look open-mindedly at the DNA it becomes very apparent that we have been living this thing called life for many lifetimes. No one can look at the DNA and understand it correctly when we think that we live only one physical life. All scientists should be required to learn Spiritual Philosophy from the teachings of Pythagoras, Socrates, Plato, and other well-known ancient philosophers whose focus was on understanding the “invisible” to explain the “visible.” We are each "originals," created from the same basic pattern of physical life and energy. We may purchase our own "DNA image" as artwork to hang on our walls, and use our finger print for unique identification, so why not begin to appreciate that we are infinitely animated as energy beings?

I have been teaching Spiritual Philosophy for twenty-five years, but I also spent twenty plus years of my life working with and researching the HLA and DNA as part of a kidney transplant research team. Our DNA shows us many things, such as our dependency on Nature to replace the chemicals that we need to stay healthy, our heritage, our physical and chemical life patterns and, of course, the more open the mind of the researcher, the more relationships we can uncover between us, life, and our DNA. Anyone that looks at the DNA with myopic vision will not discover all that is revealed to us about our eternal journey through physical lives. When we believe that we live only one life, we cannot see the truth of us that is revealed in the chemical structure of our DNA. Just try to imagine what could be learned if science studied the DNA from the perspective of eternal life!

Man is addicted to the results of Science without stopping to realize that science is only as good as the mind and beliefs of the scientists. Anything that closes the mind of a scientist, like our one-life belief, plays a significant role in the evolution of mankind. Once we can accept ourselves as eternal beings that die only to be reborn again as eternal energy beings, we will begin to put all of the pieces of the puzzle of life together in a different way. Ancient philosophers taught us more than present day scientists are teaching us because the ancient philosophers did not all believe that we live only one physical life. Instead there was and is a belief among true philosophers that we live eternal lives as energy beings, but we create new matter and live one physical life at a time as a means of growth and change, as a thinking mind. Once we can see ourselves as eternal energy beings, the thinking mind, the loving emotions, the Spirit Senses, and the DNA each take on a new meaning and interpretation, which can and will in time scientifically reveal more clearly that we live countless physical lifetimes in our search to grow and change as human beings.

When any scientist does his work with a one-life belief, we are not receiving “true Science” from that limited perspective. As human beings we must open our thinking mind and see ourselves as eternal energy beings that have the ability to create new physical lives to continue with our growth and change.

The Creation of Our Dual Soul Energy

Do we ever really think about our creation? How was our Dual Soul Energy created? Our Dual Soul Energy design was created billions of years ago as the Earth itself was created as an energy of matter. Our Dual Soul Energy is both the thinking mind and the loving emotions, which are two complimentary energy fields that were created as energies of the human being, who was designed to live as an energy within the energy of Earth. The energy of the human and the energy of Earth are both eternal energies of the Universal System. When a human dies, the energy of the human comes back into a new energy as a thinking mind, loving emotions, Spirit Senses, and as a physical body. These four energy groups all have their own special focus of energy, but they are designed to complement each other and to work together as a dramatic form of learning as energy beings.

How we create our Dual Soul Energy can only be answered within us when we fully understand that our Dual Soul is energy and how we live from our Dual Soul energy in our everyday life. Our Dual Soul lives within us as dual energy fields which are created by our thinking mind and loving emotions, which are both energy fields that are learning how to live together and to support each other in our energy growth as we live our physical lives. If we are not really thinking for ourselves and expanding our thinking mind, then we are living from all of our past life beliefs. It can be productive in each new lifetime to review these past life beliefs which are all an integrated part of our Dual Soul Energy. When we are open to reviewing what is left in our thinking mind, learn what we must from the experience, solve any soul confusion that exists, and move on to bigger and better thoughts and emotions as a Dual Soul, we are taking care of ourselves and expanding our Dual Soul in an appropriate manner.

What's Not to Love? We Are Who We Have Designed Ourselves to Be

Our life - now and forever – is solely of our own creation. We cannot credit the influences of mother, father, spouse, lover, children or anyone else, for the person we are and the actions we take. We are who we have designed ourselves to be.

Reaching the level of awareness allows us to accept the responsibility for the creation of self. Accepting the total responsibility for the creation of self gives us the freedom of change.

If we continue to blame another person for the person that we are, we fear change, because change will require that we accept the responsibility for ourself. If we accept responsibility, we will not have the safety net of blaming someone else. Placing blame is a fear of accepting responsibility. Placing blame is merely a symptom of the deep-rooted fear of separation that is overwhelming in our society.

With the freedom of change we can look within the true self, and make the changes that will give us the peace of awareness. We can remove the stresses of our life, by changing the perception we have of the people and events which we encounter on a daily basis. The perception that we have of any and all situations in our life creates the reality of the situations in our life.

An example of this creation by perception would be the relationship that we have with the people with whom we spend eight hours of our business day. Do we see these people as negative, angry, non-talkative, defensive in their daily interaction with us? Do we find people to be unfriendly or abusive in their dealings with people?

Try to perceive the good traits in people. Try changing your perception, and focus on one positive feature. Bring out the positive qualities to the people themselves. Compliment them. Find good truths to relate to them in a loving way.

We are energy and we function not only from our own energy but from the energy of other people. If we see only the negative energy in other people, we are failing to accept the responsibility and strength of our own energy forces. Therefore, we allow the energy of others to control the energy of self. We must learn control of our own energy. We must learn not to be controlled by the energy of others.

Within every soul there are good and honest virtues. Perceive the good. Focus on the positive. This will send them your energy of love. The negative energy of another person will be cancelled out by our positive energy. We can always overcome negative energy with positive energy.

Creating beyond the ordinary

Life is also the major lesson of knowing the difference between our sexuality and our loving emotions. Sex is a physical act. Love is an emotional experience that comes from our emotional design. Some people do not know the difference yet between sex and love, therefore when we meet someone that does not know the difference between sex and love, we should understand why and support them in their growth and change. This knowledge is a major function of our personal self-knowledge, and when we are deficient in our self-knowledge, we will be challenged to understand our sexual identity, which is a functional energy of ourselves that we reflect outwardly into our relationships. As we look at the masses of individuals that are challenged by their sexual identity, we can see the enormous numbers of people who are attempting to grow and change. Most individuals do not recognize that our growth and change is mental not sexual.

Our life is always about our own personal growth and change, therefore no one else can grow and change for us. We are totally responsible for our own internal and external growth and change. Once we can accept personal responsibility for who we are, we will open our eyes to the beauty of our internal patterns of growth and change, which are eternally our absolute personal responsibility. When our thinking is clear and concise about what our life is about, our behavior will be clear and concise as we focus on the personal growth of our internal energies as our thinking mind, loving emotions, and Spirit Senses. At the present time, most people are living in a “void” - they have stopped thinking and they are focused on believing. This focus on our beliefs takes our thinking mind back into ancient beliefs rather than allowing our thinking mind to move into the new and different realities of our own internal growth. Once we understand that it is our thinking mind that is stuck, we can consciously change the way that we think. Any physical challenge that the average person faces in life will pull the mind back into the belief system, which acts as a detriment to growth and change.

Once we allow our thinking mind to backslide, we become buried in fear and anxiety which keeps us from moving forward into our loving emotions. We cannot live in fear and anxiety at the same time that we are living our loving emotions. These are opposite and incompatible energy fields. If we are living in any form of fear, including our fear of survival, then we cannot live in our loving emotions. Once we can experience the energy of true love, we will never backslide into the energy of fear, even when our physical world is not living up to our expectations. Recognizing the truth of how we feel and what we want to create is a major step forward in our physical reality. If we are totally comfortable with the “status quo” we will never create beyond the ordinary. When the “ordinary” itself challenges us, we begin to function at a higher level of opportunity, in every facet of our human design as in our thinking mind. loving emotions, Spirit Senses, and our physical world. It is through our thinking mind that we literally “think” ourselves out of our mediocracy, without taking advantage of another single person.

Anytime that we take advantage of another person, we are showing ourselves our own twisted thinking mind, because we are not living our love, truth, and equality in our life, therefore the behavior that we reflect into another person’s life will not be the energy of our love, truth, and equality. We can overcome our fears about our life only through the acknowledgment of our fears to ourself. Fear is a toxic energy that keeps us from living our love, truth, and equality as the first three Ethical Values. If we cannot live the first three Ethical Values, we most certainly cannot live any of our other Ethical Values. Our Ethical Values must be learned first by learning our love, truth, and equality as the first three Ethical Values, which begins to clear our thinking mind of all of the fears that we have accumulated and allows our growth and change to escalate as we begin to open to our internal energy of Spirit Consciousness. As long as we harbor any fears of any form in our thinking mind, we will not be able to grow into our Spirit Consciousness. When we are living in fear, we will automatically take advantage of other people without recognizing what our behaviors are truly saying to us, because our thinking mind will be totally self-focused and how we are affecting other people will not be part of our conscious reality.

Our relationships give us an opportunity to live our loving emotions

Our belief that we live only one physical life is a very restrictive and “dumbing down” belief. This “one life belief” is a major insult to us and our eternal life patterns. When our brain is being controlled by our ancient beliefs, we do not leave any room for our thinking mind and loving emotions to grow and change because we do not see ourselves as living an “eternal life” which gives us unlimited opportunities to grow and change as human beings.

When our thinking mind cannot grasp what we are attempting to learn as we evolve from one lifetime to another lifetime in our pursuit of equality, we will continue to think that we live one life as either a male or female, and we will miss the obvious truth that we live as both males and females as a pattern of our eternal evolution. As we do unto others, we are also doing unto ourselves as the patterns of our behaviors become the collective patterns of our eternal memory.

When a man or a woman lives a life where they are angry at the opposite sex, we can easily see the story of what we have created as a human being through our eternal life experiences. We create our eternal challenges of life as a means of learning about our eternal life saga. Being who we are is our eternal life challenge, especially if we believe that we live only one life as one sexual focus. When we believe that we live only one life, we are rejecting our loving emotions as part of our physical life focus. Since our physical focus represents our male energy and our female focus represents our loving emotions, it helps us to see that each of us as male and female have the same design although the emphasis on the sexual role is different. The male has an intellectual focus and the female is known for her loving emotions. These roles are interchangeable and they are no longer truly related to the male or female because of our growth and change into a whole being that has the capability of using all parts of our hidden memory.

As we remember, we begin to relate to all of the physical lives that we have lived through our memory of each life. Once we “see” ourselves in the various roles, we are capable of remembering what we have learned as we have lived through this eternal experience of life. We change our sexual orientation in different lifetimes to help us learn the differences and the similarities as we live both our male and female experiences. The changes that we make in our sexual focus definitely help us to appreciate every role that we are living. If we did not live as children, how would we be as an adult? Childhood is our learning experience in the same manner that each life is a learning experience and our sexual orientation is a major part of the lesson. Each and every aspect of our human condition is teaching us the truth of how to be human and how to interact with other people as a learning experience. Our relationships give us an opportunity to live our loving emotions.

Consciously choosing to live in our loving emotions

We must know who we are, what we want, and how to create what we want. This has always been the purpose of Spiritual Philosophy. Once we learn Spiritual Philosophy we will realize that we are learning about the internal design of us as human beings and we will be able to see how we grow and change through the expansion of our Dual Soul thinking mind, loving emotions, and our Eternal Spirit Senses. It becomes very clear to us that we do not know ourselves very well if we think that we are living and using only five physical senses, and we do not acknowledge that our Dual Soul thinking mind and loving emotions are accumulative organs that are designed to grow and change as we live our eternal lives of seeking knowledge and the physical experiences to support our knowledge.

The normal fear emotions of our physical nature of our ego and intellectual mind view life from an external perception, which we reflect outwardly from our left brain. Our fear emotions are the precise opposite of our loving emotions that live in our right brain.

It is important for us to know the energy of our fear emotions so that it can be our intention to focus constantly on our loving emotions and not to allow ourselves to slide back into our negative energy, which allows us to become permanently stuck in the negative energy. Choosing to live in our loving emotions should always be a conscious choice. If love is not our conscious choice, we will find ourselves living in fear as an unconscious choice, which will keep our thinking mind in a constant state of externalization. Externalization gives us the overall sense of being taken advantage of by everyone that we know. As we externalize our reality, we feel rejected by everyone that we come in contact with throughout our daily life. As we feel rejected, we also feel unloved. Once we become conscious of this scenario taking place within our thinking mind, we begin to realize that we are not living our loving emotions even though we expect everyone to be living their loving emotions towards us.

Understanding how we live our fear emotions, before we can open our thinking mind to live our loving emotions, is a gigantic step forward for us. The physical nature of our ego and intellectual soul mind which sees life with an external perception is not now and never has been about loving us and lifting us forward to see the true image of who we are and where we are going. As we have been evolving, our intellectual mind has been focused on itself more intensely than on other concepts, understandings, or people. This has created a very basic self-absorption that has gotten in the way of our thinking mind’s growth and change. As we learn to live our loving emotions, we have the power to lift ourselves out of our hopelessness, to be creative, and to be beautifully constructive in designing our future lives.

Personality, Attitude, and Honesty

Energy is very real, and once we recognize negative energy, we can identify many stressful situations from which we can protect ourselves. If we are part of a business, we must be certain that the person who is running the business is a loving, giving and honest person, because if they are not a loving and honest person there is a major chance that the business will fail. Personality, attitude, and honesty are major players in any business. Truth becomes a major issue in everything that we say, do, create, and share. When we meet anyone that is living through their dishonesty, the relationship can only fail in time. Dishonest people are always focused on copying another person's energy. When we copy another person, we are not living our own internal love of self.

Our loving emotions are a pattern of supporting loving energy that helps us to change and grow as human beings. This energy has always been taught in Christianity as well as other religions by the belief that we must, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This belief has been the "bedrock" belief in many religions. It is also a bedrock belief in Spirituality, and it was the closeness of the relationships of the ancient philosophers that allowed them to grow and change together and to continue with their Spiritual teachings throughout their lifetimes. Anyone that was not living the Ethical Values as they learned their Spiritual teachings did not remain as a student of Spiritual Philosophy, because they became uncomfortable after a time and then they discontinued their relationship with other Philosophers.

If we do not treat other people on an equal level with ourselves, we have not yet learned how to live as a Spiritual person. This means that we must not act in any negative way towards another person, if our behavior would not be acceptable for us to live equally. This is the very foundation of our loving emotions as a Spiritual person. When we learn to live our loving emotions, we are always equal towards each and every relationship within our human experience of life. Those individuals that are living love, truth, and equality will stay joined together in their search, but those people who are not living love, truth and equality simply fall away from the group. This shows us how the loving energy of our emotions work internally within us to maintain our relationships. Anyone that is not living their loving emotions will not be capable of maintaining the energy of any loving relationship in their life.

When we express our love towards another person through our physical behaviors, the other person might consider our behaviors unloving if we do not meet their emotional goals. When we live our loving behaviors, we do not support people in any behaviors that do not support them in their own loving emotional growth and change. This pattern of living our loving emotions can be very misunderstood by individuals that see themselves through "rose-colored glasses" rather than the truth of who they really are and the level of energy they are truthfully living. If we want to become loving beings, we must learn how to live love, truth, and equality towards all people. When we live our love, truth, and equality towards a person that is not living their love, truth, and equality we will find that person judging us by their own level of fearful energy rather than looking at us through their loving emotions. Judgement is not a loving emotion and therefore it will break down the loving emotional energy within a group if it is focused upon.

We must look at ourselves to determine where we are in our personal path of evolution, which is always unique to our own growth and change as an energy field of Spirit Consciousness.

We will continue exploring the energy of our emotions in relationships at our three-day event (April 10-12).

Spiritual Philosophy as a Way of Life

Spiritual Philosophy helps the thinking mind to emerge from the depths of fear into an open-minded understanding of itself and its chemical design of energy as the most important source of life upon Earth.

When we resist change and growth in our thinking mind and our physical behavior, we are denying our change and growth at all levels, which keeps us "stuck" in old fearful behaviors as we fight for our survival. This is why we can never learn too much Spiritual Philosophy, which teaches us our patterns as an Intelligent Design of Spirit Consciousness, and how we live in the physical path of our progressive growth. The more we understand ourselves, the more we understand other people, and Spiritual Philosophy becomes the way of life that allows us to accomplish our goals with other people as we open our Trinity of Consciousness to recognize our place within the Universal System. Accepting personal responsibility for our own internal change of thinking in unison with our loving emotions helps us to quiet our fearful mind and become aware of our cellular communication as a message from our Spirit Consciousness. (Spirit Consciousness, 107-108)

When we are living in fear, we cannot be living in our love of life through our loving emotions. It is our fear that creates the negative, angry, abusive, and ignorant behaviors that we live. When we learn Spiritual Philosophy, we are learning about ourselves as an Intelligent Design of chemical energy and matter.

It is the internal power of love that is healing. Our thinking mind is on an eternal search to expand love when we are enthusiastic about life and living.

How can I help myself? How can I grow?

As human beings, we are in the throes of change. It is time to ask, How can I help myself? How can I grow? Where is the knowledge that shows us the levels that we live as a human being that is transitioning from our fear to our love? How do we see our brain and how are we choosing to use it?

Conscious Evolution

The difference between us and any other life form is our loving emotions. Other life forms have a higher sensory response to life than we do. They have less mental acuity. They don't have the power to think, discriminate and act. Animals will use a form of thinking, but they may not be able to discriminate between right and wrong in relationship to other life forms. As humans, we have a very defined way of evaluating that is different from other life forms. Our need to evaluate comes from our thinking mind. Our need to evaluate our life as a thinking mind is essential to our growth as human beings. When we live lifetime after lifetime through the energies of our fear beliefs, we interfere with our growth and change as a dual soul energy.

Understanding Energy

As human beings we are energy first and matter second. We need both fields that make us human beings and keep us as part of Earth. At the time of death, we lose our energy fields in our physical body and our matter returns to Earth and our energy is set free to recreate itself in a new physical life. The energy of us continues to live and it creates new physical matter according to its own internal wishes, which allows our energy to return to Earth as a new human being. When we look carefully at the design of us, it is easy to see that we have created our own internal energy universe that gives us life, and our matter becomes our physical focus. I work with the human nervous system to heal all forms of disease and conditions. Our nervous system is our internal energy design that motivates and uses our physical matter as our human body to give us physical life. When we work with the nervous system, we have the ability to heal practically all diseases, if the patient is willing to cooperate with their eating, drinking, and breathing. We are easy to understand when we can open our thinking mind to accept that we are both energy and matter, which makes us personally responsible for maintaining health in all parts of our human design.

Choose Health!

Understanding the difference between the chemicals of pure foods, water, and air in relationship to processed foods, water, and air makes a dramatic difference for us between health and disease. We cannot live from chemicals that are toxic to our health and happiness because they begin to break down the validity of our cellular design, which leads us into multiple diseases. The diseases that we create are dramatically related to the entire pattern of our Dual Soul lessons. We cannot always heal our human body or mind, but if we have some of our "wits" about us, we can change our life in such a way that we will have an opportunity to learn form what we have created, change it, and make certain that the lesson is learned so that we can avoid repeating it in a future lifetime.

The Energy of the Thinking Mind

What is our thinking mind?

Our thinking mind is part of the design of our human brain that we have been using as a small part of our brain’s left upper lobe. This area of thinking is very small in proportion to the brain area available to us to grow into and to use. We cannot grow into the fullness of our thinking mind when our mind is controlled by fear and our ego beliefs that we have established as the patterns of our thinking mind during our infinite lifetimes of being human and living in a physical body. The most restricting beliefs that we have as human beings are the beliefs that we have about who we are as physical beings that live only one physical lifetime. The source of our negative, fearful beliefs is our interpretation of ancient religious teachings. Once we can understand that we are energy and matter in our human design, we will understand that the energy of us never dies but it returns to Earth in a new physical body to continue with its growth of thinking and understanding self.

Our thinking mind is a collection of many different levels of energy that we have stored during multiple lifetimes. When we are using only a small portion of our thinking mind, which is responsible for our absolute creations in our life, we will have no true memories of our very real past life experiences as energy beings. Because our thinking mind is an eternal part of our Spirit Consciousness, everything that we think becomes an essential memory within our Spirit Consciousness. This can help us to understand that when we fill our memory with false beliefs, we will in time need to replace them before we can truly use our Spirit Consciousness in the truth of its loving pattern. We are designed to learn about ourselves as a loving Spirit Consciousness energy that gives life to our physical matter. When we are living from our fear, we create all of the physical challenges of fear within our physical life because our thinking mind cannot see the beauty of itself and how to create happiness, health, and joy within our physical world.

The seminar will include hands-on “energy experience” for participants to learn their own energy and another’s energy. This will be fun!

What Is Energy?

What is energy? How can energy be the essence of our life and our love? Our lives are designed as physical experiences and our love is designed as an emotional experience. They are at all times intertwined as energy, which means we can never totally separate the two. Energy is the source of Human "life" and "love" upon Earth. Earth itself is an unbelievable energy source that gives human beings the ability to live physical life and growth, as well as allowing us to be thinking, emotional, loving, and sensory beings. The most important aspect of us as energy beings is that we take on physical mater and therefore we have the gift of living as human beings. As humans, we arrived on Earth as a "bundle of energies." As energy beings we live with the full intention of constant growth and change, which allows us to become conscious of ourselves as physical beings that are meant to learn from the physical experiences that we live.

We are not only created from the sperm and ovum of our fathers and mothers, which are powerful energies, but we are created from the energy of air, water, and foods that are grown in the soil of Earth that is an energy, therefore we live as an energy of Earth and the Universe, which is the reason that we must constantly interact with other Human Beings, Nature, Earth, and the Universe. Each design of Earth, nature, the Universe, and Humanity is intricately interwoven and interdependent upon this energy for the growth and change of each of us and everything else upon Earth throughout history. Our chemical design defines us as energy interdependent beings that exist as part of Earth, nature, the Universe, and each other as the energy of the human species.

How We Affect the Universal Consciousness

Coming face to face with this information may not be totally comfortable in the ego sense. Allow the ego to take a nap. Let the mind to be open, because even if you do not believe my words, if you allow your mind to be open, the soul and spirit can be triggered.

When you work with self, work with self in terms of remembering the connections between the physical you, and the soul and spirit of you. Do not focus on the physical process of any act, but focus on the energy within your mind, because we are not about physical processes. We created the physical process when we created self, the physical body that you call You. It is important to connect soul and spirit, and that can only be done by us and through the work that we do with the energies of our own soul and spirit.

We can be guided but it can never be done for us. It is, as all things are, our own creation. And it is only when we will work with self to remember the energy of the soul and spirit within us that we can truly connect the three.

In the physical world there can be many reasons presented by the ego to not work with soul and spirit. We can not have the money, not have time, not have motivation. If we allow those physical priorities to block us in our work then we are accepting the resistance of the physical. To connect the soul and spirit of self consciously, through total awareness in our physical world, is the most magnificent gift that we can give ourself. The relationship of our soul and spirit to our physical world is so much more magnificent than what we see as ourself through our physical eyes, and when we resist the connection, we resist the magnificence and the love of self.

As we work to connect these energies of self, we will begin to see changes occurring within our world. We will see less drama, fewer illnesses, a loss of time at times. We will see an energy being created around us that is expansive and magnificent. And it will trigger in memory the times that as a child we saw our spirit energy in relationship to our physical self. Do you understand this? It is through the physical that we live in a structured, restricted, bounded energy. The intellect is the floppy disc of our mind. Use your main frame! Expand yourself! Allow yourself to be connected, to be in the energy of soul and spirit in your daily world.

When we perceive ourself through the perspective of our importance, of our status, of our physical possessions, we are perceiving ourself in terms of physical. When we perceive ourself as to our identity, as to our education, as to our family, as to our religion, we are connecting to a physical identification system that creates boundaries of beliefs, boundaries that restrict us. It is okay to be all that we can be, to connect all that we are, and to be proud of all that we are! In this physical life it is when we can see that perspective from the love of soul and spirit, not from the physical perspective but from the spirit perspective, that we acknowledge our level of awareness. We can look within ourself and see where we are, and it is through this inner work that we grow.

Acknowledging the ego as not being supreme, as not being in control, acknowledging self as love, as total love, is learning the lesson of unconditional love. And in the book of God, the lesson of love is learning to love ourself. Once we learn to love ourself we have acknowledged love of the physical as our neighbor, and God as our spirit, and soul as all that we have ever been, ever will be, and are now. This has been symbolized in the physical world by the love of all that is around us – the love of Nature, the love of the Creator. Until we can acknowledge and connect the energy of self, we cannot be total love, total unconditional love. Unconditional love is the opposite of judgement. When we find ourself judging, we will know it is an ego assessment. When we find yourself loving, we will know we have the spirit connected within us.

One of the most perfect ways to look at self is to look at relationships. Our relationships are a mirror image of self. We will attract within the other person the energy that is dominant within us. When we find ourself attracting an energy that is not dominant within us, we will find ourself walking away from the relationship. Looking at the internal us and seeing the kind of life we have created, the relationships that we have created, we will be looking at self and the design for self. Nothing that we have created is right or wrong. It is a lesson of connection of soul and spirit. When we look at relationships, do not look at the relationship to blame or to judge, because when we do we are only blaming or judging self. Look to the relationship to find the lesson. To find the lesson for self creates the connection we are searching for with soul and spirit energy.

To not blame or not judge is to allow the ego to be balanced. It is to allow the connection to be there for the physical, the soul and the spirit. It is to allow self to be all that we can be, to live in the love of self.

In the society that is focused on judgement, blame, and this is everywhere within your culture, we will create destruction through disease, dramas, wars, traumas, because we are looking to get our attention. We are looking to perceive life in a different way. In this culture we create for ourself a hell within our life and within our world. When we perceive ourself with love and our world with love, we create for ourself a heaven within our life and a heaven within our world.

Connecting ourself in the physical and the soul and the spirit energy then repeats itself as a connection with the Universal and the cosmic energy. So if we focus only upon the physical, only upon judgement, blame, we connect ourself to the negative energy of the Universe, and the cosmic consciousness. If we focus only upon love, our loving energy is then connected to the stream of consciousness that is loving. When the stream of consciousness that is loving, when the individual is connected to the soul and spirit, the individuals as they expand become connected to this Universal and cosmic consciousness of love which then changes the society and the culture. So as an individual we create not only our own personal life, but we help to create the life of our society and our culture.

To blame the church or to blame the government or the educational or health care system is not effective. To help each individual into the connected energy of their soul and spirit, they will then expand the energy of love and those individuals who are expanding into love are those individuals who create religion, who create education, who create all facets of your physical world. Do you see how this energy becomes cyclic and creates all that is?

Understanding the effect that we have upon the Universal consciousness will help us to understand the importance of making this connection between our soul and spirit and our physical being, because it allows us to see our power of creation! Our world is as we have all created it to be. Our life is as we have created it to be. If we are happy, if we are loving, if we are living in the energy of understanding our own freedom, of being aware of the connection within self, then we are truly living in the perfection of our life. That is perfect. Look for the lessons, look to self. We are the creator of our life and our world. There is no one else to blame. There is no one else to judge. We create our world whether or not we are conscious; whether we have a conscious awareness of how we create this world does not decrease from the reality that we did create it. Becoming consciously aware of the connection of the three facets of self gives us the opportunity to create what we want, instead of creating without an awareness that allows us to feel that we are a victim of the circumstances of Earth, of society, of another. In perceiving self as the creator, as the connected energy of the physical, the soul, and the spirit, we acknowledge our power of creation and then we have the opportunity to focus on creating precisely what we want. The secret in that statement is – if we create from a concept of need in the survival mode, we are creating from ego energy. It is truly simple, and only we create the complexity, the dramas. Allowing ourself to remember our connection, to be in the energy of soul and spirit, balanced with the physical, will take back our power and we use our power in every moment of our creation. We use it with a conscious awareness of what we do and what we want to do.

At that moment we can no longer consider ourself a victim of circumstance or we will slide back into the ego energy. This is how the tug of war is created. Are we focused on survival needs and being a victim? Or are we creating what we want, consciously, with total awareness. Do you see the difference? This is the manifestation of the connection of soul and spirit energy through our physical life. And each of us can look at our physical life and not judge it but perceive how it is being created by us.

Man and His Energies

With so much to think about and appreciate in our world, why do we continue to make disease a major focus of our society?
When I look at our world today, I see disease as a major focus of society. We must change this focus to Spiritual Philosophy. Many of you will look at my words and immediately respond, where is the sense in treating the human species with Spiritual Philosophy? The sense becomes very clear once we understand what Spiritual Philosophy truly is. Spiritual Philosophy teaches us about the energy of us that we use through our thinking mind, loving emotions, and infinite Spirit Senses. I have been teaching Spiritual Philosophy since 1984, and I have seen people heal themselves, their lives, and their relationships. I have been a Registered Nurse since 1951 and I have worked in many wonderful positions. I have learned enormous amounts of rather intricate information about the human experience, which has allowed me to understand the importance of change in our health status as a human being. We should be living healthy lives for hundreds of years before it becomes necessary for us to return to a new physical life.

My forty years as an R.N. have not shown me the dramatic change in healing that I have seen in my twenty-four years of living and teaching Spiritual Philosophy. Spiritual Philosophy allows us to feel better about ourselves, take better care of ourselves, and to value our family and friends at a deeper level than we may have ever thought about before. Once we understand the truth of Spiritual Philosophy, we no longer live in fear, which is a dramatic change for most of our thinking minds. We begin to accept that we are eternal as energy beings, although we must change our human body when we wear it out so that we can continue with our eternal life. Once we understand this phenomenon of being both energy and matter, we can easily accept and be ecstatically happy in each and every life that we live. Life itself is a learning process. We learn whether or not we do it consciously within our thinking mind. Learning helps us to grow and change in our next lifetime to create a happier and longer life span.

Science now has the capability to prove that we live more than one lifetime and to track our multiple lives as we move from one life to another. Years ago I spent several years of my nursing career working with the DNA and HLA research. This research showed me more fully than any other information that I have been exposed to that we live more than one lifetime. Naturally, this was not the result of the research study because all research studies follow protocols and our physical beliefs, which limit what we look at, how we look at any one given aspect of a study, and how we interpret what we find. Our beliefs have been interfering with scientific interpretation since the beginning of science. This has not necessarily been acknowledged or accepted because we have an "only one life" religious belief, which limits our every thought, especially when we are dealing with HLA and DNA information.

We are eternal as energy beings, but we are finite as physical beings in each separate physical lifetime. It is our "energy" that returns into infinite lifetimes of matter to learn and grow from the physical experiences that we live. We can see how we focus on different lessons in any one lifetime. Once we recognize ourselves as Eternal Energy Beings, we will be open to doing research which we can bring back with us into our next life memory as physical human beings. When science accepts us as eternal beings, we will be able to track our own physical evolution through multiple lifetimes, which we will be able to do by using the DNA. One of the most important methods of research is our memory that comes back with us into multiple lifetimes, once we "overload" of fill up our thinking mind. This is the basis of what I teach as Spiritual Philosophy. Tapping into our past life memory is essential to understanding ourselves, but we will not open our thinking mind to this realization until we can understand the theory that we live multiple physical lives.

This can also be the basis of the Philosophical/DNA research that we could each be involved in to further the understanding of ourselves as living multiple physical lives. Many children will return into a new life with past life memory of physical experiences they lived in another physical life. I did this as a child so this helps me to understand that other people will and can do the same thing, but until we can understand ourselves as eternal human beings, we will not accept that we have past life memory. The Philosophical teachings that I am now involved with are primarily from my earlier lives that I lived as philosophers. We can change the world by changing the way that we think. If you are interested in this approach to understanding yourself, please join our journey into a new definition of our human self.

This year I plan to begin research into this fascinating topic and someday prove that we are eternal as thinking and growing minds, loving emotions, and Spirit Senses as the energy of our multiple past lives. We always create new physical bodies for each lifetime, but the memory of our past lives is at all times stored in the memory cells of our human brain, which we will not allow ourselves to access unless we are open to believing in past lives. We will never find the eternal connections that we have as a thinking mind to our past lives if we do not begin to look for the connection. The more people that we have studying Spiritual Philosophy who are willing to be part of this research, the more significant our research will be. I am not talking about past life memory regression, but I am talking about conscious memory recognition, which people cannot fudge. It is important for people to learn about Spiritual Philosophy before such work can be authentically done.

My Spiritual Philosophy focus for 2009 is Being Spiritual: The Merging of Our Ethical Values as the Energy Fields of Our Daily Lives. My first seminar for the year is January 18th - Our True Relationship to Physical Energy and Why We Create Disease. Come join our classes and learn about the eternal life of yourself as an energy being that is living in physical matter.

Love is the Emotional, Feeling Part of Our Humanity

"Love encompasses a multitude of emotions and feelings. These lesser emotions are offshoots of the primary emotion and have lesser capacity to function as an overall concept. Some of them are gladness, happiness, joy, enchantment, ecstasy, beatitude, and many, many others. All are essentially expressions of love.
Love can cause a rush of blood through your body that suddenly makes you feel like you are enveloped in the cocoon of a warm fuzzy. It is peaceful, sweet, loving and joyful. It is indeed health. It is the shining white light of spiritual protection.
Love dilates your blood vessels and carries vital oxygen to each and every cell in your body. It helps you grow in body, mind and spirit.
Love broadens your concept of humanity. It makes friends out of enemies. It opens your heart and allows your spirit to bloom as a rose will bloom in the spring. It makes work play. It gives the mind freedom to soar. Love is life. It is spirit, it is hope. It truly is the nectar of the Gods.
It is the appreciation of and joining of love that controls the evolution of the soul. Love's reality is the spirit of the body and mind. Without love we have no spirit, no hope, no joy for the living. We have severe damage to one of our integrated parts.
The spirit - the infinite energy- the God part of us, is also the happy, joyful loving part of us. It is the emotional, feeling part of our humanity."

Looking for a Priceless Gift?

Consider Kathy Oddenino's Books -

The mixing of the multiple patterns that I describe in Healing Ourself explains to us the multiple patterns of our dual soul growth over aeons of physical time. I have explained the patterns of this journey into our Spirit Consciousness in The Journey Home. The cycles of evolution that we live in our relationships are described in Sharing. I wrote about our internal pattern of dual soul depression as we begin these evolutionary changes in Depression, and what it means as a dual soul to understand our sensory response to the mind and the emotional self from the dual soul levels that we live during this period of our evolution. In Bridges of Consciousness, I address the lessons of our external image of God versus our internal image of a Spirit God that is consistently guiding our every thought as the internal design of our Spirit Consciousness.

Several of my books cover the nutritional patterns that support us in maintaining our cellular health, especially The Joy of Health and Healing Ourself, which define our chemical creation and evolution through different levels of our dual soul patterns in each lifetime and our eternal connection to Nature, Earth and the Universe as a Spirit Consciousness. Love, Truth & Perception introduces the reader to the integration of our Ethical Values into our everyday life and shows us how we weave our Ethical Values into our physical reality as we change and grow.

In my 8th book, Spirit Consciousness: Our Intelligent Design, I explain why we are all "healers" by design and how to understand and activate our healing potential.

We are made to support our health and abundance, as we did before we believed that technology and its "science" were gifts of God and the ultimate in our self-discoveries! As more and more of us are sick, and our institutions crumble, we find the greatest hope in Knowing Ourselves and the love that internal wisdom inspires. Spiritual Philosophy is a gift that will change your mind forever.

Shifting the Mind into Love

Thank you, those of you who attended my last seminar of 2008!

Learning how to live our loving emotions is a major change for us as human beings, and it is vital to our energy concept of self. We must accept total responsibility for who we are and how we see the rest of our human interaction with other people. We have been taught to focus on ourselves and our "God" externally, which is not the perfect combination of using energy in matter. Our internal understanding of ourselves as energy beings is much greater than our external understanding of any major part of our life and living in multiple physical lives as physical beings. Once we clearly understand that we are a thinking mind and loving emotions as the energy fields that make us the Soul Consciousness that we are, we begin to have more faith in who we are and why we are living in a physical life. Once we understand that we are designed as a Dual Soul consciousness, we begin to see that as a Dual energy field, our Soul is both energy and matter, which defines our level of Spirit Consciousness. The physical representation of our Dual Soul Consciousness as energy is female loving emotions and our male, thinking mind, which live equally in both the male and female human being.

Once we can shift into our loving emotions, we begin to live our life by using the Ethical Values as the foundation of our human behavior. All we have to do is to imagine in our thinking mind what our entire world would be like if we loved ourselves and all other people from the energy of our loving emotions.

What is Love?
Love is caring.
Love is happiness.
Love is enthusiasm.
Love is excitement.
Love is Joy.
Love is bliss.
Love is passion.
Love is ecstasy.

Being a Spiritual person is worth the growth and changes that we must make, because fear is not a part of our Spiritual design. Fear is our response to ignorance as a thinking mind. Learn to live Spiritual Ethics as your lifestyle of growth and change, which will allow you to emerge into your loving emotional self as a thinking mind.
